"Beep....beep....beep....."
Laying on the hospital bed, was a man in his 70s. The morning sun shine on him like a loving mother enveloping him for the very last time in his life as he drew his last breath.
"Beeeeeepppppp"
~~~~~~
[I had a good life. So will I go to heaven or will I reincarnate?]
[Why is it so dark?]
[I wonder if heaven is real?]
[Weird? Why am I still thinking?]
[Can someone bring me to heaven already?]
[Hellooo?]
[Huh? I can twitch my eyes?]
[What the hell is going on? Where am I?]
[What the f****? Why am I transparent?]
"Hello, can you listen to me?" A chibi was standing on the floor with hands on her waist, looking up at the ghost haughtily.
"KORAA?! Who the hell are you, why must I listen to you a chibi?" the ghost screamed at her, due to her haughty expression.
"HIIIIEEEEE!" she shriek and immediately cower on floor, placing her hands on her head and started shivering.
"What the, are you a scaredy cat, chibi?" the ghost looks over and said.
"Ples, Please help, help me?" the chibi said in a quivering voice.
"Alright, I'll listen to what you have to say before deciding whether or not I will help you." the ghost replied in sympathy.
She immediately pointed to the huge floating screen near the wall of the room. The floating screen looks like a television that is broadcasting live, something on the line of a security tv.
In the live broadcast was a group of bandits look a like whom were lurking in the cemetery looking area. Some had bottles in their hand while others were dancing around a make shift bonfire.
"So what do you want me to do?"the ghost asked as it stared down at her.
She stood up with her legs still shaking while one of her hand is holding onto her head and the other pointing at the ghost.
"I...I....I summoned you through my gacha system. You, you, you shouldn't be screaming at me, but should be helping me instea--tch...ow...ow....ow" the chibi stuttered and bit her tongue by accident when she spoke too fast.
"HUH? What you mean by summon? Who are you? Where the hell am I?" the ghost started bombing the chibi with question.
"HIIIIEEEE....ow.....ow" the chibi shrieked and begin cowering again.
"I'm sorry.....I'm sorry.....I'm sorry...." as the chibi continues to mutter.
It was after a few minutes, before she calm down.
"Alright, you seem calm enough now. Can tell me who are you? Where am I? What is this place?" the ghost said in a calmer tone.
"I I I am a dungeon core of this tchungeon. This world ist called Ryse. Thisch place is the dungeon mastertch room a sub space of thetch dungeon." she tried her best to speak as her tongue hurts.
"Okay I get the gist of it. What do you mean by you summon me through a gacha system?" the curious ghost asked.
"Seeee the altar-tar beloww you? I ussedd it to summonch you." she replied why holding her cheeks trying to lessen the pain.
The ghost looks down and see a glowing green circle with weird symbols that he had never seen before on top of a raise platform.
"By the way, why am I transparent and glowing?" after looking at the altar, the ghost turned towards her and asked.
She looked at the ghost and tilted her head, as if a large question mark floats above her head.
"Heelllooo?" the ghost waved at her, "Do you know or not?"
After dazing for a few seconds, the imaginary question mark changed to an exclamation mark, she opened up a holographic screen in front of her.
"Ah, you are a ghostch type tchungeon master." she said.
"Ghost? Hmmm, I'm a ghost, I see, I see. WHAT THE ACTUAL F****!!!" the ghost nodded before coming to a realization and shouted.
"HIIEEEE" the chibi begin to cower again.
He then flew down towards the chibi and took look at her screen that was left opened, "Hey, chibi how did you open this menu like thingy?"
"You justch have to think aboutch it." the chibi said in a very soft voice as though whispering.
The ghost tried to think about it for a few times, but nothing happened. Then he glared at the chibi.
"You have toch think of 'Open Dungeon Menu'!"scared by the glaring eyes, the chibi whimper.
Next, a menu appeared right in front of the ghost. "Seems like it works."
The Dungeon Menu looks like a game menu, where there is tabs on the top row. They can check their status, the dungeon status, the monster status, a dungeon planning system, a gacha system and a item shop. He begin to check his status and the chibi status.
After browsing the menu for some time, as he couldn't seem to find a FAQ or help tab, he turned to the chibi and asked, "Chibi, whats that number thing on the top right of the screen? How do you gain more?"
"That's the tchungeon point. As long as there are intruders inside thch dungeon the pointch will go up."
"I see any other way to get more points?" the ghost rubbed his chin with his fingers and ask.
"Not that I know of." it seems like she had recovered from the pain.
"So what did you want me to do?" the ghost asked.
"Help me get rid of those bandits!"
The ghost looked at her and tilted his head, "But don't they generate dungeon points for you?"
"Yes, but they are dangerous, if they found my orb and destroy it we will cease to exist." the chibi had a worried look on her face.
"Hmm I see, I don't want to die again." the ghost replied as he begin to think of a solution.
"Hey chibi, I just thought up of a plan."
