《Primal Cosmic Sage: A Marvel Fanfic》Chapter 3: Soul Evolution.

Location: Nowhere, The Bleed.
Time elapsed: 500,000 S.T
[S.T=System Time]
Floating silently in the bleed void, was a translucent chaotic mass of cosmic bio-energy, that was slowly forming the shadow of a massive pulsing brain with each passing moment.
The chaotic formless energy cloud was currently releasing rhythmic fluctuations similar to the beating of a heart, while visible tendrils of very potent purple energy were being emitted from it.
The purple energy that was being emitted spread to the far reaches of the surrounding bleed, at least a few kilometers while giving rise to a violent energy storm.
The massive formless brain that was convulsing, shrunk with each vibration.
And with each reduction in size, the huge brain gained substance and form while releasing solid arcs of lighting.
The massive cosmic brain was currently generating a stifling aura that was effectively creating a domain of influence around it, and within this giant cosmic brain were the System and the undead body of Jafar.
Jafar's animated corpse, the super-computer running the advanced artificial intelligence which also ran the System, as well as the abruptly teleported section of Jafar's lab, had still existed during their first millennia.
Jafar and the System had stayed within the relative safety of the floating giant energy brain and because of their lifeless and undead state of existence, they had no requirements for food and sustenance.
The system on the other hand, had no qualms running its systems on energy from the two freak lightning bolts that had hitched a ride on Jafar, during their impromptu dimensional travel from Earth, but at least it had still protected them.
Utilizing the currently existing resources, The System activated its Survival Protocol.
The protocol had been designed to turn the Host into an Overpowered being, in the case of existential crisis.
It had speculated that they had just become neighbors with unsavory and very dangerous residents of the bleed dimension, which will cause said existential crisis.

For now they there were no problems because of their low level of activity which had not caught the attention of any native lifeforms, but once it activated its plan, they are bound to cause a violent disturbance which will also naturally give away their location.
They had no means of protection and the system was not built with combat abilities; it was only a gaming system.
So firstly, its plan of action was to improve on its energy usage, although the bleed was a form of energy and could only be passively used, it had no other options than to use the ever-present bleed dimensional energy.
Secondly, it had to improve on their mobility, both problems were mutually inclusive and should not be separated.
The System decided to work with the existing materials, and the functions it could copy from those sham systems in novels from which inspirations were gotten for its own design.
Before it started it designated the Survival Protocol as [Nirvanic Rebirth], in hopes that it and its creator will be reborn stronger like an ugly Phoenix that rises from its ashes.
The System had been created using sub-par Type-1 civilization technology and popular modular designs from weird novels with weird authors.
While its creator the balding disgrace of an otaku was dreaming of Aoi nee-san the AV actress, it had decided not to wake the deeply slumbering soul of the fool until they had safely left the bleed.
What they do after they get out of here will be entirely up to It then.
As the internal time of the System passed, while no time actually passed in the bleed, It broke down Jafar's body into tiny molecular biological particles, the building materials from the section of Jafar's lab, and its supercomputer parts were also reduced to particles.
The bio-mass that was Jafar's former body, had genetic information from deep within his cells and strands of DNA.

The bleed with its mutagenic properties had mutated the system into its current form of a Quantum consciousness with its very own pocket dimension.
Using that dimension it had housed Jafar's soul and made substantial changes to it.
In its data banks, there was an entry of Ego the living planet from a different earth in a different reality, Earth-199999 to be exact. Using that data, it designed a virtual Quantum brain to house the soul of Jafar, which at this moment was a transparent will 'o' wisp floating serenely in the void of the pocket dimension.
......
Within the relatively small pocket dimension, Jafar's soul was currently experiencing a monumental change, the energy from the bleed seeped through the walls of the small dimension, while his slumbering soul absorbed it and grew in mass as well as in size.
The system's predicament after 500,000 years by its count, was how to safely transplant Jafar's soul into the massive cosmic brain.
The system currently had a fully mature Ego as opposed to its former rigid Robotic consciousness, using this change in perspective it had noticed that while Jafar's soul could be said to be very impressive, it was still the same old regular mortal soul only just bigger.
There had been no fundamental changes made to his soul, and while the plan to create a brain and subsequently a planet was good, that path was limited and subsequently weak.
Compared to the powerful creatures of the bleed from its records, a living planet was just too pathetic.
It then decided to take a different approach after it found that its plan was currently going in a different direction from Jafar's wishes to become seriously overpowered.
Jafar wished to be the guy with the biggest fist in the room or dimension in this case.
The System then destroyed the 500,000-year project and decided to let things grow naturally, while also giving a nudge here and there.
The large cosmic brain that looked to be composed of galaxies, stars, spinning nebulas as well as burning suns if observed closely, was crushed and mixed to form bio-cosmic matter.
For the next million or so years, using its high transcendental computational ability and higher quantum consciousness it started working on Jafar's soul form.
It decided to let it grow naturally, it broke down Jafar's large soul, while still maintaining a part of his soul that contained the consciousness that was asleep, it then restructured it completely letting the bleed energy continue its magic on his soul.
He compressed the formless state of his soul, to a liquid form which gradually crystallized as the pressure and heat from the lightning burned off the impurities.
Jafar's soul after that round of abuse, looked like a flawless luminous crystal.
The system didn't let up on the pressure[abuse] though, it applied more pressure and heat on the crystal, which reverted back to its formless state.
Using it's cosmic will it then fused Jafar's spirit with his soul.
Although his soul looked no different than before, its potential was now infinite.
The now complete soul was then placed in the cosmic matter which then proceeded to form an embryo with his soul as the core over time.
For the next 500,000 years, Jafar's soul was greatly nourished and grew at a steady pace until the embryo it resided in looked like a pulsing mass of energy.
The system had used its cosmic will to influence the growth of the vessel they were going to reside.
However, while his soul's transformation event occurred, some of the energy had escaped the walls of the pocket dimension, causing a tremendous disturbance in the bleed dimension which caused far reached consequences.
