“ That was amazing, I thought you were a goner there!” Odin was happy for me.

“Hehe, all planned out!” That was close, need to be more careful next time.

“Have you been following the news lately?” What is Odin talking about?

“News?”

“The news that gives us info of the real world or the local news paper”

“ What? I didn’t know there was anything like that here”

“No wonder, Earth have been silent for the past two months now. The administrators are probably dead, there hasn’t been an update in 4 months, rumors are spreading, is Earth coming to an end?”

“I just came to Felia a few days ago, but what I can tell you is that Earth has just become worse, even the survivalists are fighting against each other for any kind of resource and the climate is close to inhabitable if you’re just strolling around.”

“Figures, I don’t know why, but I fell sad, I mean even though I gave up on the world and everything, all that history and fun that there was before all this. Feels weird that its actually coming to and end and its our own fault really, humans are stupid, violent and too smart for our own good.”

“That is true, I remember before me and Celia, my little sister was rescued and stationed in a safe bunker, we had joined a small organization, it was not a nice one, but we had to if we wanted to survive. We were 12 people including me and Celia, we had some guns and military practice that we were thought by the others, there was only one there that we really considered a friend he was at the same age as me, his name was Zane, but our friendship was cut short” I could feel the bad feeling in my stomach.

“What happened?” after a short pause I continued.

“We got attacked by a gang twice our size, we retaliated as much as we could”

My memories came back.

“Sky, we have to fight back!” People were dying on both sides, people we have been living with for months.

I aimed my gun outside the window and shot as much as I could with the auto riffle I had, I swear I killed at least one and wounded another, but it was not the time to be thinking of that.

I got back in cover and reloaded, took a breather and looked around, I could see Celia shooting out off a window next to me, she reloaded quick and got right back to the shooting.

I got up and took a quick look outside the window while she just finished shooting, I could see a guy aiming his RPG towards her!

“Celia, get back! RPG!” As I shouted it was too late for me to get to her, the shot was already on its way, is this the last time I would see my sister?

“Zane?” came running from the other side of Celia and pushed her over to me as the RPG hit the wall next to him.

It was like everything was in slow motion at that moment, after he pushed Celia he turned looked at me, his eyes were tearing up as he said something, but I couldn’t quiet make out what he said. That still haunts me to this day.

“We have to get out of here!” I said as I picked up Celia by my shoulder and made my way out of there, Celia was injured by a piece of debris that fell on her shoulder.

“No, we have to keep fighting!” She said, but I knew we were losing, even our leader was lying dead on the ground, but she didn’t see that right away.

I forced us out of there, by our secret underground trench, leaving everyone behind except Celia, as I turned my head around back at the hide out it was completely demolished and in smoke.

“After that we walked for a long time in silence and in turmoil, what are we going to do from now on? We walked without aim and in that climate we were sure to die, but we were rescued after I don’t even know for how long we walked”

“I am sorry, about your hideout and Zane too, he sounds like a good guy”

“He was….”

“Get ready to fight, back to your stations!” The boss was back, the break seemed to be really short, but it seems I got caught up in my thoughts.

We followed him and his guards to the arena again through the long dark corridor.

Everyone was following the boss, but there was one behind that Sky didn’t notice, it was The Deciever, she shed a tear.....
