"My lord, we have captured the count and have succesfully put down the farce rebellion. We have also arrested the bureaucrats" Said my head knight, Leo

"Good job, prepare for the execution of the count on grounds that he is a traitor. Also execute the bureaucrats who have caused death"

He went and made preparations for a public execution. I thought about my actions for a while. I did not know wheter this was right or wrong, whenever something like this happens in the 21st century, the media and humanitarian organizations always condemn this sort of actions on the grounds that killing people is wrong. But at the same time many kings in the medieval era killed anyone who earned their dissatisfaction, and I am killing for a just cause on the grounds that the count is a traitor and the bureaucrats have indirectly caused the death of people so I am killing for a noble and just cause. I convinced myself like this and this also might have been due to the fact that I have read many historical scenarios like this in my previous life and cleaning has usually been the right choice.

He nodded and I started formulating plans to reviatalize the country and stimulate economic development. The best economic system for my country will be a form of nationalistic capitalism in which the king will control the companies to make a form of monopoly which will stop the captitalists from exploiting the workers. This will stop the capitalists and consortiums from influencing the economy which will stop and democratic ideals from spreading. This will also stop any socialistic revolutions and maintain societal order in the kingdom. I also need to build safer and better roads due to the fact that the country is a trade hub and this will also let the raw materials get to the source.

"What are the main industries of our country" I asked Felix

"The main industries of our country are the service and weaponmaking industries, we also get a lot of money from the tariffs of the merchants passing through our country. The tariffs have recently decreased due to the fact that many more merchants are going to the nearby kingdom, Galicia. We might be in a more central location but our roads are less safer and have lower quality" Said Felix

"Make a company with you as the leader, start employing blacksmiths to make more weapons. Also start mining iron from the newly acquired counts land to transport it to the blacksmiths. Also start building roads from the mining sites to the capital city of Hamburg. Start expanding the army to protect the merchants, also build better roads from the east to the west for better transportation, the merchants will definetly come here to increase their profits"

"But my lord, why do we need to expand the army, the army size right now is perfect to protect the merchants"

He nodded and left to the work I assigned to him. I went back to my room and started to formulate my next plans.
