《Blade of shattered reality》v1 Chapter 18: Request from the adventurer's guild in Rybridia

After Fina's injuries were healed the two of them finally went on their journey to find the pieces of the blade. Kyouko and Fina left the mansion in Labarnia and went to the nearby country of Rybridia. On the way they met a little girl who was also on the way to Rybridia. So decided to go there together. The little girl then asked them a question.
"What are you going to do at Rybridia Miss?"(Girl)
The two of them looked at the young girl with Pink colored hair. Her hair was tied in a ponytail. Her bright red eyes were filled with curiousity about her surroundings. She wore a white kimono and she has a kodachi strapped around her wrist. She was about 178 centemeters tall. Kyouko replied to her question and said.
"We will stay at Rybridia for a few days to look for information about something we needed to do. What about you young miss? You're still too young to travel by yourself right? My name is Kyouko Akaza what's yours miss?"(Kyouko)
"What did you just say miss? I'm way older than you think. But anyway thank you for taking me with you. My name is Yuriko Takahashi it's nice to meet you Kyouko Akaza-san"(Yuriko)
She bows down and the three of them proceeded on their journey. On the way they saw another young girl and she was being attacked by Orcs. So the three of them quickly rushed in to help her.
The Orcs had a very muscular build and their skin is color green. They had vicious fangs on their teeth and they weilded a big bronze sword.
There were two Orcs but Kyouko quickly lunged towards the Orc and She managed to pierce the Orc's lungs and thus killing it. Meanwhile Fina and Yuriko were fighting the Orc. But they can't easily approach Orcs unlike Kyouko who possessed the skill Divinity so fighting an Orc is still very dangerous for them. The Orcs possessed superhuman reflexes that are superior to humans. But Kyouko managed to kill one with ease.
"Watch out Fina-chan."(Yuriko)
The Orc quickly swung his sword towards Fina. But Yuriko suddenly pushed Fina aside and intercepted the Orc. She used her kodachi to block the Orc's attack. And she quickly countered the Orc with a kick. The Orc was sent flying with the insane amount of power in Yuriko's kick.

"What was that? You did well Yuriko-san. But how powerful are you? You just sent that orc flying. I wonder if I can fight you later. Can I Yuriko-san"(Fina)
Then the girl approached Kyouko and said.
"Um...... T, thank you for helping me out. My name is Fumiko Yasui can you please tell me what's your name?"(Fumiko)
"My name is Kyouko Akaza it's nice to meet you Fumiko Yasui-san."(Kyouko)
The little girl named Fumiko Yasui was wearing a long blue Robe that was covering her entire body. She also wore a hood to cover her face. She was about 177 centimeters tall. Kyouko was troubled by her appearance and said.
"Can I ask you a favor Fumiko Yasui-san?"(Kyouko)
"What is it Kyouko-sama"(Fumiko)
"Can you please take off your hood Fumiko-chan"(Kyouko)
"Hai?"(Fumiko)(Hai means yes in Japanese.)
Fumiko was scared at first but she decided to take off the hood. The moment she took off her hood a beautiful young girl with Silver eyes and ears of a fox was in-front of them. Her hair was tied up in a pigtail.
"Fufufufu..... You're more beautiful than what I expected Fumiko-san."(Kyouko)
"Huuh?...... What did you just say Kyouko-san"(Fumiko)
Fumiko was suprised by kyouko's reaction. Normally people will run away when they saw her appearance. But Kyouko wws staring at her. It's not because of fear or anger. But rather it's amazement. Kyouko was amazed by Fumiko's appearance. It's rare for her to see someone who has fox eyes. In fact she wanted to meet a girl with Fox ears in real life.
"Are you a beastkin? I've always wanted to meet a beastkin in person. Anyway it's nice to meet you Fumiko-chan"(Kyouko)(Beastkin is a species of demi-humans that possessed the body of an animal and a human. They also possessed more powers than average demi-humans)
"But are you sure Kyouko-sama? I'm a demi-human so humans will not accept me on their town."(Fumiko)
"Please tell me the nearest town from our current location Fumiko-chan"(Kyouko)
"Okay let me think for a bit..... I have one. There's a town north from here named Ryuzuryu. If your looking for a town then it's the closest one."(Fumiko)
"Thanks. Okay then let's all go to the town."(Kyouko)
"What's the matter Yuriko-san?"(Fina)
"It's nothing. Well then let's go everyone."(Yuriko)
Yuriko was trying to stand but her legs wouldn't listen to her. So Kyouko approached her and said/

"Are you okay Yuriko-san? Are you tired? Then why don't we camp her for the night?"(Kyouko)
"No, no I'm fine. let's go. Don't worry about me I'm completely fine so let's continue our journey. I need to reach the capital now. The fate of the country is in my hands."(Yuriko)
"Fate of the country? What do you mean Yuriko-san?"(Fumiko)
Yuriko stood silent for a moment. She just stood there without any respond. Then she said.
"We have to inform the royal guard about the vampire army that are currently marching towards the capital. With their current pacing they will arrive at the capital in three days. I need to warn them or else they wouldn't know the danger that they are currently facing."(Yuriko)
Fumiko was suprised on what Yuriko just said. She decided that she should sharpen her sword for the coming battle. Kyouko smiled at them and said.
"How many soldiers does this country have Yuriko-san?"(Kyouko)
"About two hundred thousand or so. Why?"(Yuriko)
"I'll tell you on the way. But now let's focus on getting to the adventurer's guild. I need to report something there. Then let's prepare a plan on how we should aid the military of Rybridia."(Kyouko)
Who is this person? What is she talking about? Can she really help us in this upcoming battle? Anyway why am I staying here with them. If I wanted to I can leave but why do I want to come along?
These thoughts were inside of Fumiko's head. But her gentle smile gave home to the group. Everyone was motivated to help Yuriko on this problem that they are currently facing.
"Once we're at the adventurer's guild I want you Fina to look for a place to stay. But now let's start moving. Time is against us so we need to hurry."(Kyouko)
And the group begun to move and a few hours later they finally arrived at the town of Ryuzuryu. The Kyouko said.
"Can the two of you come along with Fina-chan I have something important to do at the adventurer's guild."(Kyouko)
"Sure."(Fumiko)
And Kyouko quickly ran to the adventurer's guild leaving the three behind. When she arrived she went to the receptionist counter and a young lady in her twenties greeted her and said.
"How can I help you miss?"(Receptionist)
"Can I post a request to deliver a letter to sakuragami's Royal mansion?"(Kyouko)
"Of course. But it will not be cheap. Recently vampires are attacking the town and people are hiring adventurer's everywhere and I don't think we have enough manpower to send a large group of adventurers to Sakuragami's capital Labarnia."(Receptionist)
"Then take a look at this. It's the seal of the head guild master. I have it so can you please accept my request the fate of this country is in the hands of this letter."(Kyouko)
"Let me have a look."(Receptionist)
The receptionist took the seal and examined it through the reader.(Reader is a type of scanner that analyzes the magical energy of a certain item or artifact. It can identify the creator of the item and how it's created.)
"Oh your right it's really the seal of chivalry. But where did you get this? But anyway please fill up this request sheet and once your finished please submit it here in the receptionist counter."(Receptionist)
Kyouko took the pen that's being offered by the receptionist and proceeded on filling up the sheet. After she finished filling up the sheet she submitted it to the receptionist.
"Your name is Kyouko Akaza haven't I heard that name somewhere?"(Receptionist)
"Oh right your the empress of sakuragami right? It's a pleasure to meet you Kyouko-sama"(Receptionist)(The activities of sakuragami was heard all over the world and their reputation has increase thanks to Kyouko's previous victories against the demon king's army)
"So please tell me how much will you offer as a reward to the adventurer that finished the quest?"(Receptionist)
"I guess three hundred thousand coru is enough right? And make this quest a B ranked request got it miss? Then i'll be off now"(Kyouko)
Then Kyouko handed over the letter and left the adventurer's guild and she saw Fina who was running towards her.
"Did you manage to the finish the think that you're suppose to do Kyouko-san? Did it went well?"(Fina)
She smiled at Fina and said.
"Yup everything's all right now. Anyway let's go to the inn."(Kyouko)
"Then i'll guild you Kyouko-san"(Fina)
And their quest to find the missing pieces was put on hold when the country of Rybridia faced a great disaster.

Thief of Time
[Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Book 1: The Legend of Tot Synopsis: Claud Primus, a self-declared master thief, has a simple goal. To live forever. It's a rather easy task, for miraculous objects called lifestones are able to extend one's lifespan. These lifestones are best found in the treasuries of nobles, lovely resorts that Claud pays a visit to every so often. Unfortunately, one of those nightly visits go awry, and Claud is forced to escape with just a single lifestone and a box in hand. Normally, that's when things die down. The guards yawn, the gates close, and the night continues. But this time, the night isn't that forgiving. A dozen schemes result in the murder of someone important, and with a convenient scapegoat — Claud — at hand, it doesn't take long for him to be framed as a heinous criminal, wanted for the indirect murder of someone high up...and it just gets worse from there. Book 2: The Moon Lords' Rise Synopsis: As ordered chaos sweeps across Licencia, Claud leaves for Julan Barony, intent on making some profits there. Accompanied by the erstwhile heiress of Julan, a fellow member of the Moon Lords, the two plot against the barony's wealth...as well as a promise to bring about its downfall. Meanwhile, back home, the Moon Lords have busied themselves with digesting their gains. Eyes, however, are beginning to turn to this proverbial fish in a small pond. The fishermen are coming. When they cast their hook, what will Dia and the others do? Book 3: Murders under the Moons Synopsis: In the sleepy town of Nachtville, where Claud and Lily are forced to stop at, a set of nasty murders occurs. Victims scream out in fright, before a spear falls from the sky to end their suffering. Cowed and cautious, the master thief and his partner slink in the shadows, their objective that of home... A new task, however, has fallen on Dia. With a trusty helper at her side, she has to set off towards Nachtville itself, to solve the mystery Claud had abandoned. Faced with an enemy whose sole skillset is geared towards killing, how will they succeed? And what dark secrets will they find? Book 4: In the Dark of the Moons Synopsis: The year has ended. The four months of the full moons will soon be followed by two months of the new moons. Duke Istrel's ascension is around the corner. Amidst this political upheaval, Count Nightfall, Licencia's strongest defender, has been called away. The Moon Lords' largest task yet — to protect Licencia in the absence of its ruler — has begun. And yet, trouble is unrelenting. A distinguished personage, one that Claud fears, has been found dead in the county, his brains dug out and his body disemboweled. The inquisitors of the White Church have been dispatched to investigate and apprehend the murderer...as well as the person behind this puppet. Tormented by a call to fight, Claud directs his eyes out of the city, looking for the puppetmaster. Skulking in the shadows, the master thief will soon confront his greatest foe yet. A foe just like him. Book 5: Moonlit Tides and Darkened Seas Synopsis: A new era has begun. For the privileged, the sands of time dribble away for every passing moment, counting down to the arrival of a entity of mythical proportions. The night now harbours shadows and fog, and operatives of the Moons and the Dark clash in shadow. Claud, as usual, is investigating a spate of nasty disappearances in the city, but little does he know what these disappearances truly mean. And yet, a tide is coming. When it finally breaks, what will he do? Book 6: Secrets in Shadow Synopsis: The person behind a strike that would enter the annals of history flees his home, bringing with him the person closest to his heart into a new land and into a new world. Having left Istrel for the first time in his life, the two of them attempt to settle down in foreign lands, only to be caught in the middle of hostilities between two mighty powers grappling for dominion. Yet, none of that has anything to do with him. Following his desires, Claud eventually makes his way to the fabled Celestia Ruins, a fragment of another world. Bearing witness to truths he cannot yet comprehend, he returns from his exploration, a small break away from the machinations of destiny. One thing, however, is for certain. Destiny will not wait for him. Book 7: Reddest Rage Synopsis: Destiny churns on, heedless of mortal machinations, and Claud watches as the battlegrounds between the Moons and the Dark are drawn up. With the forces of the great Dark occupying Lostfon, Claud comes to a startling realisation — that he may have very well be a murderer of heinous proportions. Grappling with that realisation, he struggles to prepare for his Second Tutorial... Back in Istrel, Dia finds herself confronted with a perennial truth. Even in a time of writhing destiny, the machinations between nobles never cease to end — and unfortunately for her, the group once known as the Moon Lords are forced into dealing with a petty squabble between two counts. What they didn't account for, however, was the startling discovery they would soon make... And the shadow of the Red God's Holy Son behind it all. Book 8: Darkness Descends Synopsis: Nightmares haunt the horizon as Claud sinks and awakens from a seeming dream. What was once illusory begins to play out before him, in a way he cannot imagine. Dia, forced to wield arms, begins and ends a battle that opens her eyes to the vast dangers that lurk in this sundered world. Under the banner of humanity and divinity, she beholds the silent, forgotten protectors of Orb...but there is no forgetting the battle between the divinities. The Dark descends, the Moons writhe, and the horns of war blow once more. But this is not their battle. Not yet. Book 9: Moons Muster Synopsis: As more and more events fall into place, Claud finds himself desperate. Not for himself, but for the person who has turned into his world. Armed with the knowledge of a certain future, he approaches the only person that could possibly help him in his time of need, trading information for a promise of help. With that as solace, he returns to the grim task of understanding and seeking, revisiting an ancient, shattered fragment of another world...unleashing changes that he never knew was possible. Back in Istrel, Dia and the others must now navigate around a familiar spirit, who seeks to investigate the death of his master's Bearer. With them as prime suspects, the Seekers of Life must move carefully...but the Coloured Gods are not the only divinities eyeing them closely. The Moons, bristling from repeated defeats, are looking for new recruits, and the Seekers of Life are prime cannon fodder. Above all, destiny marches on, the unfeeling clock a warning to all. The Trial of Aeons will soon arrive. Book 10: Destiny Divine Synopsis: ??? Release frequency: one every few days or something, I guess.
