This time, the moment I entered the Night Glowing Cave, my progress is no longer the same as previous. Instead of continuously mining for the mining rocks, I actually proceed with a more meaningful progress. Through utilizing my can skill as much as I could, I can forcefully raise my Scan Skill so it would become even more useful when I participate more in fights and begin my travel to other locations.

With the increment of Mining results, my future smelting progress would be running even smoother, if the mining rocks that I bring back to process actually came from those I mine directly using the new Shovel-Pickaxe. I had my goblin to handle the procedures to collect all the sand from the ground, keeping all of them in the Single Upgraded Pouch that used to belong to the goblins.

As for my little slime, I allow it to freely roam around, eating whatever it wanted as long it can refine it and goes along with my mining. Through using the scan skill, my aim to harvest more material such as the Night Glowing Sand, Night Glowing Stone, and Night Glowing Bead will increase to a higher chance, while I will be only keeping the mining rocks that totally came from my Shovel-Pickaxe while converting all the rest into normal batteries.

We begin, as I managed to found a quite open spot with a huge deposit of Sand on the ground, and two tunnels that run deep into a left and a right. I activate the Fine Pickaxe to slowly mine towards the left and tries to make this two tunnel combined into a single larger tunnels. Meanwhile, for myself, I spend most of my time to quickly mine as much Mining Rock I could, while harvesting all the materials I've come across.

Although this progress is slightly slower than what it was used to be, through this way, I could maintain a healthy amount of the material increased, while still have enough disposable trash to be used in conversion, while still have enough space to fit the slow but increasing numbers of Night Glowing materials.

But after mining for a short while, I noticed something weird. There is actually a thing with a round body, jumping around my back as it brightens my area for a moment, and went missing in the next second. Because my sight is totally adapted to the Grid View shown by the Scan Skill, I actually never pays attention to the actual dimly lit light that was running around where I am located. With an order, I shouted. "Green Goblin! Little Slime, come back here!"

The two slave pets quickly went back to where I am standing, as I finally noticed what had just got my attention a while ago. The slime actually glowing in green at the moment, as if it already become a portable night glowing light. "Slime, what is wrong with you?" I pointed at the slime, but it just shivers around there, worrying that I will give it a whack.

Knowing that I had scared the little slime, I slowly move my hand over and gave it a few patting. "Come, I'm not angry, what just happened to you? You are glowing in green colour, I need to know what you just were done." I slowly speak my word, and the slime moved over to the Night Glowing Sand on the ground, and eat a few of them. The moment the Night Glowing Sand entered its body, the slime begins to glow brighter. "Then what did you do after that?" I continued.

The slime then walked over to the mining rocks and swallowed a few of them. Maybe it was due to the material formed from the rock is different from the usual rocks, the slime could dissolve those mining rock within its body. But as there is some random material within is not soluble unless they get in contact with an even stronger substance, it ends up getting disposed from its body after it gathered in a small pellet.

"Wait! That shit the slime gave out actually glows within its body! That's the Night Copper Dust!" I grabbed the small piece of pellet that was glowing in the dark, and have a look. Since in this world, no matter what kind of material and how it was produced, everything still usable in a way, so it is normal that even disposed of stuff from a being body is collected and used.

I grabbed the slime up to my face and gave this little gem a kiss. "You have a duty now, understood?" I speak to the slime, and as it looked at my face, it nodded few times as agreement. "Alright, from now onwards, I want you to eat the Night Glowing Sand and start to eat those Mining Rocks. Those pellets you will release out, I will need you to release it over into this little container here, alright?" I pointed at what it has to do, and the slime nodded slightly.

Looking at how obedient is that little slime, the Goblin now have a new duty. It will gather the other sands into the compartment while providing the Night Glowing Sand to the Slime as it produces the Night Copper. Me, on another side, is busy with my mining works. With my 200,000 Units of space is totally used, I went over to the slime and see how it was doing.

The amount of Night Copper within the container is still considerable. This slime is actually doing good, and at the same time, its level actually continues to grow as it keeps digest those material and turning them into points. When I check on its status, I am actually shocked with its improvement. It seems like the slime is almost going to reach level 10 anytime now.

I take a rest for now and let my goblin and slime to have their own personal time, but the goblin seems to be addicted to harvesting the materials, as it begins to mine at its own accord. What is more unbelievable is that the Goblin actually have the capability to easily hunt for those sand and stones. We stayed in this cave for exactly a full week, before we exit after I felt that the material I have already harvest reached a considerable amount.

Considerable amount... When I am thinking about this numbers, my mind actually returned to when I'm within my previous world. I remembered the period of time when I'm grinding those two and three-dimensional games that required to craft, mine, and creates new recipes. When my mind thinking about all those games, I started to think about what I am doing now.

"Didn't I actually become one of those characters I used to control now? What an irony. I am actually reborn into such world." I have such thinking in my mind, but I did not bother to continue to think about it. "No matter what world I am within, all I need is to make sure that I lived as much as I want, Correct?"

I checked on my slave pets status, inventory, and the spot where I spend a whole week. With everything is taken and kept, I exit the tunnel, went to the teleportation spot, and return to the Teleportation Gate. First, in my mind, I have to go to the Blacksmithing Workshop first and have all the materials in hand processed before I planned for the next target.

With the mining rocks are all milled and sieved, I begin to smelt all of them to directly forms some Night Copper Metal Piece. This time, this one full week actually yields me quite a good amount of Night Copper. Although I could have the chances to refine the Night Copper Bar directly, I know that if I perform myself too greatly, it would become a weakness for me as well, due to my lack of strength.

I spend some time to looks at the recipe still available within the book on the counter, and soon, I've decided to purchase another two recipes.

With the two new recipes, I did not exits the Blacksmithing Workshop Immediately, but went back to start refining the equipment once again. I know that I will spend less time within here anymore, so I just put more effort to prepare all my items before I start my other planning. I craft one more Pickaxe from the 600 Brass Rod (1%) and spend another 200 to repair all of my equipment.

Unexpectedly, I actually get the same status as my previous Shovel-Pickaxe, so I do not have any complaints. Next, I spent another 1200 of the Brass Rod to creates a total of 100 Brass Metal Piece, before I begin to craft a set of the Light Armour Set. It came out perfectly fine, with a status that is very suitable for my assistance.

In the same time, I craft another piece of Wrist Bracer to be put on another hand. For this wrist bracer, I spend a huge effort on it, spending a total of 100 Brass Metal Piece on it to make sure it reaches the quality of Fine Grade.
