《Smiling master》Introductions

"Ok, one last time, just to make it clear. You have spent all your starter points on gacha, which isn't something that he should even have at this point exactly because something like this might happen." Slowly mouthed the teenager, pointing first to the blue floating orb in the middle of the room and then to the fairy floating a bit to it's right, to which they both nodded in their own way. "Nothing on those was immediately useful and yet my life is linked to this rock, which is a dungeon core." Another nod. "And my appearance in this planet is thanks to the emergency gacha summoning that became available after some monsters came inside the cave. Thanks to it's mental age being that of a ten years old i am now also it's master in the same that i am a summoned creature, so i was immediately classified as a dungeon master."
"That's basically it, yes." Said the fairy. "As a heroic entity you should have several bonuses to help you adapt to your new environment plus something special to yourself. You'd not normally be able to see it, but with the help of a dungeon core, projecting your status is easy enough."
"I can deal with this." He nodded, opening the shop option with a mental command and using three dungeon points to take out water, food and bedding. It was all quite simple and intuitive, so he just sat and ate the oreo packet, drank the mineral water and then laid on the camping gear, which was surprisingly comfortable for something he'd only spent two points on. "From now on the Fairy will be called Victoria and the dungeon core will be called Atlas. I am Aki. There's not really anything to be done at the moment except wait until those wolves are asleep, because if they look to be getting ready to set in here, so we might as well use that. I will just be liying here and browsing through some stuff, call me when the meanest looking of the beasts isn't conscious anymore." He explained, finality on his tone as he laid down after witnessing the full transformation of the normal fairy into one with a golden dress, hair ornament and wings.
That last part was quite normal as far as dungeon fairies were conserned, the list of available things to be purchaseble by the dungeon however, not so much.
{Deep cultivation manual (fungae) - 10000 DP}
{Martial manual (Turtle beam) - 100M DP}
{Dragon summoning scroll (Bronze) - 37500 DP
WARNING - Despite metallic dragons being inheritedly good, they will still attack the summoner in case they receive unsatisfactory rewards}
{Theoretical guide to the forth dimension (Aki) - 0,1 (1M) DP}
'Cancel the selling of Theoretical guide to the forth dimension (Aki).' He tried, the other two in the cubic room of white walls only now starting to move to question him.

[Aren't you going to go kill those wolves?! What did I summon you for if not to fight!] Complained a boyish voice coming from his core.
"While rash, I have to agree with the co, Atlas. Dealing with invaders is paramount to survival. At this stage, there's nothing protecting the core from just being destroyed or claimed." Pitched the golden bug lady.
{Insufficient authority. Request denied.} Said the mechanical system.
"First, how am I supposed to know? Second, you're talking to someone that was literally just exsanguinated and died with a smile in his face, death really isn't that scary at the moment. No, we are waiting for the best timing." He phisically answered without getting up to address either. 'Reduce the price of Theoretical guide to the forth dimension (Aki) and add the condition that the buyer must have my authorization to effectively buy it.' He tried with the system.
[Listen here you!...] The core tried to trow a tantrum, but Aki had authority to make it shut up without lifting a finger, so he did exactly that.
{Sufficient authority detected, changes in the product finished}
Seeing his idea work as the option to buy the item in question changed to have half the price and a star by the side, Aki decided to do the same to basically all the items his knowledge currently offered the system shop.
It was obvious he was not the first otherworlder to come here, otherwise pizza and such other luxuries would cost less than the 10 dungeon points they were worth, but much like he wasn't a vegetable named alien, he quite doubted the guy to first put the iconic beam attack he'd just found actually knew how to do it.
With some luck, there wouldn't be a biology nerd or phisics nerd that had a similar experience to him, but the items on his list were a bit...
Well, there were plenty of expensive Xianxia methods that might bring him close to the standards of a certain american hero that refused to wear his pants above the underwear, some that would allow him to cause nuclear fission, a couple that allowed for conversion of radioactive waste, but worst of all, all his theories on magic were written there.
Those wouldn't grant anybody skills like some magic manuals in the shop, but as study material, they held quite the problematic potential. If an actual arcane mage took his words on how to reverse arcane healing so as to directly disperse the soul seriously and researched a way to do exactly that, than that person would become very close to unkillable and have potential to cause tons of destruction. His hundred page dissertation on void walking was also not so good for basically the whole galaxy in case some space mage or a person even less informed on the dangers were to try and cast the described spell, regardless of what actually happened.

Plenty of other theories were still dangerous, but the worst outcome from them still ranged from complete liquefaction of the caster to direct divine intervention, so there really wasn't anything he could allow to circulate.
Sure, many a lich would love to know how to start their experimentation on turning imune to light and holy, but the tens of millions of points just weren't useful if he died immediately after his theories became reality.
Luckily there was nothing on nanobots or such other direct mass of multiplying and highly adaptive life forms, because apparently some book nerd bough a lot of his books before he could restrict them. None were too dangerous or useful, so maybe this person was just binge buying new things, or plain not considering his ideas as worth noting, because they simply kept trying to buy a book after the other, never the same one twice, though he kept refusing.
{You have barred the purchase of 'Real force application' by user 'TheBestWizard'}
{You have blocked the purchase of the same user more than a hundred times, the following solutions are recommended:
*Blacklist them
*Start a video call to discuss
*Create a dungeon macro}
Ignoring the system, Aki kept just manually refusing. A macro costs ten thousand point and both the other options were a tenth of that. He now had 44,500 DP because the guy apparently had a macro to buy two copies of the same work, meaning he got 10% of the original price for the high school knowledge he had on time relative and natural barriers twice.
He could likely get many a skill book or scroll from that, learn the basics of magic like his first instincts told him to. Instead he sighed and got up.
"We just got some revenue. Victoria, look for mild poison that can be released in the air on the shop and give it to me if i start loosing, I will be looking for basic parts for our future development." Aki exclaimed, immediately buying simple adventurer gear. Leather breast plate, gloves, boots, better pants, a short spear, a sword and a round wooden shield with metal plated borders.
All that was worth 1,3 K of dungeon points.
The dungeon core instinctively knew the number to be around that, so he could only cry internally. Whatever meager savings they'd gotten this guy had spent it just like that.
Luckily he didn't have a face, otherwise he'd be forever remembered of the shock he felt right now. It wanted to scream and question it's summoned creature, but it had already used his own power to teleport out of the core's inner space and was slowly walking from the one unnocupied room to the one the wolves were at.
Most were completely awake, but thanks to one very simple fact, they neither smelled nor heard him. The crouching moron had a completely sterile body and equipment that fit him perfectly. With nothing but a shining rock on the strange smelling room, the already tired beasts had neither the energy nor the smarts to guard against an attack from that side.
When Aki finally jumped onto the closest one, the six other wolves finally noticed him. The fact he had a short spear gouging the stomach of his first target was bad, but with him already taking it out and only needing two stabs to take out another not so prepared beast, the situation simply wasn't very good for the already tired animals.
Only after that did their opponent scream so as to intimidade them. His snarl had only normal human canines, but his mouth had wolf blood smeared on it. Suddenly, a pressure fell onto them, fear creeping into their simple minds and making them drop closer to the ground.
"Submit" He ordered, the animals shaken enough to fall on their paws. Aki just walked towards the alpha and petted it's head, giving head scritches with a cold face. "Good choice." His words were now more understandable to the beasts, the simple change of their allegiance linking them to the dungeon and to him. "Eat. Drink. Rest. Enemies will come. We will fight." The direct commands etched into their very being as he spoke, bowls with water and meat magically appearing in front of each.
As creatures of the dungeon, the wolves wouldn't give any more DP, but it really didn't matter, the corpses being assimilated for 24 points showing how little they actually gave, which barely covered the thick beefs they were now eating. No, they'd be of more use as a coordinated fighting force.
How did he know he'd need one so desperatly? Because he'd been isekai'ed into the middle of fucking nowhere, which directly translated to an unchecked goblin population which he could not actually flee from.
If his luck was even worse than normal, then it'd be an orc camp instead, which might as well spell a gladiator's death for him. Unless it was a type of orc that could reproduce only through rituals, then he'd become as much of a green balloon as anything living.
*****
Dungeon core Atlas could barely believe his interface. It made almost no sense, but the mana spenditure and the achievement were both there, both in and out of the strange windows through which he saw the word.
A fifth of his reserves had been spend on creating an aura, the invaders had been frightened into submission and become his first minions.
Three achievement appeared, for his dungeon master using his reserves, from getting his first subordinates and from taking wolves respectively, all enabling new items on the shop.
When he looked at the young man again, he could not see the physic of a soldier suddenly sprouting out of nowhere, nor did his abysmally low amount of mana change much.
Yet maybe, just maybe, they'd be able to thrive.

Who Fixes Books Anyway?
On the pretense of a raise, the relatively new employee Pernie is called in to talk with her superiors. NOTE: This is a short story written for a class I took recently. As a result of deadlines, it does not possess the quality (or length) that I would like and is rather thrunkated. Perhaps sometime far in the furture I'll fix it up. For now, I have much more important things to work on, such as my other fiction.
