"If I understand it right, the new master we just acknowledged, informs us that there's an opportunity for us to turn into heaven-defying evildoers if we follow him inside a forbidden forest to hunt some ferocious monster, and all you find to do is seating playing around with your mess of a spiky hair?

"What else should I be doing?" The lad grinned foolishly and asked.

"...You should at least try and act a little more concerned!" The girl exclaimed with a bit of panic as she gritted her teeth. The rest of her body was also convulsing in an uncontrollable manner.

"Hmm?" Zi Ming snarled in amusement. He looked at the girl's trembling hands and spasms then said. "You're acting weirder than I am. If I didn't know you better I would be thinking that you're scared right now..."

"I'm not scared, you idiot." She replied curtly as she began calculating in her mind.

"I know you're not, hehe. That's what is making me troubled. You, this girl..."

"You're not worried?" She snapped out of her thoughts and asked.

"What should I be worried about? You've heard the woman, her father is strong!! " He emphasized especially on the last word.

"So, you believe that story?" She asked again with a sense of unease.

"I do actually..." Zi Ming said with a serious face.

"Sigh." Zi Yurou looked at her brother with a defeated expression before she said:

"You know, I've probably never told you this before but there's something weird I've noticed about you ever since we were kids..."

"What?" The boy asked curiously.

"It's like you've got two different personalities when things ever got real. You tend to become more calm and composed when faced with these types of issues." She smiled as she replied.

"Hmm...maybe if you say so? I don't think that's a bad thing is it?" Zi Ming seemed to be recollecting his memories as he answered.

"No, idiot." The girl's smile changed from a defeated look to one of excitement and teasing. "Let's not remain around here too long and worry my future sis in law, let's go."

"You go first, I've got one or two things to figure out first, we'll talk later." Zi Ming agreed. "Try and call Heilang here for me if you can by the way."

"Okay!" His sister walked out looking a bit more reassured.
