When I woke back up, I was in the forest again. Now I know god said to meditate when I got back, but I'll hold off until I get to a place to stay for the, now rapidly, approaching night.

I get up and start walking in the opposite direction of the way i came, as for how i could tell this it was because of the massive amount of blood on the tree that the bear knocked me into when he swiped at me. I suddenly come upon a steep decline, was this forest on a hill the entire time? Not that it makes a difference, just interesting to think about.

About five hours later my feet are getting sore, so i think i’ll take a break here, as i sit down i take a look around the area. The trees were a bit different than before, the trees now less thick, but more dense, so the area was just as hard to navigate, the underbrush was thicker here too, with most of the ground being covered in some kind of grass, but if i had to say what i found most striking was the lack of animals. Back before i met the guardian, i would still come across squirrel or bird the bears were too lazy to kill but now? Nothing. But as i half lay down to relaxs, i find out why… i wandered into another animal’s territory. The first thing that notified me to their

presence was the black streak, that flashed by me as, my arm now had three large gashes on them. I get up to my feet immediately, looking around i don’t see anything, so i quickly rotate to look all around me, and then i see the black streak dash towards me. I charge a mana bolt at one hundred to test the waters, and it dies.

Now that I can get a better look at the guy who just tried to kill me I can now see that my enemy was a cat. Well wild cat, but you get what I meant.

Now i’m a bit sad, this probably won't be the only one i’ll have to kill, and i like cats, they're just so cute and fluffy, how can’t you love them? I don’t think i can handle skinning a cat, so i decided to offer it.

After the corpse disappears I leave and continue walking. About the time the sun slips over the edge of the world I find a cave, well more of a large hole that leads underground, I think I'll stay here tonight. Once I get to the bottom I come across a strange, and sad sight.

A large dead ocelot, and a sleeping kitten. Now i’m no veterinarian, but I think the mother died giving birth, on another note, that kitten is adorable! {search ocelot kitten and you will see what i mean}

I think I'll keep him. I offer the mother and pick up the kitten. The kitten stirs a little as it wakes up, and looks at me with its big eyes.

“Mew”

I think my heart stopped! I scratch him under the chin, and he purrs. I grab a bit of my mice meat from a kabab, cats can eat mice meat right? Well it would probably be weird if they didn’t. His little teeth nibble a bit of the meat, before digging into the meat i have in my hand. I grab my jacket that do to the warm weather have yet to use, and set him down on it. Seming to like it, he crawls into the hood, before curling up and going to sleep. Well now that, that's done, i think i’ll meditate. So i quickly slip into a meditative state, and i think i understand what god was talking about. I was now able to sense a pulsing red energy flow through the veins in my body. It was full and thick with life. To try and test the waters, i stop meditating, and grab my hatchet, using it i cut my palm deep enough that it starts to leak blood, and try to get back into a meditative state, and fail, the pain was enough to distract me from meditating.

It takes a while for me to meditate, but by then, my regeneration skill had already healed the cut, so I'm forced to cut myself again and try again, and this time I slip into meditation before the cut heals.

The energy was, in fact, being pulled out with the blood, but it didn’t disperse, it stayed in the blood, and this gave me an idea. I try to pull it back into the wound the same way I would move mana, it did nothing, but then again so didn’t mana the first time I tried.

So I try and try, over and over again, and after several hours, I realize something was wrong, no matter what it shouldn’t take this long… ugh! Let's think back to what god said about it…

The three parts of the ones existence. The body mind and soul. Then from what we know we can assume, soul is the energy of the soul, mana the energy of the mind, and HP is the energy of the body… ok so i’m going to refer to HP as vitality from now on, why? Cuz shut up! That's why!

That would mean we’ve been going about this the wrong way, can you control your arm with your mind? No! Try it now, instead of using your body to move it, command it to move with your mind… didn’t work did it? So instead I start moving my body and moving mana with my mind, comparing how they feel, and i think i got it, moving mana is conscious, while moving your body is subconscious, you move your body on purpose, but you don’t choose how you get it to move, you let your subconscious do it, choosing what muscles to use, how much force to use, so i just have to learn how to control my muscles manually! It was hard, controlling each individual muscle wasn’t something i was meant to do, so i was having to overpower myself, and i wasn’t able to do it that night.

The next morning I decided to stay in the cave until I get this thing down. So after feeding the kitten some meat and water, I get back to practicing how to manually move my muscles, and like that the next few days slip by, and the reward for my efforts was this.

YES!!! You have no idea how hard this was, the arm i was practising with felt dead, if i try to control it normally it was sluggish, from fatigue, but with my new skill i can still move it as if it was in peak condition, is this the effect of the skill? Being able to move your body unhindered by injuries? That sounds pretty good. But i wanna focus on the more mystic side of this, and get back to manipulating vitality.

So here i am again, cutting my palm to try and control my blood, just like a few days ago, thinking of which, what day would it be if I was back on earth? what would i be doing back on earth? Reading? Surfing the web? But now? I’m learning how to control my blood. So cool!

I try to control the vitality in my blood that was spilling out of my palm, I treat it as if it were another part of my body, moving it just as I did with my muscles, move… move… MOVE!

I felt it! A ripple, and nothing more, but it was there, movement where there shouldn’t be any. It was a start

So ominous. Very spoopy. I look down, at the cutie that was sleeping in my lap as i was doing this, ain't he the best. Lets see what should i do now, i know i’m forgetting something, somethi- my class! I held off from acquiring a class because i didn’t know what was going to happen, but now i’m in a safe place, i think i should get it.

Arcane spell

I guess since half of my skill page is mana based skills getting the arcane spell path was inevitable, but i’m not going to use it for a while, why? Because as god said, my talent with mana is terrible, and it makes sense, since it took over a day just to start meditating. Not to say i’m giving up on spells, no i will learn magic one day, just today is not that day.

But since i’m not using magic, i will use a weapon, and with the shop, i can buy any kind of weapon i want! So, what weapon should i use, no heavy weapons, just standing there and getting hit isn’t what i want. No knives or daggers, i don’t want to try and kill massive monsters, with a tiny dagger. No long ranged weapons, i’m by myself so if they were to get close, i would die easily, so what to chose, what to cho- oh… my god, the answer was right in front of me this whole time! Swords! They are close combat, and most are light weight! But what kind, in case you don’t know there are many different style of swords, long, short, katana, saber, great, rapier, and so on. Now that i think about it, why don’t i look at the shop to check out there fighting styles, hmm? Oh i should mention, that the shop also sells fighting styles, they aren't advanced, and are more of a basic guide on how that style works but, for a newb like me it should be good.

I spend the next few hours, looking at the various styles for different swords, until i came to rapiers. I have to admit, rapiers are one of the final few i’m thinking about using, they have a long, but lightweight blade, so it fits my needs but the real question is, does it have any style that stick out to me? Let's see, most styles start with single rapier style, before branching of into others such as dagger, or buckler. Hm? Dual wielding? Now i know it sounds very chunni, but i want to dual wield swords, kirito style. With that in mind, i think i have my answer.

And i have 610 points, so that would leave me with 510 points, considering that the style costs 250 points, i would then have 260 points, deal! I buy the sword, and a small circle of light appears in the air, and slowly slides down, as it does so a hilt appears, it was just as it said, made of a goldish bronze, the hilt had a spiral pattern on it, now i don’t actually know that much about swords, but i think it’s for the purpose of helping you grip it easier. Next the guard, and this was the unusual part, if i remember correctly don’t rapiers have a guard that looks like a half sphere right? Well this had no guard. If i had to make a guess the guard is meant to make it harder for your opponent to disarm you, but that’s with a human, when going against monsters, it isn’t really that helpful. And finally, the blade, now looking at it, it was wider than i thought it would, at about a little over two of my fingers together, as for length, it is about the length of my forearm plus a little more, giving the entire sword a length about the same as my arm. But as it finished coming out i remembered something, how am i going to carry this? It had no sheath, so i had to buy one from the store, for five points. It was a dark brown, with a similarly colored metal rim at the entrance of the sheath. Then I buy the knowledge on how to use the sword. A small crystal about the size of my fingernail appeared in a similar fashion to the sword. When i got ahold of it the only thing i could think of was eating it, and i don’t mean that i didn’t have any other ideas, it was that i literally couldn’t, and before i knew it, the crystal was already in my mouth, then my stomach. The info i bought then appeared in my head, it wasn’t anything fancy, but what it was, is practical. A few slashes, a thrust, and some footwork, now don’t think this means i am a master now. I only got the knowledge i still need to put it into practise, and use it more, before i become more comfortable with it.

I spend the rest of the day swinging my sword practising, but i noticed something odd (and adorable) the little kitty was swinging his tail in tandem with the sword. When i stopped and turned to look at him, he tilted his head as if to ask, why did you stop, i walk over and pet him before getting back to practising, and my reward was, getting blade mastery to level four, from its previous two. That's not to say that's all i did, i also practised life manipulation, and got it to level two. Now the ripples i could make were bigger, to the point that i could kind of slide my blood around on the ground.

The next day I head out, not only to keep moving forward but also to find some water, I'm starting to run out!
