There was a conflict between two neighboring nations. One of the nations developed a new type of martial arts, combination of other martial arts and ITF Taekwondo. So the other nation arrested one of the opposing nation’s agent, testing his abilities by having duels with 50 of of their own martial artist. Some resulted in death while some became unconscious, showing how dominate the martial arts were compared to their own. So they developed a counter, a combination of WTF Taekwondo and the ideas of ITF creating the RE Taekwondo. RE Taekwondo was the perfect counter to ITF Taekwondo, founded by Jin Tae-Jin.

“This martial arts is very flexible. You can make your own moves and combos without much difficulty,” Master Jin said. “Before you can become my disciple you would need to have more power in your kicks and be more flexible with your body.”
“And how could I improve in all those areas?” I asked.
“It will take time to refine those areas but eventually you could. The time it takes depends on how talented you are,” he said smirking and going in the far back of the room. He touched a part of the wall, seconds later the floor began to flip and out came wooden columns. “You will begin by kicking these over and over. It isn’t easy as it sounds since you're going to have weights and each weight is special. It is a very special weight that doesn’t weigh anything but increase the gravitational force of your body.”

“So how much pressure is my body going to be through?”
“It will increase the gravitational force of your body, for now it is set to be 50% increase.”
He then threw the weight to me and just barely catching it. It doesn’t weigh anything just like what he said.

“Put it on and kick the wooden columns.”
I then equip them manually. Right when I put them on, my whole body fell to the ground,feeling extreme pressure, not even able to lift an inch.
“This will be your first step,” he said then began to sit in his bed.

It only took me an hour just to have enough strength to stand up. That ended quickly when Master Jin increased the gravitational force to 75% while brewing tea. It took me another 2 hours to be able to stand up with that 75% increase. Master Jin then increased the force all the way to 100%, doubling the amount of pressure that I’m used to. Before I could even try pull myself up, my stomach growled.
“Heres some tea, it’s going to help in refining your body,”he said sliding a cup of tea.

After drinking the tea my body became more relaxed and refreshed. The tea was probably hard to obtain considering that the quality of it was S rank.
“Master how did you obtain this tea? It says that its S rank,” I said still having my belly flat on the floor.
“The tea is brewed with special ingredients which were S rank.”
“What are the rankings?”
“The ranks are how precious the item itself is. For example, teeth from a dragon is an SS rank ingredient because of how difficult it is to obtain it. They go from F, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS, and then X rank. X ranks are the most valuable things in the world.”

“So why did you use such a valuable thing for me?”
“Because I have faith that you won’t fail me,” he said smiling.
Well time to continue trying to stand up with this much gravitational force.

Once I was able to stand up, the next challenge was lifting up my legs to kick the wooden columns. Amazingly, lifting up my legs were even more challenging than trying to stand up. After about 3 more hours of lifting up my legs, I was finally able kick the top of the wooden column. Now to add more power and speed to the kick. I placed my right leg back, bite my lips and put all my strength into my kick.
*Crack*
“FUCK!” I yelled.
Kicking the wooden column with all my strength felt like kicking a brick wall. It also seems that I broke my leg when my foot connected with the column.
“Here this should ease the pain for now.”
Master Jin then poked my foot with a needle multiple times and in different places. It seems that Master Jin doesn’t just know martial arts but also acupuncture.
“Continue, your bones will break and fix itself becoming even stronger,” he said while handing me another cup of tea.
“Thanks,” I said and then gulping down the cup until there wasn’t even one drop of tea left.

Repeatedly kicking the wooden column over and over, breaking my foot over and over. Having Master Jin do acupuncture and giving me tea repeatedly for about 5 more hours. The pain coming from my foot became nonexistent, I got used to the pain throbbing from my foot. I checked the time in the GUI to discover that it’s only about 1:30 AM. Meaning that the time spent here and the time in real life is a ratio 3:1. So a whole day here is only 8 hours IRL and since whenever I go in the pod, I’m sleeping, I don’t have to take time sleeping separately.
“Stop.” he said passing me an object. “This is just like the weight you have right now. However, this weight can go all the way to 500%.”
Holy shit. I thought I was just about to be done with kicking wooden columns. I’m just getting started.
