《Re:Demon》Important Poll

Hello readers,
It has been quite some time since I have touched Re: Demon. I have finally graduated, and the stress I had, even while writing, has almost completely left me. Today, I was planning on writing the new chapter of Re: Demon for Monday, but another idea came into my head. I thought and thought, and realized how... shallow Re: Demon really is. Sure, it's interesting, a reincarnation story where the main character is truly a monster, but I realized something. I had the beginning and the end all completed story-wise, but what I lacked was a middle. I had a few events planned here and there, but taking some time to think about it, the Re: Demon world isn't as flexible as I would like it to be. It was a shallow idea built upon inspiration from many, many other reincarnation novels and manga. However, every time I received a comment, every time someone followed, I was filled with joy. I love the community, but the story is something that I would need to remake if I were to continue.
I have another story idea, something much more flexible and something that I believe y'all would like even more. I'll give the basic story premise, go a bit more in-depth, and then have some light spoiler events at the end (it will be covered with a spoiler tag, don't worry. Only for those who like spoilers).
Basic premise: 26 year-old programmer gets reincarnated into another world as a child. He's not afraid to show off his power, and uses it to carve his place into this world. In this world, special individuals have, in addition to known spells and skills, their own unique abilities. An academy was created to help the children learn their abilities and to turn them into either great sages, or great mages for the kingdom. The MC's power: programming. He can copy any ability, even unique ones to some degree. However, as he leisurely lives in the school, unknown to him, he is being targeted by the goddess of this world.

Story explanation: A 26 year-old hobbyist programmer accidentally creates a "perfect" artificial intelligence while messing around with an idea. He shares this with the world, and garners huge amount of fame because of it. However, while one day working on the AI, he is killed by an extremist. He gets thrust into a fantasy world, his dream, but as a child. He begins to show extreme magical talent, being able to use spells even chantlessly. What he is actually doing is programming the spells like he would a script. He is then sent to a specialized academy for unique ability users, where he learns more about the world and enjoys life in the academy, especially since he had a horrible school experienced in his past life. However, while living leisurely in the academy, he is targeted by the goddess. He is a Glitch. He shouldn't be in the system, and he must be eliminated. His existance has caused a time paradox, and the goddess must correct this. She sends a disciple after him, intent on killing him once and forever.
Event spoilers:
Spoiler: Spoiler
- Creates Parallel Wills which are really artificial intelligences using his own memories
- Creates a blonde hair blue-eyes loli maid with artificial intelligence which serves him in the academy
- Has several epic encounters with the disciple
- Finds out he isn't exactly what he thought he was
- Creates his own unique magic system
- Fights the goddess
- He has a tsundere redhead after him
- Actually uses his power to gain fame instead of being modest like other MCs
- Actually tells his parents that he's lived another life previously, unlike other MCs
- Biggest spoiler: you'll love it
Please carefully consider before making your decision. I am much more avid about this new story than I am about Re: Demon. Apologies that I am not "perfect and devoted writer". I am human, and I grow. I looked back and realized that I could do better than Re: Demon. Thank you all for reading, and have a great day.

Meek
After failing as an apprentice cooper and a town guard, Eli finds his place at the Rockbridge archives. Sure, he's the oldest 'junior scribe,' but he likes the job. And he's good at it, too. Then he completes an apparently-insignificant project, and the brutal reaction shocks him--with consequences that eventually shake the world. Eli gains powers. Rare and inhuman abilities. He progresses slowly, steadily, and not without setbacks. He changes, too. Is he a hero, a villain, a human, a monster? Depends who you ask. Meek is an epic fantasy with elements of progression. The basic magic is simple: five Paths, each with a different powerset. However, complexity arises from combinations, and the protagonist wields a magic all his own. Meek is set in the Valley, the only (as far as anyone knows) human empire that survived a Final Battle against a terrible foe. The Valley is warded against infiltration, but the enemy learned how to warp human souls, to foment discord within. However, another soul is also ... changed. Perhaps even 'warped.' And that soul is starting on a long (long, long) path that might, one day, prove that the Final Battle wasn't so final after all.

Reverse Reincarnation
Returning to a previous life she doesn’t remember, Tori wakes up in a fantasy world as the heir to an empire. One where magic called cultivation rules. While doing research and kickstarting an industrialization, she has to deal with a family of transmigrators, politics, and spirits. Maybe she’ll even figure out why some of them keep trying to kill her. Life in a different world has its challenges, even if it’s the life you’re supposed to lead. This is a slightly tongue-in-cheek take on a transmigration/cultivation novel. The story will be more focused on characters than action. A few characters, including the MC, are LGBT+. Updates: Mon. & Thurs.

A City of One
A three-part story about a mad scientist, a child of death, and a man plagued by imminent doom. Part 1: He's the last man on earth, and it's all his fault. The time counts down as Cain fights against the remains of a fallen world in order to complete a mysterious mission. Where did all the people go? What is Cain's goal? Find out in "A City of One." Author recommendation: This story is best read slowly with sad music playing in your ears. (The Interstellar soundtrack and the song Undaunted, by Audio Machine, are some excellent tone-setters for this tale.)
