With surprised delight, Hein turned his head to look at the little girl frantically running towards him.

When she was only a few inches away from him, she suddenly jumped into his arms, embracing Hein very tightly.

“Papa! papa! papa!”The little girl frantically cried as she hugged Hein’s neck, as if making sure he was really there.

Seeing this, Hein was greatly startled.

He was still covered in flames, he frantically pulled her away from him but she refused to budge.

Then he suddenly realized, the flames were avoiding her. It’s as if the flames have their own consciousness, softly bending as to not burn the little girl.

Is this because of Iona’s body constitution? But how? Hein thought but then he finally noticed the reason. It’s not because of Iona but him, unconsciously trying not to burn her.

That’s right! He can really control this flames and its temperature making it harmless.

Sighing in relief, he hugged the little girl who was crying in his arms and tried to console her.

“I’m fine, Iona… don’t worry, daddy’s alright so no need to worry okay? You can stop crying now~”

Hein had long treated her as his own daughter. Even though he didn’t know what feeling would he experience when he hugged his real daughter in the future, for now, little Iona, was his daughter.

“Hic… papa… hic”

“Sorry…”

Letting out a wry smile, Hein answered his question,

“This is only temporary. This is my Demi-Human form… anyway, mother, father I still need to do something. Don’t worry I’ll be fine, I’m just going to save my friend. I will explain everything after I return…”

“B, but…… fine, but be sure to come back immediately okay?” Leviana was reluctant but she knew she can’t stop his son from going. She bit her lips and slowly separated from him…

“Yeah, thanks mom. I’ll be sure to return immediately after I’m done. Oh right! Mom, dad can I ask you to tell Uncle Alexander that I wish to keep all the things that happened today a secret? Please…”

He doesn’t want anyone find out about him. Although right now, most of the people might have already seen his real appearance and powers, it can’t be helped.

Marie’s life is more important than that…. he will just do something about it after he made sure Marie’s safety….

“Leave it to me!” Draig promised him.

Actually, Draig have already thought about this issue. He also doesn’t want it to spread as it will most likely bring a lot of trouble to his son.

“Draig… that… was that Hein’s original appearance?” The king asked doubtfully when he saw Draig was walking towards them with Leviana, Hell and Lina on his side.

Draig paused for a second and then softly nodded his head while making a wry smile.

“Goodness gracious! What kind of power and appearance was that? You told me that it’s a phoenix but…”

“Please don’t ask anymore your majesty… Same as you, I also don’t know how to explain it. Let’s just wait for my son to come back…” While saying so, Draig bowed his head while looking as if he doesn’t know what to do.

He said that she was in a quite perilous and dangerous situation as she was trapped with her friends inside a dungeon. They can’t leave or escape because there were some very high level monsters waiting for them… I’m guessing that Hein forcefully hasten his rebirth process, giving him tremendous pain just to save them.”

Because she already heard about it from Hein himself before, she correctly deduced what happened while looking at the sky where he disappeared.
