《ETERNAL FREEDOM》PROLOGUE 3 OPPORTUNITY IN THE FORBIDDEN ISLAND

The Profound World had numerous continents, and it wasn't easy to startle those who stood at the apex. But now something had happened, that would be written down into the annals of history.
Dragon Continent-
In a secluded forest near a majestic palace, Elder Bahut Accha was immersed in swordplay seeking enlightenment when he sensed a change in the Profound Energy of the atmosphere.
"Hmm?" he furrowed his brows, and called his apprentice to investigate the matter. Belonging to one of the branches of the royal family, the apprentice was quick in his work.
"Master, it seems that there is a decline in pressure coming from the Forbidden Continent."
"Forbidden Continent…" the elder murmured.
Three days later, huge ships bearing the insignia of the imperial family deported towards the mysterious place- the Forbidden Continent.
Devil Continent-
A shockwave spread through the entire continent, encompassing the the three kingdoms- the Horn Devil Kingdom of the Devil Race, the Eastern Blood Kingdom of the Vampire sub race, and the Southern Dream Kingdom of the Succubus sub race.
Chaos ensued upon detecting the source of Profound distortions in the atmosphere, and various types of war ships shot out, intending to be the first to reach the land of danger and opportunities.
Druid Continent-
Although Druids were supposed to be one with nature, free from violence and desires, who could stay still when 'it' was concerned? The elders of the three great sects- the Great Root Sect, the Great Stem Sect and the Great Leaf Sect were sent in haste to the Fairy Continent to guide their inferior peers.
Fairy Continent-
Like their Druid peers, the royal family of the Fairy race were struggling with their internal strife when the Druid envoys arrived, informing them of an unbelieving story. Unlike the Dragons, Devils or Druids, other races were considerably less talented in Profound Energy manipulation or perception. As such, they were unaware of the recent circumstances.

Under the guidance of the female Druid Elders, another ship shot off into the sea.
Giant Continent-
The tribes of the giants were under the oppression of the Devils. Adding to that, they couldn't sense the Profound Energy present in the world, forcing them to train their physical bodies.
In a medium sized tribe, Old Han was seated with his eyes closed. The giants were of simple nature, incapable of scheming or profound thinking. However, beings like Old Han, capable of knowing complex thoughts were known as Sages.
He, being a giant, could not sense the minute changes in Profound Energy of the world, but his intuition told him-
Chaos is near.
Human Continent-
Humans, the descendants of the Sage Giants, were the cannon fodder of the world along with the Beastmen. Yet, due to their ridiculous adaptability they could produce beings exceeding Sages- like Saints or the Hero!
The only two living Saints- Neel and Bhaskar possessed perception equal to those of Druids, Dragons or Devils. However, as the disparity in Profound Energy pressure was too large, both of them remained in the dark.
Beastmen Continent-
Some Sage Giants gave up meditation midway, fusing their blood with animals to obtain greater strength while retaining their newfound intelligence. Frankly speaking, the Beastmen had higher stats with less chances of evolution as compared to Humans who had lower stats but with higher chances of evolution.
They were brothers-in-arms with the Giants when it came to talents in Profound Energy, hence remained unknown to the drama happening around the world.
Forbidden Continent-
Forbidden Forest lied over the Forbidden Continent. A place where Profound Energy pressure was so great that it caused mutation in all organisms. The trees here were strong, sturdy and filled with Profound Energy. Yet they seldom bore fruit. Any life born here was a world treasure.

Three humongous beings- a beautiful swan, a ferocious boar and a deadly horned snake ruled this forest. They didn't need to eat or sleep, and no one knew the reason of their existence.
Currently the same beings, who can be easily classified as a calamity, were wondering-
Who the heck is absorbing all the Profound Energy?

The times and struggle of a orc cook in the Demon Lord's army. (On Hiatus due to reasons seen in summary)
Title needed a change. So a full honest update to you all who are reading and following this story. I'm putting this story on a Hiatus not only because of I'm trying to improve my spelling and grammer (which is slow going) but also due to other reasons listed down below. 1) The story is getting a full re-write as these last months have given me time to see what I have already writen and what else I have planned is not gonna work no matter how much I've tried with what I call 'test chapters' to see how what works or not. 2) I don't really have the time to write, mainly thanks to life deciding to throw a bunch of stuff and leaving me exhausted both mentally and physically. And what little free time I have is barely enough for me to do anything that other than sleep or play a game for maybe 15 min. 3) I have a job and bills to pay. Some of which are overdue. It also dose not help that thanks to the new inflations in prices, I've been struggling to get things in order. So now you all know. Once things have calmed down and gotten somewhat in order again, I'll be posting the new first chapter as soon as I can along with a new summary for the story. Until then, I hope you all have a nice day and enjoy all the other stories you can find around this wonderful site.
