[Basic Skill - Hunter.]

When I saw an additional notice about the new skill appeared within my status panel, I raise my hand slightly to read the contents, but out of sudden, a call came from the crowd, and I have to quickly go back to them immediately. Unexpectedly, the one that called out to me is the Team Leader Ling Tian Ming himself.

"Little brother, what is your name?" he asked. I immediately answer him with my name, as he takes his effort to remember it. He then leads me to a small building located just right beside the town hall and as we get into the building, about a hundred of the riders and guards is taking their rest within. The moment I get in, I've seen a sight that wasn't too delightful and in the same time, depressing compared to the atmosphere outside.

"Little brother, what you did today is very heroic, and it actually saves most of us. But the next time, do not rashly take such action as it would cause you your life if you are a bit less careful." Ling Tian Ming expression changed within seconds. When I take a look around, three men are standing close to the wall at the far end of the room, where depressing expression is covering their face.

That's the Ling Hun Town Mayor if I'm not wrong, and that two by his side is the Town Guard's Captain and also the Town Treasurer. What are three of them doing here? I looked at the three people and later back to Ling Tian Ming, and without any reservation of my curiosity, I asked a word "Why?". Ling Tian Ming then walked over to the table and chairs on a corner and hinted that I should take a seat beside him as if he wanted to tell me about a long story.

The moment he starts, everyone within the room listens patiently, as everyone within the room had already gone through such experience to understand what was being explained. Although in between, many stories had sidetracked for a little, at the end of the day, this story is all about the Infestation of Goblin Tribe, their Settlement, and also some other monsters residing within the Ling State, one of the north Four States.

To make sure I understand it, I devise it into a more simple way, according to my own understandings.

It all starts when the Tian Gong Country is established. Outside of the country, a vast land ruled by many kinds of Monsters and Beast, even some under the reign of Mystical Sage exist. And so coincidently, the Tian Gong Country is located exactly beside this land known as the Woods of Hundred Tribes. Just like its name, this piece of land resides by hundred tribes of different monsters, and even some humans and other beings. But what is so unfortunate is, this land shares a border together with a total of ten of the Tian Gong Country's state.

Thus, this causes a long and exhausting war to happens, where it continues from the Tian Gong Calendar 0001 until currently, The year 2017. The moment I heard about the current year is at 2017, I was so surprised, as my death time was on 2017 as well. But I controlled my anxiety because no matter what, I had already reborn into this world.

Very frequently, the Woods of Hundred Tribes will allow some smaller tribes to take their chances to loot the town under the controls of Tian Gong Country, with the intention to rob our resources and women to assist them in getting stronger. Most of the time, the Goblin Tribe is chosen as their kind breeds extremely quickly. This time, the group was a very small vanguard that was shifting from their initial target towards the Ling Hun Town, but if they are not careful, perhaps a bigger group might make their attack sooner or later.

The banquet quickly ends with everyone back where they belonged before I excuse myself from the house as well. Politely, I ask for forgiveness before Ling Tian Ming suddenly speaks. "Little brother, we still have something to talk about." he stands up and walked over to my side. I am slightly stunned with his words, but still, I anticipate it, because myself to have the urge to know more news about this world I am living within.

"We have hunted quite an amount of Goblins, but most of their stuff is not usable, if you don't mind, we would like to give this all to you, perhaps you could sell them to some salvaging workshop and earn some money?" Ling Tian Ming brings out a compartment as he pours all the contents within for me to choose.

The moments all the trash in their eyes appear, I immediately have my eyes shine with MONEY! I looked at Ling Tian Ming with my puppy eyes and politely asked. "Are you sure your people don't need this stuff?" but the next moment, a few of the guards stands up and said, "Little brother, you had saved quite a plenty of lives today, why would we be bothered to give you all this item that barely worth ten Black Spirit Crystals? Only those that really daring would actually take this all back to the Goblin Settlement to resell them for money."

"If that's the case, this little brother will take it." I happily accepted the gifs and left the home as I went back to the Refining Workshop directly. Reaching my room, I immediately withdraw all the item in my inventory, as I looked at the changes. The happiness within my eyes could not be hidden anymore, as I am just got rewarded with loads of gifts for just helping a little!

The moment I looked at the Goblin Skin that was automatically transformed into a Piece of Goblin Hide (as well a cape), I am quite surprised. I immediately put it on and look at myself. Hmm... Not bad. Then I start to take a look at the Goblin Beads, and later the Goblin Pouch. Since I have a total of 50 Goblin Pouch in my inventory, no matter how I will need to simplify them before I could use them. I guess the only way I could do is to head to the Compartment Upgrade Store to see what they could do.

I then check on the Goblin Custom Armour that is stacked on the side of my bed. After I have a few inspection on some of its parts, seems like in the term of size, defensive parts, and a number of combinations, are all slightly different from how a human would arrange. Even if I managed to salvage this equipment and even further upgrading it, this equipment would be only usable by goblins.

But wait!

I have the Goblin Hide to increase my friendship! I even have the Goblin Bead as their currency, and the pile of Goblin Custom Armour, If I make my step correctly, I can actually head to their settlement to make some business with them! But will this decision go correctly? I think for a short while, and soon I decided that this will all depend on fate. If I bothered to think about this all for now, sooner or later, I will become bald.

Then, I remembered that I have something I need to take a look. I raise my hand up and had the status panel opened in front of me, as I tried to see what skill had it just added into my Skill Page. At the same time as I scrolled, most of my skill updates are presented before me, allowing me to roughly knew which skills I need to put some effort and which one doesn't need too much. And finally, after some scrolling, I found the new skill on the bottom of the page.

A Basic survival skill that allows the user to have better sight and results when hunting, and also increase his capability in using any ranged weapon.

Finally! A battle skill! With this skill in my page, I can extend my battle capability when using range weapons. This means the Demonic Air Shooter and Demonic Metal Slugs will become a required tools for me to properly travel around in this world! From this moment, I felt that my confidence in surviving within this world had just increased by at least a level, and giving me so much spirit to see to what extent I could do.
