[Refiner Wars, Start!]
"Senior brother, what is this Refiner War Banner?" I quickly catch up with a senior that heading towards the workshop and asked. He explained to me vaguely as he was rushing to have his registering for the refiner wars. Listening to his vague explanations, I couldn't help but feel a little more confused, but I didn't feel too bothered.
I walk closer to the Workshop Entrance and manage to see almost all the Refiner of the three workshop is gathered before the simple setup table with two staff on another side, as the refiner register themselves to participate in the so-called "Refiner Wars." Not knowing too much is quite a disadvantage, so instead of fighting for a front row, I go to the back and see if there is any senior is available to talk.
Then, I found someone. This person is the one used to teach me about the Crystalizing Stones and its refining method before. If I'm not wrong, his name is Lu Pan. I get close to him and start to initiate a conversation. "Erm... Senior Lu?" I speak. The moment he heard my words, he turned around and greets me. "So, it is our newest little brother, what this big bro can do for you?" he actually seems quite nice. I guess that most of the people around here are quite kind, except... That Lu Fang guy? But their surname is Lu, I wonder if they have a relation with each other.
"Big brother, I have no idea about this Refiner War thing, could you tell me what everyone is doing?" I politely asked. The moment Lu Pan heard my question, he puts his hand on my shoulder and starts to speaks. "The Refiner War comes every three months once. It is used to determine the number of Tickets you are entitled every month. A total of 50 Crystal Stamp is given out each time, so in total, half of us will be able to get the stamp, while the weaker one doesn't."
"It is pretty much depending on Luck, Skills, and also your Tenacity. The test is slightly easy. Except trading, you are allowed to use any method to achieve 500 Medium Grade 10 Crystals and one Upper Grade 10 Crystal. This is the examination requirement. You will have one full month to complete this task, and if it's a failure, do not worry, because you won't be penalized. Instead, depending on the amount of Medium Grade 10 Crystals you have in hand, you will be rewarded handsomely."

Oh, so that is what called Refiner Wars. It is a competition to see which 50 excellent refiner that could reach their target and receive a single stamp to obtain more resources for every month, and also to push their spirit higher so they will be motivated to keep on improving. This is quite a good trick, I suppose. I guess I will participate as well.
Just like this, all of us finally registered for the Refiner Wars, and in regards to the requirement, everyone will be given only 1000 Lower Grade crystals to start. Taking up all the crystals in my hand, instead of going into the Workshop, I went back to my room and get a sleep. Having enough rest at the next morning, I finally decided to start fighting to get a good result for the Refiner Wars!
I first went into the Refining Central Workshop for the workstation to start my refining. With a thousand Lower Red Crystals in my inventory, I have a total of 200 tries to be completed before I put an effort in mining for the crystals to fulfil the remaining requirements. With the Crystal Refining Skill is at Level 8, I have an increase of 16% in my each tries, plus 1% more given from the Refiner Stove I possess.
With this 17% success rate, I confidently start with the first five crystals. Minutes later, It came out as a success. With this first success bolster my confidence, I continued. The second, third, and fourth came out successful as well until the fifth and sixth ends up as a failure. Without giving up, I continue. With two minutes spent on each try, I quickly finish a hundred twenty in four hours and take a rest before I continue, and finish the remaining eighty in two hours and forty minutes.
In total for the six hours and forty minutes, I finally finish refining the 1000 units of Lower Grade 10 Crystals, and managed to get a total of 83 Medium Crystals, added with a total of seven times activation on my Level 5 Bonus, I managed to obtained a total of 90 Medium Crystals in one shot. In total, my experience point managed to get into 1276/1280, which means, a little more and I will be able to level up my Crystal Refining Skill.
I looked at the 114 Lower Red Crystals and 133 Lower Green Crystals in my compartment and decides to refine it as well, just to bolster the momentum to push my Crystal Refining Skill to the next level. 22 tries on the Red, 26 tries on the Green, I managed to make this 48 tries to have 20 success, but unfortunately, no successful activation on the level 5 skill. while in return, my Crystal Refining Skill managed to get to Level 9, with 18% success rate for my future refining.

I decided to spend some time to recover my stamina before I went over to the Crystal Mine, and since the rules say that no trading is allowed, this means I will be not allowed to purchase any of the Lower or Middle Grade 10 Crystals to participate in the Refiner Wars. About six hours of rest later, I went to the Crystal Cave to begin my mining.
With a record of around 120 crystals an hour, I managed to quickly get about 600 crystals in five hours. But in between, I take some time to do something useless in other people's opinion. Instead of continuing to spend my energy to mine the crystals, I actually spend an hour of my time to collect the useless rocks disposed on the way.
I stack them to the side as I go deeper into the tunnel, and as I calculate the number, It seems that around 6000 units of disposable rocks could be obtained if I have space in my compartment. Since I have enough ten batteries in my disposal, I get myself to the end of the tunnel where I stopped and start activating the batteries on the wall of rocks.
"like a tractor in the move, the rock got processed along with a "Brrammm!" sounds for a total of ten minutes, before it stopped. Only thing is not that convenient is regarding the need for myself to pick up all the crystals dropped on the ground as in the crystal mining, the disposable rocks have no value at all in compared to Ore Mining.
But... I'm not bothered at all! I chose to convert a thousand unit of the trash that remains in my inventory as I activate the second battery to continue. While at the ten minutes duration, I spend it efficiently by gathering all the crystals along with the rocks. After ten activations, with ten conversions, I managed to replenish my battery consumption before I calculate the total of crystals I managed to obtain in this hundred minutes.
Not bad. I actually gained exactly four hundred crystals in this a hundred minutes. I calculate the time I am within the tunnel. Hmm... Almost eight hours. With a thousand crystals in my hand, I suppose I could continue for another two hundred minutes. I go for the previous sequence again. The battery mined the crystals on behalf of me, while I'm busy collecting all the available crystals scattered on the ground to be picked.
Two hundred minutes later, the number of crystals in my hand rise to 1900, and my battery experience increase by a total of forty points, while my current battery supplies are back to (10/10) once again. But for the disposable trash in my inventory, It is weird because only 5,000 units of them remain. I went back to see did I missed any trash by the side, but it is weird because the stones had all vanished from where it should be.
Without being too bothered by this, I went back to the city. Did I forget to mention that I managed to get about 122 Crystalized stones too? Yeah, when I was busy handling the scattered crystals on the ground, the Battery already mined into the area where the Crystalized rock is located, so it got mined along for a short while until the battery effect is over.
I went straight to the Blacksmithing Workshop to check if my Ingot is sold. The moment I entered the workshop, the female reception behind the counter greets me with smiles, as she withdraws a total of 315 Black Spirit Crystals and placed it on the table. "Young friend Lu Bu, your Ingot had been sold." she said.
"After we deduct the 20 Black Spirit Crystals from the total, you still have 315 Black Spirit Crystals. It is a very good price this time" she speaks with a smile as the money is pushed over to my side. Seeing the money in hand, I thanked her before I politely excuse myself. She continues to smile until I went off from her sight.
