Chapter 7
“THANKS GEORGE!!”
Asiz yelled as the old man walked back through the throng of people, he waved his hand back in acknowledgment before disappearing into the crowd.
*sigh*
Asiz turned around and readied himself for new chapter of his life.
While riding to St. Augustine Asiz and the old man whom he later found out was named George discussed many things. They had talked of Asiz’s new life and what he planned to do, they had talked of the political state of the world, and George had told him of the bandit plague that had infected the Ruinen Kingdom and its neighbors.
‘It seems as though there is a gang of ruthless criminals called the Delfrio Death Gang which has infested the surrounding countries. From what I’ve been told the Gang usually deals with anything ranging from Human Trafficking to Assassinations. The royals of the Ruinen kingdom have sent thousands of soldiers and guards to destroy the gang but, their attempts they were unsuccessful. The gang was in too deep…. I have also learned that this world uses the cliche monetary system of copper->silver->Gold->Platinum coins, the money however, is used in denominations of 7 making 7 copper= 1 silver and so on and so on.’
Asiz walked through the crowded streets of St. Augustine. He strained to remember the old man's words.
“Make a right onto ventus aly.” Asiz briefly glanced at a sign and turned right.
“Continue until you get to Dragon Square.”
‘Huh Dragon Square what a boring name.’
Looking around Asiz noticed he was in the middle of a large ring of shops and merchant stalls. In the center of the ring was a large circular fountain with a large dragon sculpture that had water flowing from its mouth.
‘Wait a second THIS IS A CIRCLE NOT A SQUARE!!! Whoever named this place is either a genius of the next level or they are just really stupid. Or maybe!! Squares are circles!!!!! My whole life is a lie.’
While contemplating this he continued to follow the directions given to him by George. He passed by several market stalls where merchants tried to rope him in and interest him by yelling things like this.

“SIR! Are you tired of Horny Polygon Badgers rapeing your loved ones? Well if you are... Buy our Horney Badger repellent NOWWW!!!”
Or
“FISH!!!”
‘Hmm not really sure about that first one…. But let's not think about it.’
Asiz continued forward on his journey to the Abseits Inn. During his walk he passed through some of the seedier parts of the city. Orphans sat on the street begging for food, and some prostitute Onee sans stood on the street corners.
It was precisely at that moment that Asiz heard a high pitched feminine scream come from inside the alleyway he was walking past. Turning around he slowly crept towards the dark alley and peaked inside.
He heard more small whimpers. When his eyes adjusted to the dark he noticed an ugly man holding a pretty woman up against the wall. She had fair features and if his eyes could see correctly she had long light blue hair.
“N-no please d-don’t do this I’ll get you the money.”
The man smacked her face and she flinched back covering her face with her hands.
“Quiet bitch! You will pay with your body.” *Slurp Slurp*
The ugly man makes lewd noises while thinking about the great time he is about to have, as he rips her shirt off. BUT!! Little did he know that our hero Asiz was about to….. Walk away from the alleyway????
‘Heh not my problem I came here to have some fun not to be some annoying hero who saves every Unimportant female he meets and them to his uncharacterized harem. Of course I will still have a harem! MUAHAHA but they atleast have to have a half interesting back story. Not that typical my parents died, and now I want revenge BS.”
O-our hero Asiz walked away from the alleyway and let an innocent you girl be defile-
‘Meh happens to thousands of girls a day me saving one won’t change shit.’
OK WE GET IT, YOU DON’T LIKE SAVING PEOPLE AND YOU’RE AN ANTI-HERO!! Jeez just stop interrupting me.
Ahem as I was saying. Our hero Asiz walked past the screams and moans of fear and pleasure. While he used his military training to block out any sounds that he perceived distracting to his goals which probably includes my voice.
After about 10 more almost identical alleyway scenes Asiz finally came to his destination, The Abseits Inn. It was a medium sized wooden building which looked fairly luxurious compared to the ramshackle homes and huts that lined the slum streets.
He walked up to the door which looked like a western saloon door and pushed it open. The hinged doors creaked as they swung open.

All noise inside the inn immediately stopped.
‘Aww if western music was playing right now it would be perfect.’
He stepped through the entrance.
The inside of the building was dimly lit and smelled like alcohol and barf. There were several groups of people sitting at tables staring daggers at Asiz.
‘Cough Cough’ Asiz cleared his throat.
“Howdy Partners I was looking for some companions to drink some good whiskey with and wallow in my sorrows.”
Asiz was met with an even longer silence as the inns occupants continued to stare at him.
“Over here friend!”
Asiz turned to the voice and saw a muscular man sitting alone at a large round table.
After the man spoke the bar went back into action and conversations were started once more and the sounds of belching and loud laughter could be heard throughout the bar.
Asiz walked over to the man who had called him over and sat down In a chair. A pretty waitress came over and asked for his order.
“2 holy firecrackers please.”
“Ahh thank you for the drinks my friend.”
The muscular man chuckled loudly.
“No problem, I was just wondering what sort of information you came here to acquire.”
Asiz had a confused look on his face.
“Information? No I just came here to drink.”
The man took a sip of his drink.
“AHAHA you think I’ll buy that? This is the Abseits in for crying out loud nobody JUST comes here to drink, this is an information bar.”
Seeing that he wasn’t going to believe him Asiz sighed.
“Fine, I’ll tell you. Although I didn’t come here because I wanted any information I did come here on a “recommendation”.
“Ahh I see can I get a name? I may be able to help.”
“Yea I was referred by a guy named Nil.”
The man nearly spit out his drink.
*COUGH COUGH*
“N-nil what did he look like.”
“Hmm tall guy, blond hair and probably pretty handsome, I couldn’t be sure though he was covering his face. I was told to come here to accept a job.”
“I’ll get the bartender right away he will help you with that sir.”
The big man quickly got up and hurried away.
‘Wait wut?! Why did his attitude change so quickly? Is it something I said……
HAHAH I’m stupid! Of course it's something I said. If it wasn’t his attitude wouldn’t have changed.’
Asiz took a sip from his mug.
*PFFTT* *COUGH COUGH*
‘SHIT! This stuff is-’ *HIC* ‘-Strong’
Soon the burly man came back with someone else following behind him.
“This is him sir.”
He stepped to the side and another man came from behind him. This man was shorter than the one that he had been drinking with but, his arms were GIANT. They looked like large twisted vines that were wrapped around each other.
“So you're the one who is claiming to know my son. I SWEAR IF YOU’RE LYING I’LL KILL YOU! Now that we got that out of the way” He held out his hand. “My name is I’m Stefan Zenegade owner of this bar, and Nils father. So tell me why did my son send you to me.”
“Well you see, while I was taking a nice walk through the woods I happened to see your son and some of his friends… “helping” a young lady. Of course being a gentleman myself I came to see If they needed any help “assisting” the lady. However he said that he had it handled and referred this place to me, though he didn’t say that his family owned the place.”
“I see, Let me take you to the back and we can talk about this.”
“The back?”
Stefan gave a wide vicious smile. Asiz shivered as he felt the massive amount of killing intent that circulated in the air around him.
Part 2 will be out sometime this weekend
As you may have guessed from the name St Augustine there Is a church (Technically many churches) in this world. HOWEVER, one of the things I have always hated in LN and fics is that one annoying ass arc where the entire plot gets messed up because of some stupid human supremacist church A-holes. So that being said I am going to make the church more passive and it will have a man in charge like the current pope(An awesome dude who does not discriminate that often.) Anyway I haven't even done jack shit with the church yet so there will probably be more about this later. I just wanted to clear that up with you because to be honest my top 2 hated things about fics and LNs are Aggressive churches and the MC giving otherworlders tech from earth. I mean if ur gonna do that wtf is the point of even being in a goddamn fantasy world!!
But playing with nukes and trading them for chocolate to the otherworlders is completely ok, right? If you know who i mean….
I would personally do it. Probably not for chocolate but there are much more things you can get from a trade like that...

There were "certain parts" of this chapter which were made purely for comedy don't take them too seriously. K?

Rise of an Undead in a Fantasy World
Have you ever wondered what would happen if an undead being that doesn't know what it is like to be alive got free will? What would that undead creature do? How would they think? How would they view the world around them? Would they see life as futile and conquer the world, making it a lifeless danger zone to all living beings? Well, none of that matters, because that's not happening. Our main character is your average gamer from the modern world, yada yada yada... gets transported to a fantasy world through obscure means, blah blah blah... you know how this works. What separates him from the masses, however, are his views on ethics, and world politics. ... Oh, and the fact that he doesn't need to breathe. Message From Author! Accept?: Yes No This is only my second novel, so keep that in mind. I will try to keep the quality of the story to an acceptable level. This means something that I, myself would read. The quantity, however, may put some people off. Adding onto the whole "villainous lead" thing, I will make sure to have the character develop into that perfect little villain over time, instead of starting him out as a bloodthirsty murder-hobo. Of course, there will still be a lot of murdering and he may be a hobo for some of it, but it will mostly not be out of malice in the very early chapters. Last but not least, I have decided there will not be a defined release schedule for this, as I have lost interest in forcing myself to upload x amount of times a week. I will upload whenever I get a good idea, and take my time. That is, if I even feel like writing in the first place. Instead of taking breaks from this novel to do my own thing, I will take breaks from my daily life to post on here. Also, I'm lazy. Thanks for reading, and if you're alright with everything above, feel free to give it a read, and without further ado, have a good one! - Your Author P.S.: I will have little to no romance in the story, as I can't bring myself to writing it, so you don't have to worry about harems.
