What the hell? Sneaky slugs? Double damage if used in a sneak attack? A handgun is a small weapon that would be used to fire at a range of 100 metres, and I will need to be a sneak attack to double the damage. Who will be so good to be there nicely and shot at his back? I am slightly speechless with the results of the bullet, but so far, everything has gone well. I spent some time repairing my Pickaxe and also my wrist bracer, and in total, I spent 100 of the Brass Rod (1%) to complete all my task here, as I left and head towards the Ore Cave.

With only 165 Brass Rod left in my inventory, I will need to make haste and quickly complete the mission before tomorrow midnight to obtained the [Tribute Crystal] as rewards. Since my only restriction is time, for now, I will fight against time! Through using the Goblin Pouch, I managed to keep 50 sack extra disposable trash with me, as I entered the tunnel. Since I am treated as a regular of the Cave Miners now, I am being offered to rent their Space Enhanced Cart. With the rental of 1 Black Spirit Crystals for one trip, I am allowed to rent as much as I could, depending on my capability.

After I calculate my progress, I estimate that with the 10 batteries and 50 sack of disposable trash, I could mine for a total of 600 minutes. With a full cart required twenty minutes to fill, it means I would be able to mine for a total of 30 Carts in ten hours continuous mining. Since this required no energy at all, and my stamina would be only used to collects the mining rocks, I go ahead with the plan, and rent a total of 6 Space Enhanced Cart that is equivalent to 30 carts capacity.

I went in, go for a straight ten hours marathon before I appeared again at the main cave. Some of the staff handling the cave actually thought something might happen to me because I went in for ten hours straight. A ten-hour mining could actually yield me around 95 Brass Rod amount, so if I could maintain this for another one full day, I will be able to make this quest an early handover. I then went into the trash cave again to collect the number of disposable trash as I could and return to the tunnel once again. For the next 22 hours, I repeatedly went along with my mining and did not take a single long sleep in between. All I took is a few short nap to rejuvenate my strength, as I continued.

In total, I finally end my mining streak after my pickaxe started to fail me. A thirty-hour mining not only took a heavy toll on myself, as well on my Fine Grade Pickaxe. Although the [Tribute Crystal] is attractive, it is still obtainable in many ways, so I did not felt heartache even if I failed to obtain it. While at the end of my mining streak, I manage to produce a total of 292 Brass Rod (1%) in hand, and lucky me, I managed to get twice activation on the Level 5 Quirk, and got two Brass Rod additionally. Other than that, I managed to smelt a total of 10 Copper Rod (1%) as well, after mining for so long.

I return to the city after I rest for a while, and before me, I saw two goblins repeatedly stabbing a dead corpse that they hang it on the tree. The dead corpse had already been stripped clean of any clothing and equipment, and other than that two goblins, there is another three busy distributing their spoil of war.
