A - BOSS

"This dungeon has become impossible!"

Looking at the dragon in front of me, I bit my tongue in bitterness.

"Is this what they call [ Kicking a dragon's butt ]? An A-BOSS with a level 115, I don't know if I really have a chance of beating this monster...should I escape for now?"

"Gaaaaaa......."

A flame thrower with a circumference as big as a five basketball instantly flew from its mouth. Without hesitation, I leapt into action. I quickly used [ Spirit Merging ] and fused with Skull Face increasing my level to 117. I originally thought that I would become a skeleton Lich but it seems my expectations were quite off...

How do I describe it~ My flesh remained as it is but it was slightly covered with white bony structure. My arms, my feet as well as the rest of my body was covered with bones that it looks like my bones were protruding. My face also changed as the left side of my face has a skull mask on it.

Now I really look like an anime protagonist with this~

Although I prefer merging with Rosa but this time I can't do so. Rosa is a plant type being so she is obviously weak to fire type creatures which is unlike skull face. SO for now, I don't have a choice but to go on.

I set up my own defense by casting five [ Skeleton Wall ] to protect myself. I followed it by activating some buffs like [ Absolute Flame Resistance ], [ Evil Aura ], [ Death Aura ][ Bone Hardening ] and [High level Magic Resistance ].

I also summoned some reliable (Disposable) minions by using the skill [Lesser Treant Minions LVL 1 ] that lets me summon five small Treants. I also summon some skeleton minions by using skull face skill [ Lesser Undead Minions MAX ], [ Medium Undead Minons MAX ], and [ Higher Undead Minions LVL 3 ] giving me 20 lesser undeads, 20 Medium undeads and 15 Higher undeads.

Man~ Instant cast is amazing! Borun needs to cast but me?.....hahaha walk in the park~ However, As expected of a high level Lich, his mana capacity is monstrous! Although I've already cast this many high level spells and magic, I still have more than a half left~

Fearing that this might not enough, I stomp my feet and cast [ Root Spikes ]. Several wooden spikes appeared from the ground in front of the [ Skeleton Wall ].

Withdrawing the sturdiest shield I can think from the weapon [ Spatial Ring ], I thrust it in the ground while hugging the trembling cute little Hell. Although my present defense right now is something you can call 'Ultimate defense!' or sort, I still had a bad feeling that it wasn't going to be enough.

BAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNGGGGGGGGG!!!

A very loud sound echoed in the whole place as the ridiculous fireball crashed in my impromptu shield.

But it seems I underestimated its power too much!

The wall I erected was like a tofu being slice by a sharp knife!

Without no other choice, I hurriedly teleported away from its destructive path.

'Damn! I would be a sizzling grilled barbecue if that hit me!'

When I saw the destructive power the fireball made, My heart was filled with dread....However, ironically what shows in my face wasn't fear or anxiety but a small smile.

"Excellent! To survive that attack, it seems I underestimated you young man."

It seems that the fire dragon was awfully glad that I manage to survive her attack.

"Hm? No, no if you praise me that much I'll get embarrassed you know~ But still, isn't it a bad manners for a lady to suddenly open her mouth? You should learn some etiquette~"

"Hahahahahahaha to be able to remain calm and collected before me, you really are interesting. You're sense of humor is also not bad! Hahahahaha"

Having said that, the fire dragon, Regress came out from the flowing magma and stood up. She was really humungous is what I want to retort.

"Hahaha You're not the only one who said that. All of the people I've met seemed to say I'm interesting although I really don't know what's interesting in this average face of mine~"

"Don't depreciate yourself. From what I see, you're quite amusing and cute. If I can leave this place, I would have captured you and gave you to my daughter as a present. I'm sure she will like you~"

"Oh? Why not do that? Let's stop this fighting and instead let's leave this place together~"

"Hahaha I apologize but that will be impossible. I'm already long dead however my soul was captured and imprisoned here so my physical body can only exist here. That is why I can't leave even if I wanted to..."

"How unfortunate. I really want to find the person responsible to beat the hell out of him for you..."

"Hahaha Thanks for the sentiment but I doubt you'll win against them...Let's stop these boring talk, what I want now is to fight so better prepare yourself human~"

Regress the fire dragon flew in the air. She raised her arm and slam it to me.

'Man flying is unfair~'

I leapt in the side and hurriedly used one of the space magic I learned [ Gravity Field ]. With a 'BOOM' sound, the gravity in the place became heavier although it really doesn't affect me, the caster.

"Groaaaaaarrrr"

However, Regress who didn't expect it was slammed in the ground very hard as it groan in whether agony or frustration.

[ Gravity Field ] is a basic space magic that doubles the gravity pressure around me, with a radius of two meters.

Seeing this as a chance, I activate another skill [ Bone Restriction ]. 'BAM' countless skeleton appeared from the ground and instantly bind her.

I raised my new sword [ Rune Demonic Blade ] and slashed her huge body. As I expected, her scales where as hard as steel however, true to its name [ Rune Demonic Blade ] isn't just a decoration. Putting more mana into the sword, the runes shined brighter as the dragon's scales was slowly cracking and blood flew from its small wound.

"Groooooooaaaaaaaarrrrrr"

Regress growled painfully as it struggled.

Eventually, Regress managed to escaped from the [ Bone Restriction ] and frantically flew upward however my attack is still not finished as I teleported at the back of the huge dragon.

BANNGGG!!!

Activating [ Maken ] I poured a tremendous mana in my fist as punched its back.

"Graaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrr"

Regress once again slammed in the ground. The impact was incomparable from the [ Gravity Field ] before as the ground trembled as if there is an earthquake. In an instant, the ground turned into a crater accompanied by a thundering sound.

Gracefully landing on the ground, I stopped for a second and looked at the place where Regress is.

"Kyaaa! Master is amazing!!! Kyaaaa!"

Although I really didn't expect any cheerleaders, when I turned my head behind me a little girl with green skin jumping happily with a little slime in her shoulder. This was of course Hell and Aqua. After I successfully teleported to avoid the incoming super duper dangerous fire breath, I immediately put them in a safe place. As if I'll let them fight with me in this cruel place where hot molten rocks and magma was running around the place as if they're just puddle or mud!

"Gaha-! I-I didn't thought you're this strong guhu-!"

"Well, it's only natural I'm stronger by two levels after all. Not just that, if it's based on stat values alone, I will be stronger by several levels~"

Certainly, it has already way past the level of being burnt by the summer heat. This is more like being fired in a boiling pan!

Regress and I joked with each other as we face against each other. This carefree and nonchalant conversation unbefitting for a fight felt unexpectedly delightful. Like friends, this quirk and carefree attitude of this unexpectedly fine woman fit quite well with me. Although it's just a thought in my part, it turned out that we are quite surprisingly compatible~

I took a step forward towards her while raising my hand upward,

"[ Gravity Field ]"

As if hit from the back, the dragon slowly fell. However, before slamming in the ground it flaps its wings harder and slowly ascending.

"Same move never works!" She shouted as she shoot countless basketball size fire ball towards me.

"I've expected it~ Well, let's just liven the things up...[ Gravity Field X2 ]...this should be quite enough if only it is for restricting your movements for a little while. And then for the finishing touch..........[ Thunder Bolt ]!"

A basic spell from the lightning and thunder magic. It was a spell that lets the user fire thunder from their hands.

Yellow colored light enveloped my left hand as I raised it towards Regress as she tried her best to flap her wings to fly. 'Crackle, Crackle' electric charges were crackling from my hand.

However.......

"A-aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhh!!!!!"

A tremendous pain surged in my head as if it someone was ripping my brain off. I couldn't help but scream in pain as I hold my hand with both hands.

Hell's scream rang out. Slightly away from me, Regress also noticed my situation as she stopped her charged and looked at me. Thankfully, I managed to regain my senses from hearing Hell's worried voice.

Hell and Aqua might have been too worried because of my scream.

Enduring the pain, I raised my right arm and waved towards them as to tell them I'm fine. Well, not really though~

"Oh? Is something wrong?......However we are still in the middle of a battle you know"

While saying so, Regress who also regained her senses started to fly towards me. Gritting my teeth, I activated [ Teleport ] to avoid.

"Uugh...just what the hell is happening? Why does my head hurt so much?..."

Answer: You have activated two of the same basic magic at the same time. Although, simultaneous casting isn't impossible. For a caster that don't have yet a job relating to magic, it was prohibited because it can caused severe pain to the caster. By combining gravity and lightning magic, these spheres enables the caster to control them at their own will. It's specific ability is [ Magnetism ] that locks on the target wherever they go. Must be in the caster's sight.

Reading it, the corner of my lips curled upwards.
