《The most human elf in Shaylet - Paused until further notice》Wrong side up 5

Thick fleshy limbs covered the entirety of the entrance, blocking all possible passage. They were moist and had pulsating muscles that visibly dripped mucus. There were also large monsters wandering around in front of it like guards. It was an extremely unnerving sight. But we got ready anyway, I took the explosive canister off of my back and got ready to throw it with all my might. I told Three to shoot it when it got close enough to the monsters, the rest were to attack or support us after the fighting started.
I was getting ready to start when I had an Idea. Two had alot more arm strength than me, so I let her throw it and I got ready to use my gun. I told her to count to three then throw it at the biggest monster there.
One
Two
Three
*FWOOSH*
The canister flew into the group at lightning speed, I was suprised that Three was even able to shoot it while it was flying that fast. It exploded, bathing te area in flames and giving rise to high pitched screetching and moans of pain. Then we flew in to finish them off. Three was loosing arrows all over the place, always hitting her mark. Two punched any of the monsters that got too close and four was using her magic to blast holes in the monsters. Last but not least Five was flying through the monsters, spinning and twirling in a dance of death. Severing monster bits wherever she went. Spreading large amounts of blood on the rock floor. The monsters were in a chaotic frenzy, attacking madly at almost any movement that passed them. Sometimes even hitting their comrades sending them flying off. We managed to thin the crowd quite a bit before we started having trouble. We were down to the final and largest two monsters. One resembled a large crab with rediculous muscles and the other was like a huge centipede with daggers for legs and wings that didnt seem to actually serve much of a purpose. I pulled out my sword, stowing my gun on my back and dashed towards the giant crab first. Two and Five headed for the centipede, Five was cutting off legs while Two was simply ripping them off and using them as needles to stab back into the monster.

I first aimed for the crab's legs to slow its movement and cripple it. However as soon as I got close enough to swing it smashed one of its muscled claws into the ground in front of me, sending bits of rock and rubble at me. Then using its other claw to swipe at me sideways. I jumped back to avoid the first claw and jumped up to avoid the second, swinging my sword to slice off a claw and cutting deep into the meat of its arm but not enough to sever the limb. It reeled back in pain and I swung at one of its legs, cutting it off at the joint and making it fall over. The girls were doing pretty well with the centipede over there, so I just focused on the crab. They could probably kill that thing on their own.

While the others were fighting One had snuck off to complete her mission. She was running full speed through the machines looking for the spot her master informed her of. He said the device was in a small box that was hidden under the largest machine near the entrance, it would be hidden on the uderside of it secured to the machine with some tape. All the machines were smashed so it was a little dfficult telling which one used to be the tallest but she managed to find it. She got flat on her belly and reached under the machine, feeling around for it. She pulled out a small flat box that was very shiny and made out of metal. Oddly it was wrapped neatly with a bow like a present. She placed it on the ground and opened it, pulling the small, flat, spherical device out and stomping on it with all her might. She was rewarded with a loud crunch and pulled her boot up to look at the remains. When she removed her boot she saw a small light flashing in the debree. Then was partially blinded by a bright light that emitted from the ground. When her sight recovered she looked down and the box and the device were both gone.

"Shit!" She thought to herself." He must have not trusted us to follow his orders"
She was angry but glad she at least destroyed the device before it dissappeared. She rushed back to rejoin the battle and inform her sisters of what happened.

Malady had returned to Lari's home and was laying in bed. She had some souveneirs from her day on the dresser in the corner. All foods that she got from the various venders. She was currently resting after a long day and was gently falling asleep. She entered a deep sleep and found herself dreaming. She was surrounded by a large elegant looking room that was decorated entirely in black and white. She took in her surroundings before she realized she was not alone in this room. Her eyes passed over the exquisitely decorated dressers, bed and mirror before it landed on the woman currently sitting on the couch across from malady. Malady was suprised but not by much to see her 'mother' sitting across from her and took a seat on the sofa behind her.
"So mother, how are you?" Malady started the conversation. Not really enjoying the end to was had been a delightful day.
Her mother took a sip from a cup of dark liquid and set it down on the table.
"Its time my dear, I am here."
Malady could feel something changing within her. She could feel her consciousness changing and her body morphing. She was gripped with panic and was hyperventillating on the couch when her 'Mother' came over and hugged her.
"Dont be afraid dear, you are simply returning to me."
The room became silent as Malady was absorbed into her mother.
