We were getting shot at some pods fell, but I wasn’t thinking about that.

The pod landed on a platform inside the city where we were safe from pvp.

I was the last one to arrive, someone was pulling the arrow out of the entry.

“You ok in there?” I was in no mood to talk.

I got out and the place was filled with people, I headed over to Emily.

“Sky, are you ok?” Odin seemed concerned.

“Where is Cortez?” Elisa asked, I didn’t bother to answer them.

Sky`S eyes were wide open in shock.

Everyone was looking at me and made a clear path as I went over to Emily and grabbed her shoulder

“I hope you plan to attack tonight or I will kill them all on my own!” Bruce grabbed my hand,

trying to get me off, I looked over at him and he let go in fear.

I left the scene and headed into the village.

“Sk—“ Elisa was trying to go after Sky

“Elisa, don’t” Odin grabbed her arm and stopped her.

“You don’t see Cortez around do you?” Odin let go.

After a short while Elisa and Odin headed into the planning room with the other people who were willing to fight back, Sky was listening in as he hid in the crowd.

“Their base is not far from here, the main road continues onward after this city they are located at the end of the road, which is about a 1 hour walk from here or a really expensive zeppelin ride which we don’t have money for again. We want to go as quickly as possible, but first we need a plan of infiltration, their base is in a city that is actually under npc control, but they killed them and every time they respawn, they have built a wall around so there is only one way in and that is through the front gate, unless we jump down from above.”

“How many of them are there?”

“Our recon squad have target about 30 players, so we outnumber them by at least 10 man”

“Are we just going to break through the front gate?”

“It isn’t as dumb as it sounds, there is no way for them to attack us from the inside out, they have to meet us outside on the field or at the door itself, but once inside we have to find the leader, that is top priority, his name is Garrett, his gear is top notch for his level and his skills in fights are unmatched, but he is the leader who keeps tabs on everything in these lands, we take him out, the rest shouldn’t be a problem.”

Garrett, was that the man I saw with my sister earlier at the camp in Nulara?

“Pick up everything they drop as it might be useful in combat, but we won’t make this without casualties if we are completely honest with ourselves many of us will not return, we sacrifice our lives for the innocent lives of others who doesn’t have to endure the same torment as you have.”

Everyone was cheering and really pumped up with adrenaline.

“Meet at the front gate in 10 minutes then we will march!”

I don’t have 10 minutes, every second now they can be relocating that means less chance of finding Celia, I am not going to lose two important people in one day…

Sky headed out on the main road alone right after the conference.

“Where do you think Sky is?” Elisa was concerned.

“ I don’t know, but I think its best we leave him alone, we know he to save his sister, he will be

there I am sure of it”

“Yeah, you are right”

“I can’t believe Cortez is….”

“Yeah, me neither, I don’t even remember the last thing I said to him…”

Elisa and Odin headed to the gate as everyone was prepared to march, but Sky was already on his way.

So that’s the hideout huh? At this level it’s probably crawling with tracker hunters, let’s see how their nose works against me.

The front door was guarded by several guards some of them tracker archers, but Sky didn’t care.

“Hey, someone is here, he is coming right at u--!?” Sky shoved both his daggers in the man’s throat dealing immense damage with his legendary daggers.

“Die!” the others started drawing their bow, Sky tumbled behind one of the archers and knocked his bow out of his hands, the archers fired the shoots, but Sky was unharmed, however his cover died.

“Disappear!” Sky turned invisible, then reappeared behind one enemy striking him down with his out of stealth damage boost on the first strike.

Sky quickly picked up the rope from the archers waist and knotted it to his dagger and threw it towards the last archer, hitting him in the hand, making him drop his bow, Sky caught up with him and sliced him down.

Hmm, he had the key in his pocket, this place is just like the last one. Sky heard the gate being unlocked and opened.

“Hey you!” With disappear and reappear on cooldown he was forced to use smokebomb!

“I can’t see anything, kjaa!”

“Are you ok? Are you the--?! Urgh!”

The two guards who opened the door died in the smoke. Sky entered the base with stealth gear, but no way of getting his stealth back.

“Think you are the only assassin around here?”

An assassin appeared behind Sky, but sky noticed the splattering sound on the mud behind him and dodged the hit!

The assassin was left unstealthed, Sky threw dirt in his face and kicked him down only to stab him several times in his torso, then came a big axe swing from his side only greasing his arm. But Sky managed to dodge.

“What you going to do now, bastard?”

The axe guy used his enrage ability to boost his speed and strength.

“humf, with great speed comes the possibility of…..?” The blade master charged Sky in a swift movement, but he slipped as he was about to swing!

“Slipping….”

“ARRGH!” The blademaster got back up and was just about to attack Sky, but then..

“Stop!” Garrett came out with at least 10 men, including Celia!

“You think you can just kill my men and get away with it?”

He was looking really casual as he approached me.

“You would get away with it actually if it wasn’t for my elite squad, you see, a skilled player as yourself could be a part of my elite squad, you only have to ask.”

“ Pfft, you guys are nothing but scum, abducting innocent players, killing them? Torturing them?”

“I don’t see the problem, you are more like me then you think!”

“I am nothing like you!”

“You are a Murderer, I can see it your eyes, your movements, your actions. You like to do things alone, you subconsciously want to explore the world only to measure your strength and skill.”

“Hmmmm, hahaha HAHAHA! You think you know me? Why I do the things I have done? You might be right, I am a killer…Everyone I know dies because of me, which means now that you know me, you to have to die.”

“Ohh? Is that so?” Garrett walked away with his back turned against me.

“Celia finish him” I was shocked as he asked my sister to fight me, did he know our story or was it just a random draw of his elite squad?

Celia went towards me, she looked at me I could see her eyes, they were sad. We both knew that either one of us had to die.

I was surrounded by the whole camp, Celia and I had a circle to fight in.

“This time, you won’t lose right?” Garrett laid a cold hand on Celias shoulder and look at her with emotionless eyes.

It was obvious at that point that Celia would be killed if she lost, Garrett was referring to the fight in the arena, I could recall that he mentioned her failure at the camp, back in Nulara.

There was no choice, we had to fight!

“There is the headquarters, everyone stay sharp and stay behind me and Bruce, we will stay at the front line”

“Yes ma`ma!”

Celia and I drew our blades, she was also wearing stealth gear, we both knew that was the best for quick killings, but in the arena we had to win the crowd with melee combat.

She appeared behind me, I quickly rolled forwards and threw mud in her face, I was just about to kick her backwards as she grabbed my foot which made me lose balance and fall on the slippery mud, she was using the momentum to try and hit me on the way down, but I used reappear behind her and kicked her away as I got my footing back.

We were both looking at each other again, breathing more heavily, I threw my rope dagger at her, instead of deflecting it she sliced the rope, I only had one dagger left, but I was on my way to attack her as she cut it.

Just as I was about to strike her I used disappear, while I was invisible I slideed under her feet and stabbed her in the back, I knew the damage wouldn’t be fatal. The dagger got stuck in her back, but I tried to pick up the other dagger that was on the ground, she stepped on my hand as I was reaching for it then kicking me in the head with her other foot as she turned around.

I could see her over me as I was lying on my back, she forced the dagger towards my chest,but I managed to take a hold of her hand, but she was pushing really hard I was struggling to keep the dagger from killing me,I looked up at her face, her tears was dripping on my face, it was pouring down from the rain so no one saw her cry. I spun my legs up and hit her on her side, no damage was dealt but she got distracted by it, enough time for me the push the dagger to the side and roll to safety.

When I rolled backwards she was gone, she had used disappear! I couldn’t hear any footsteps like with the last assassin, the last one had to be combat or poison speced. She got the jump on me and hit me in the back, but it didn’t kill me, like I didn’t kill her.

Reappear was off cooldown and I used it, once I got behind her I noticed the dagger in her back was gone, I had no weapons I ripped the dagger in my back out, I saw around me as I was still in the air, It was another reality check, I was cornered, by atleast 20 people that includes the rest of the elite members. I landed behind her, she turned around quickly I knew she was going to anticipate it and retaliate with a dagger hit, but I did the only thing I could.

Hug her.

The dagger went right through my heart, I could feel it inside me, it was cold, and my body quickly got weak as we both fell to our knees, Celia was paralyzed, she probably didn’t think I would let her kill me.

“Sky!” I could hear Elisa scream from afar as I saw the rest of the fighters coming through, the guards that surrounded us started fighting with Emily, Bruce and the others. Garrett hurried up inside his main building with the rest of his elite crew.

“You know, i finally managed to save someone * Blood cough*”

She couldn’t move, she was paralyzed in shock.

My eye lids became really heavy and I got sleepy as I feel over on the muddy ground.

I tried to keep my eyes open, the last thing I saw was Celia on her knees crying over me.

She was trying to tell me something, but I couldn’t hear anything anymore.

I thought I could save you alone, I always drag my friends with me and they die because of that, this time I was the one to die, but maybe that’s what I deserve, Zane and the gang, Cortez, our old friends back in the slum, even you.

Farewell…..Live…

“Elisa, get back!” Odin shouted as he was fighting a darkblood member.

Elisa was running over to Sky`s body, she didn’t care about Celia, Elisa put Sky`s head on her lap, feeling his white hair with her fingers.

Celia stood up and backed off.

“You know, he never once thought about himself, he always did his best to protect us and help you…He wanted to sacrifice his own life for you to have one, don’t waste it.”¨

A guy was about to attack Elisa, but Celia appeared behind him just about to slice his throat as he was shoot in the head with a arrow from the distance.

“My brother was willing to die for me, so were you, I will do my best to honor my brother’s name, I will no longer be a part of the darkblood brotherhood that is what my brother sacrificed his life for!”

“Wait don’t attack her!” Emily stopped a friendly from attack Celia.

Emily saw Sky`s dead body.

“You are his sister? Come with us, help us fight back!” Emily stretched out her hand, but the fight was still going on around them.

“You got it!” Celia grabbed Emily’s hand and they started fighting side by side.

“Is it too late for me to join in to??” Cortez shouted from afar, he was at the gate!

*Heartbeat*………..*Heartbeat*…………*Heartbeat*

I opened my eyes everything was red! I was drowning, I could feel something entering my skin, mouth and eyes! I felt really dizzy and disorientated.

Where am i?

I was only wearing shorts. I got a look around and I could see the players from the prison in the experimentation lab, I was in the pool, but the pool was drained by me, I felt excruciating pain in my whole body!

“Argh!!Urgh!!” My eyes turned black as a black aura surrounded my body.

“What is going on? I can’t bare this pain any longer!”

Several black spots appeared on my body, some thin black spikes erupted from the spots, impaling the bodies of all the players, killing them and ripping them apart.

I had no control of my body, I got up from the pool of blood, the spikes returned back to my body.

*Heartbeat*………….*Heartbeat*……………….*Heartbeat*

I could see, I could move, but I didn’t have full control.

Sky awoke from the dead in Elisas lap, but Sky’s body was emitting a black aura, tormenting those around him.

Elisa had to back off.

Sky got up on his feet, but his appearance was human, but different, his whole body was covered in a darkish hue with extremely pale skin, and he also had two long swords with the same darkish hue, there was no matter, just shadow.

“Sky is that you?” Celia tried to reach through to Sky, but there was no response.

Sky turned around to the fight and reappeared behind an enemy shoving the blade through his back and draining him of life, the target died instantly. Sky moved quickly around the battlefield, he was so fast the enemies got killed off in matter of seconds, his body appeared and reappeared all over the place while killing them.

“What is going on?”

“What is that?”

“Sky, what is happening to you?”

There was no more enemies left outside, only Garrett and the elite crew inside. Sky was floating over the ground as he headed over to the front of the building.

“Stay here” Sky’s voice was almost inaudible.

He walked right through the gate, like a ghost.

“ I knew it, when I heard the prison sounded the alarm, of course they could hold of the prisoners, but something killed them all, it was you wasn’t it?” Garrett was backing off, the elite squad jumped in front of him to guard him.

Sky was standing still in front of them with his Black eyes, two long black swords of shadow, pale skin, dark nails and dark veins that could be seen on parts of his body.

The elite squad used all their cooldowns to attack, but Sky smashed the 2 handed axe from the elite blade master into pieces with a mere block, the others also tried to hit Sky but their swords passed through his body like thin air.

“Ohhh?” Sky slices them up with a flurry of strikes, the enemies got cut up and the wounds was leaking life essence that was being drained by Sky subconsciously, they died in a matter of seconds helplessly on the ground.

“I was more than right, you are worse than a monster, you are the devil himself!”

Sky shoved both his blades through his stomach.

“Then I will be seeing you in hell”

“Ugh!” The blades was draining his life essence.

Everything went quiet, all the enemies were dead.

Sky went back to his normal human form and fell on the ground in only his shorts.

Bruce smashed the blocked door open and once inside they gathered up around sky.

Elisa and Celia ran up to him, they noticed a huge scar around his heart and through his veins it was all colored in black.

Everything was cold, I could feel someone holding me, I could barely open my eyes, I could see, Celia, Elisa and everyone!

Sky Noticed Cortez walking towards him, crouching down.

“Don’t die on me buddy!”

“Cortez…You….are…alive?” I fell unconscious.
