Huang Wen didn't send Baihu to fight. He was fighting another human being and the idea that Baihu would absorb their souls, somewhat felt wrong for Huang Wen. His main concern was to secure their position.

"Captain Zhao, let's secure the west side areal first. Which building could be used as our main base? Let's start from that building and then spread out as much as possible without leaving any weaknesses in our defense.", Huang Wen spoke to Captain Zhao Qing as they led their army to enter Gutian town.

"Good plan, I always use that building as my main headquarter.", Captain Zhao Qing answered and pointed at the building, from where, he and the other two captains previously observed the battle field.

"I see, let's use it as our main headquarter then. Please dispatch our men to secure more strategic location, while we discuss our current situation.", Huang Wen turned to look at the building and nodded his head.

Captain Zhao Qing quickly turned to his comrades, "Captain Meng Yao, Captain Zhao Ren..."

Captain Zhao Ren and Captain Meng Yao quickly nodded their heads, "We understand, leave it to us."

Huang Wen turned to look for Yu Heng, "Yu Heng, lead the others to follow these two gentlemen, to secure our position. Uncle Chen and Uncle Xia, I'll need your assistance."

Yu Heng and the other fives, quickly bowed and led their men to follow Captain Meng Yao and Captain Zhao Ren. While Chen Fang, Xia Bao, Zhang Xuan, Chen Yao and Xia Yue followed Huang Wen and Captain Zhao Qing to go to their headquarter.

Inside his office, Captain Zhao Qing opened the map of Gutian town on a large desk.

"This is Colonel Wen Liang's headquarter. He controls everything from this building.", Captain Zhao Qing pointed at an office building in east side of Gutian town.

"Hmm.... I thought he will choose a building at the center of this town.", Xia Bao spoke.

He scratched his chin as he spoke. Captain Zhao Qing nodded his head.

"In the beginning, he did choose a building at the center of this town. That was until a few weeks ago, I think that was around the time when he decided to serve that demon lord from Fuzhou.", said Captain Zhao Qing.

"He distant himself from you...", said Huang Wen.

Captain Zhao Qing shrugged his shoulder, "Maybe, everyone know that we have different opinions in many issues. Back then I just thought that he want to be the first to meet the army from Ningde and give a good impression to them."

"Hmm... I guess he prepared for that too, you know..., if he failed to approach the demon lord.", said Xia Bao.

"Probably...", Captain Zhao Qing muttered.

"That's not important now. From this west region, how many areas is in our control?", Huang Wen interrupted.

Captain Zhao Qing quickly replied, "If Colonel Wen Liang haven't taken control over my territory, then this area should be under our control."

He pointed out several regions in the west side of Gutian town and then added, "With your assistance, we won the battle quite fast, I don't think Colonel Wen Liang predicted it. He would try to establish and stabilize his control over the army before made any move against me. Therefore, there is a good chance that we'll be able to secure this region before he come for us."

Huang Wen seriously studied the map. Aside from the girls, other who attended that meeting were older and more experienced than Huang Wen. But there was something about him that made them unconsciously waited for his instruction. Perhaps it was his serious expression. Or maybe it was his confidence. It was hard to say the reason, but the fact was that everyone in that room was waiting for him.

After he studied the map for a while, Huang Wen lifted his head and spoke to them all, "Let's led our men to take the initiative. We will move our defense lines forward into their territory."

And then he pointed at their four front lines, "Captain Zhao Qing, you go to this point, lead our men who are stationed there to aggressively push any Colonel Wen Liang's army. Try to reach this point."

"Uncle Chen Fang, you go to this location and do the same. Uncle Xia Bao you take this one. And I'll go to this one. Let's try to push them as far as we could. Look at the map, every time we reach a new position, we should confirm each other progress. We should not let them find any hole to exploit.". Huang Wen explained his plan and while pointed at the locations within the map.

Captain Zhao Qing, Chen Fang and Xia Bao studied the map and listened to him attentively.

Captain Zhao Qing then said, "Young Hero Huang, you planned it, as if the battle would be limited inside the town. But if they move their army out of the town, they could take a round route and attack us from behind."

Huang Wen nodded his head, "Yes, let them think like that. After all they have more men than us, it is possible for them to surround us. We'll push them so hard within the town, that they think about taking the route outside the town. Once it happen, we will defend the town from them. We'll prevent them from entering the town."

Captain Zhao Qing raised his eyebrows, "But if we do this then we won't have enough men to do that."

Chen Fang and Xia Bao waited for Huang Wen to reply, they believed that he must have a plan prepared for that situation. Both Chen Fang and Xia Bao had seen how Huang Wen came up with risky move once in a while. Huang Wen's weakness was his confidence and will. Sometimes he was too softhearted to make a decisive move. But he has shown that he was quick to make good judgment over the situation and came up with some out of the box plan.

Huang Wen replied confidently, "I learned how to control the zombies, once the one who control them killed. When the time comes, I will use this skill to turn the table."

Although Chen Fang and Xia Bao knew Huang Wen had a way to solve the problem, they didn't expect that answer.

"How... when did you learn it?", Xia Bao asked.

"Brother Huang ... is that true? You can do it?", Zhang Xuan also surprised by it.

The others in that room asked their own questions too, Huang Wen calmly waited until they calmed down and then nodded to confirm, "I did learn the skill to control them. I just learned it recently, during the close door training and haven't had any chance to try it. But I'm quite sure this will work. Trust me in this one. We don't have time to waste. If this plan succeed, we will be able to prevent the civilians to be involved with the battle."

Captain Zhao Qing thought over Huang Wen's answer and then nodded his head, "Okay, let's do it."

Chen Fang and Xia Bao also nodded their head, "Yes, that's right. Let's do it."

Zhang Xuan, Chen Yao and Xia Yue quickly voiced their support, "Yes, let's do it. Brother Huang, we'll help you."

Huang Wen nodded his head, "Great, let's move out then."

They quickly ran to meet their men at each of those location. Huang Wen's mind went toward Song Jian, Yu Hee and his only nephew. He left them with 50 strong men at their base, at the village near Gutian town. they should be safe there, but he didn't want to take any risk. He wanted to secure the town as fast as he could and brought them safely to the town.

It was true that part of his motivation was to prevent many casualties from the civilians inside the town. But other than that, he wanted to end the battle as soon as he could.

From the way, the army from Fuzhou withdrew their forces, when they fought against Huang Wen and his men, Huang Wen concluded that their main objective was to hold the army from Ningde from leaving. Since the army from Ningde kept on retreating toward Ningde, both army would leave Gutian town for them and Colonel Wen Liang to fight for.

After he concluded that, Huang Wen began to plan at using some of their zombies for his own use. As long as he didn't take too much from them, he believed they would let it passed. They wouldn't have time to turn their attention at him.

He could kill one or two zombies controller and Baihu would take control over their zombies.

The problem was, the battle between the army from Ningde and the zombies army from Fuzhou was moving away from the town. It also happened at the other side of the town. Huang Wen already picked a position that would put him closer to their battle, but it would depend on their performance whether they could force Colonel Wen Liang to make that decision fast enough, before the zombies army from Fuzhou moved too far.

Before they separated, Captain Zhao Qing pulled Huang Wen over and quietly talked to him in private, "Young Hero Huang, I know we don't have many choice in our current situation. We can fight this battle safely, but Colonel Wen Liang can take the civilian as his hostages when he see we're winning the battle. Your plan can save many lives, but... "

Huang Wen nodded his head, "I know, I'm taking a big risk. I'll work hard to make it work."

Captain Zhao Qing hesitated for a while, before he cursed, "Damnit! Damn you and damn that traitor! When this all over, I won't surprise if you'll have your eyes in this town."

He gritted his teeth and then spat, "Well, alright. Let's do this. If you can pull this trick, then I will gladly serve you."

Huang Wen didn't try to deny it at all. Captain Zhao Qing watched him closely, he wished Huang Wen would deny it, but he didn't.

"You did want to rule over this town?", Captain Zhao Qing finally asked.

Huang Wen replied, "Do you have a problem with that?"

Captain Zhao Qing sighed and then answered, "I guess ..., I'm not in position to say anything about it. If you didn't interfere back then, once Colonel Wen Liang's men reach us, we'll be killed for sure..."

"We're wasting time now...", Huang Wen calmly reminded him.

Captain Zhao Qing cursed again before he turned and left. Huang Wen calmly watched him left.

Zhang Xuan ran to him and asked, "Is there any problem?"

Huang Wen turned to her and smiled, "No, there is no problem. Don't worry, that captain know what's best for him and his men."

Zhang Xuan tried to find any signs in Huang Wen's expression. She found there was no trace of worries in his face.

Zhang Xuan sighed in relieve and then said, "Well, let's get going then. I'm coming with you. Chen Yao and Xia Yue decide to go with their father."

Huang Wen nodded his head, "Okay, let's go. Stay at my side."

Zhang Xuan nodded, "I know."

Huang Wen took a good look at her, now that they were going to face dangerous situation, he could feel how much he care for her. Although he had some grudges with her father, he couldn't deny the fact that he had a feeling for her.

Zhang Xuan blushed as he stared at her for sometime.

"What are we waiting for?", she asked.

Huang Wen just laughed and took her hand. Quickly they ran toward the location where their men should be ready for a battle.
