《Idle Gaming In Another World》Chapter 9 : Mutual Cooperation

Item Shop Simulator.
It is a game about selling items to others. The player will randomly acquire materials every second and they can mix those materials to create an item. There are a lot of combinations of materials and item that a player can use to create a better quality item. These items can be sold at a higher price.
Then, the coins that they can acquire from that can be used to upgrade the functions of the game. More materials procured every second, increased slot for material or item combination, better quality, etc.
It is the early morning and Aozora is currently staying on the inn while her summons are out there, trying to finish their quest yesterday. She is looking at the new game that she just unlocked yesterday.
'If my suspicion is correct, then...' She operated the game with her hand, dragging the pixelated images of the materials to the combining slots and combining them to become new item. She repeated this until she got the item that she wanted.
After that, she goes to the Storage option of this game. This is where all the items that the Player can sell will go.
She have already look at this game yesterday, confirming that some of it's functions are missing. For example, the main section where she can sell her items are missing. Which means she can't sell her items and acquire money in-game.
But, she recalls about the two other idle games that she previously unlocked, then have an epiphany. She wanted to test if this is true or not.
She pokes the pixelated image of the item that she created, and some options appeared besides it. One of those options is something that she is not aware.
"As expected!" She exclaimed, her eyes glowing in excitement as she quickly pokes that option. After picking the Release option, it ask her how much she wanted to Release. Because she only created one of it, so she just confirmed it without changing the amount.
A shining silhouette in the form of a flask occur besides her. She quickly place her hand below it before it materializes. The bright silhouette slowly turned into a flask with a red liquid inside it.
It is a potion. A typical item commonly seen on RPG games. That potion is now in her hands, freshly made by her new game.
"I knew it! I can take my items out of this game!"
She is glad. They finally have a way to acquire money now.
She didn't know how to increase her money in-game, though she doesn't care because she only pick this game for two reasons. Acquiring money in this world and also having an Idle Game that actually functions like it.
"I have to tell them when they came back!"
She didn't want to leave the inn alone. While she is inside the city, this is still a world of swords and magic. A world set on a medieval age. She is sure that there are some unpleasant elements within the streets of this city.

She will wait for the two of them first before doing something else.
Just as she thought of that, two floating screens suddenly appears on her vision. The two screens show Austina and Nahmat respectively, with some elements of the battle scene of their respective games. The difference is that instead of a 2D platform, it is a realistic overview of their location.
"What is happening?"
She looks at the Princess Saga panel, and saw Austina standing her ground and repelling goblins that are coming on her way. Behind her are three guys that looks familiar.
"Aren't they those rude guys from yesterday!" She exclaimed, a hint of anger and surprise in her tone.
She glances at the Chaos Child battle screen and saw Nahmat just standing at the distance. She is not really helping and is just standing there. She looks like a bystander who doesn't really want to help at all.
Though the goblins doesn't seem to care about that as some of those goblins rushes at her. Their mouth wide and tongue out as some saliva fell, their arms wide with an attempt to grab her.
Nahmat just stares at them, and every goblins trying to get closer to her froze as they cried. She can't really tell because there is no sound, but the monsters seems to be screaming in fear.
The vampire-like girl narrowed her eyes as her hand grasps the giant blade on her back. A pool of liquid seems to have occured below the pants of those green skinned monsters, which causes Aozora to scrunched her face in disgust.
With a flash, the last Nahm brandishes her blade and flicks it to the side. Aozora widened her eyes as she saw the goblins being split or gored.
"Fast!" She exclaims.
The other goblins seems to be discourage. They turned their attention back to Austina and rushes at her, ignoring the Nahm who just massacred their kin.
Austina seems to have not noticed it, busily protecting the three young boys who are trembling on the ground and looking at her with a slack jaw.
Her movements are graceful and precise. Her stance is strong, and her determined eyes overlooking the foul creatures. Each of her strikes are true, slicing and dicing those who dares get closer.
Her feet haven't moved where it stood since for awhile now. Every goblins who tries to move sideways were easily reached by her blade, snuffing their life like it's nothing.
In the end, only three goblins remained. These goblins ran away in an unpleasant stumble. Scampering out without even as they fell face to the ground.
They ran pass through the black cladded girl, with her not even touching them as she contented herself with just standing there and looking at the princess.
After that, two fanfare occurs on her panels. It shows the "You Win" message with different fonts on the two games, the fonts a familiar one in those games.
After that, one of her panel shows how much in-game gold coins she got while her other panel showed the image of Nahmat and her EXP bar filling up for two times, promoting her level to Level 3.

After that, the two panel closes.
Aozora can only stare on the empty air as she tries to process what just happened.
"... That's... great I guess...?"
She can only contemplate of that, curious about those scene. Then she throws her hand in the air.
"I'll just ask them when they come back!"
The sun is just going to set as she heard someone opening the door. Aozora looks at the two girls who entered this room.
"Milady, we managed to do it!" Austina said with a large smile. In her grasp is a pouch tinkling with coins.
She handed it to the high school girl, who quickly takes a peek inside it before nodding and setting it aside on her bed. Then she took the potion set on the drawer besides the bed and shows it to the two.
"Oh, where did you get this?" Austina looks at it in curiosity.
"I made it."
She snapped her head back to her Master, her curiosity for the potion forgotten.
"Wow! As expected of my Lady, you can do a lot of things!~" She gushes, going besides her Master and getting closer to her.
"... Wait, your not going to ask how I did it?" She felt disappointed at that.
"There is no need. I know Milady is an amazing person. That's all I need to know!" She gave her a bright smile after she says that.
"Okay..." Aozora nodded slowly before turning her head to Nahmat. "So... what happened. I saw you fighting against some goblins."
Austina and surprisingly Nahmat widened their eyes. "How did you know?"
"Well. I have this neat ability which seems to show me what's happening to you. It is only limited to when you are in combat though."
"Oh. How mysterious!~"
Silence. She is just looking at them, waiting for them to answer her. Austina seems to have noticed it as she took a cough, composing herself before looking at her straight.
"Actually. I saw the three guys being in danger so my body just moves on it's own." She turned to Nahmat. "I don't know about her." There is some hint of dissatisfaction in her tone.
"Yes." She turned to the Nahm. "May I ask why you didn't help her in the battle?"
"I have no reason to help them." She said it so bluntly.
Aozora flinched at that straight answer but she quickly shook her head. 'Oh right, this person is an inhabitant of that world...' She frowned.
"Don't worry, I will help you." Nahmat seems to have discerned something in her expression as she says that.
"... Actually, can I ask why you are helping me?" Nahmat tilted her head questioningly. "Your the one who said it. You don't have a reason for it so... why are you helping me?"
Aozora feel a bit nervous asking that, though she is rattled after hearing Nahmat. She can see her disinterest and apathy to helping the others. It's like a foreign concept to her.
"Because you help me."
Aozora widened her eyes, confused and shocked at the same time. "How?" She asked, unclear of her intention.
"You said you know what my world is like." With her nod, she continues. "Then, you should be able to imagine just how much you did for me."
Aozora looks at her for awhile, before realization hits her. "Right. I understand." She nodded slowly, relief coming to her heart.
It is gratitude. Nahmat is just paying her back for summoning her to this world. And compared to that world, this world seems like heaven.
She remembers Nahmat's character. She is a true neutral. She will help those who helps her, but will fight those who mess with her. To those who mess with her, she will just ignore them. If it came to violence, she will strike it with violence too.
She is a reactive one. Only doing things after the other party did it. This time, it seems like she saw the three as unpleasant and thus, is not willing to help them.
"Will you stay with me?"
"As long as you live, I will help you."
Nahmat's quick and precise responses makes her take a double take as always. Though after processing it for a moment, she smiled.
"Thank you." She bowed to her in gratitude.
Nahmat just nodded to her.
Austina looks at them for awhile before taking their attention with a cough. "Milady, what are you going to do with that?"
"Oh right!" Aozora put the potion on her knees so the two of them can see it. "I wanted to sell it, along with the many others I created tomorrow."
"There are others?"
"Of course!" She said before slowly thinning her lips. "But I can't show them to you because I can't put it back after taking it."
Austina nodded before smiling. "Okay. Do you want us to come with you?"
"Of course. That's why I waited for you after all."
"Oh. Sorry about that!"
"It's fine. We still need to go on an adventure occasionally if we want our license to stay."
With their nods, she gave a sigh. "Anyway, evening is coming soon so. Why don't we take a bite. We have the money after all!"
"Yes, let's do that!" Austina stood up as she replied that. Nahmat is nodding strongly on the side.
With that, they leave their room and go downstairs. They ate their dinner then and go to their room and sleep early.
With that, the day ends.
