《The L10Ns》First Arc Epilogue

The dawn rises on the City of Darton illuminating the early rises milling about in their morning activities.
No one really looks up at the sizzling sun except one man; naked as the day he was born but not hiding in shame.
He sits upon the forty second stair of the Cathedral, his eyes burning the memory of a beautiful orange sunrise.
The heavy door opens behind him and out comes a woman, her long brunette hair curling down her shoulders.
He stands up and she hands him a broom, her crystal blue eyes fixated to his, before she takes seat on the stairs a lesser distance from where she sat a month ago.
“Six months and five days” she says wistfully to the man as he sweeps the stairs
“Yeah, it’s been a while” He comments thoughtfully as he sweeps.
“Will he ever come back?”
“I trust that he will” he stops sweeping for a second, looking up at the sun and smiling ever so slightly.
“Hm, well I hope he gets here later than sooner; I’m actually able to eat again and I don't mind the peace” She smiles too but for a different purpose.
She sits while he sweeps and they maintain this peaceful silence for a short while, letting the sun bask them in its light.
However the sun soon rises and she stands up to leave.
Stopping at the doorway, she looks back at Moren.
“Hey, could you tell me what you said to him that day?”
“Well it wouldn’t be a secret if I told you now would it?” He responds with a devilish grin
“Tsch” she walks away to go begin her morning duties.
Moren continues sweeping for a short while before stopping suddenly, whipping his head to the right.
A small smile creeps on his face finally taking the form of a full beaming smile.

IMPORTANT!!
Poll stuff!
Well you see i want to write the six months in between the first arc and what i'm thinking is going to be my second arc.
However i'm not sure whether you as readers would prefer it to be part of this fiction, or to be a standalone.
THE REASON is because those six months are going to be a proper gorefest. So, i don't think everyone will appreciate the graphicness.
Plus it'll be able to stand alone as a terror gore fiction by itself so for those that wan't to read the goretastic fiction can
Just tell me what you think I should do and i'll try to make everyone happy (including myself :D)

Hattoran Chronicle
There is a hostile sky above me. Man will never conquer space. He may live in it, but he will never conquer it. The sky above is void, and very black, and very hostile. -- Joseph Kittinger A pair of extragalactic supersoldiers are betrayed and stranded in the Milky Way at the end of the 29th century, potentially shaking the balance of power within the galaxy, but there's far more going on than anyone realizes. Allies are few in a galaxy eager to learn their secrets, and their ancient enemy continues to threaten the existence of the entire universe. The two Hattorans are forced to rely on each other and a few unlikely allies to solve a problem they for once can't simply fight their way out of.(Technically Star Trek fanfic but outside of existing storylines and I'm considering how easily the serial numbers could be filed off) This is all in progress and constructive feedback is strongly encouraged! I've got a lot in the air as I bring this all together.

Afterward, he finds himself having become a Dungeon Core in another dimension, with no clue what he is doing. Fortunately, he has a dungeon fairy to guide him and a couple of friends who managed to come along for the ride. What follows is a journey that will forever change their new world in ways that nobody saw coming. --- Updates Sundays. --- Helpful comments, reviews, and general error checking would be much appreciated. --- Author's Note: Three of the four main characters of this story are all important side characters from a story that I haven't written yet as my skills as an author are not yet up to the task. However, I do have enough of the story nailed down that no changes I make in that story should affect this one. That said, the purpose of this story is to both practice my writing and to generally have fun with my characters and the world around them.
