??? " So Capitan what should we do?"
Gerald " For now his majesty wants us to investigate the warehouse and those who work here, find out where the missing food is going who's taking it and why. Well also be doing guard duty."
As Gerald and his lieutenant walked along with the two company's of guards made up of 24 men each behind them he mentally caculated how he was going to split them up.
Gerald " Alren take 16 guards split them into groups of four then have them search around the Warehouse for anybody suspicious who's lurking around or watching from an ally ways."
Alren saluting with his hand to his shoulder he replied " Of course I'll have a report of any findings brought to you within an hour Capitan."
Nodding his head Gerald waved as Alren split off taking 3/4 of a company with him.
Directing the rest of the guards he ordered them to search the entire ware house for anything of intrest. And to vet the workers there.
Turning on his heel he walked towards warehouse office to talk to the elfven in charge while comte plating if they would find anything and if it was going to get bigger then it already was.
Sitting on a chair in the huge library Dreail couldn't help but smile as the librarian Xerces smiled at him again as he walked pass. Leaning on the palm of his hand he smiled lazily day dreaming about having stolen kisses in the library.
*sigh*
??? "And just why are you sighing your highness ? You can't already be bored with your lesson considering it just started could you?"
Came a voice from behind him that if it were any colder could freeze ice.
Dreail startled jumped and straightened up in surprise as he faced his tutor Rel Drukori .

Leaning backwards at the look in his tutors eyes he hurriedly replied " Ahh no Rel not at all I was just thinking. " .
Squinting doubtfully and the prince's face he eventually replied after a few minutes.
"Hmm very well" , about to continue with the lesson he instead paused and asked while looking off onto the distance. " What do you see in that librarian anyway prince? You don't even notice the others who might like you." He said in a low tone under his breath.
Startled by the arrupt change in subject Dreail asked bewildered " Just what do you mean by that Rel? There's someone who likes me? Who is it?".
Scowling at the oblivious of the prince and irritated at the questions he instead said even colder " Nevermind that let's continue with the lesson."
And without waiting for a reply begin the lesson even more focused.
While at the same time ignoring the pity filled eyes of the prince's personal guard.

Polly and Drake
Drake has been searching for a job as a personal guard, but wherever he turns, he is kicked out without fail. It's not that he's terrible with weapons, or inattentive. It could be because of his obvious racial heritage. Or because of Polly. With his funds dwindling, the only remaining option is to become one of the Cursed: poor souls that work for the Dragoneye Guild. In other lands, they may be called adventurers, saviors or even heroes, but not in the White Desert. Here, they are shunned and ignored. Depraved people who forsook their humanity for money and fame. With this choice, Drake may not only fall from grace, but also become one of only a few thousands capable of unearthing the secrets of ancient times. If he could get this guardsman notion out of his head. May contain gore, violence, profanity and traumatising content. Taking another shoot at this writing business. I write for fun and when I have time. There is no plan. The story may change drastically from what it starts out - or not. We'll see what happens. Currently, I'm aiming for a Slice of Life with LitRPG elements at a later time.

MAZE - The Endless Quest
As all kids do, Hera wanted to be an explorer. Sadly when she turned 18, she discovered that her stats and lack of skills made her fail the requirements to become one, and she went to work on a bookstore. That should have been the end of her story. But when she wins a lottery to have her level up, she discovers a hidden skill and a rare one at that. The system gave her dream back, and this time she is not letting it go. ############################## The story is about a world where game-like systems are the norm. Everyone has a level, status, and even skills are a common thing. If your stats are good, you can also become an explorer, someone that ventures inside a place called MAZE, a dungeon of sorts filled with monsters, creatures, and things that the natural world is missing, such as magic and demi-humans. The story follows Hera, a woman who wanted to be an explorer, but her status were too low to become one. One day she wins a raffle that allows her to level up for the first time giving her the chance to achieve her childhood dream. It's more about how things work and what you can do with them than about power or revenge. The rhythm might be a bit slow for some, but that is the idea. I want to give sort of a slice of life feeling to most of it.

Intercessor
"In my defense, I hadn't actually been trying to get hit by a truck." Artemis wakes up alone in a giant futuristic facility with no hint of where she is, how she got here, or what this means. Yet within two weeks, she is shot at with all the guns, a voice is beginning to speak in her head, and she is tormented by a seemingly sentient and possibly trollish space Roomba. Her only hope is Scarlet, another girl who is a complete stranger and almost shot her in the head. Oh, and she has fox ears and a tail. That is possibly worth mentioning. Artemis is not a nerd. She has never heard of the isekai genre, she can't fight worth a damn, and the blue-collar skills she learned at her community college are absolutely useless in a universe where technology is often indistinguishable from magic. She only has one thing going for her: A mysterious ability to interface with highly advanced technology left behind by the Antecessors, the long lost precursor civilization with technology that no one has been able to adequately replicate. Finding herself in a universe where civilizations are locked in an interstellar Cold War, where societies are so stratified that the aristocracy commands fleets of starships while slaves wash clothes with their hands, Artemis decides to run away from it all. She has a ship. She'll find a crew. She'll find a way to make a living at the fringes of civilization, learn how to cope with danger, and survive the affections of a universe where everyone is a cute girl with animal ears and tails. Welcome to Intercessor. AKA Kemonomimi Yuri Space Fantasy. Commissioned by Shaderic. Please leave your sense of shame at the door.
