"What is the problem." I asked him with a sigh.

"Your majesty, it seems that the Karamanites have massacred the Georgians and have gotten international condemnation from many of the countries of the world. The pope has called a crusade against them as the Georgians are part of our religion. The Rostok empire has initiated a international conference to discuss this matter. Franz will also come in a few minutes."

Can't the Karamanites give me some time. Always doing something or the other. This is a good oppurtunity to take some land from the Karaman empire without incurring the wrath of other countries. I am also pretty happy the pope has called a crusade even though his words don't exactly matter. Religion is still strong in this world but imperial power has the advantage for now but the theocracy might make a comeback. I do think there is a god, evident by the fact that I had reincarnated but I don't follow the church. Infact, I would be really happy if my entire country turns atheist as imperial power will be consolidated then and there won't be an unstable factor by then.

Anyway, the Rosotk empire has called for a confernece now so they probably want to divide the Karaman empire and I will definetly take part in it. The Rostok empire probably want the straits to get out of their naval dilemma and expand their influence. The Kildarians will try to block them. I don't care if the Rostok empire comes out of their naval blockade but they might expand into us but I am confident the Kildarians and the Lombardians won't let that happen as they would be the next targets.

"Franz, what are the conditions the Rostok empire are offering."

"Your majesty, they are willing to give us Wallachia and Moldavia but want Miklagrad and Bulgaria for themselves. We can also take more if we want to but not Bulgaria and Miklagrad." said Franz with worry in his eyes.

I am actually quite happy about these conditions but I know why Franz looks worried. He thinks that the Rostok empire will grow too strong and threaten us. I am not worried about that as the Rostok empire will not have money after the war. Feudal and aristocratic economies can't mobilize a high amount of funds. That's a fact I know from my past world. Capitalist economies have banks and have free people unlike feudal economies which have serfs. The Rostok government can only take loans from foreign sources. There are only three major capitalistic economies in this world who can mobilize a large amount of funds. Me, Kildarians and the Lombardians.

They will have to take loans from me and I will exploit them a lot.

"Agree to the conditions proposed by the Rostok empire and make them attack the Rostok empire. We will also attack and implement our main plan. Start the plan discussed with the princess."

"But your majest-"

"I know that the Rostok empire will grow too strong but I have a plan, trust me."

He nodded and left. The situation is starting to heat up and my plan is coming into action.
