If somebody reads this: What you read, has really happened. It is your decision, if you believe it, or not, and I have no other evidence than this diary (if you can call it diary), but this really happened. Maybe, I should stop this introduction, and let you read.

I, Kawaru Kokoroe (Why the heck did my parents call me like that?!?), died at the age of 16 years. How, you ask? Because of idiots. I mean, they are my classmates, but still, they were idiots, although I followed their decision, so… Never mind. Imagine, you and your classmates are on your way to school, and one of them says

(CM1) “If we continue to dawdle around, then we are coming too late to school! Uhm... Gougl Maps says that this backstreet would shorten our way by 5 minutes! Anybody got objections? No? Then we are going that way.”

After we were going a minute inside this backstreet, some people armed with long knives suddenly jumped out of nowhere. After we turned around, and tried to run away, one of them said “You shouldn’t go that way, guys.”, while he was grinning. Guess what happened? Truck-kun, the bad-guys friend, appeared! And so, we all died as useless fools, either through Truck-kun, or, if we survived his [Tackle], we got knifed by those duds. And we were worried about our math test.

After that, we were looking at a probably 30-years old guy, who said he was God and was sorry.

(CM2) “Hey, don’t you think, this is almost like those Isekai-Mangas? Who knows, what will happen.”

(CM4) “I want to be reborn as a human prince please!”

(God) “And again, another case Lucifer… what is the root of the problem? Ah, sorry, the truck and those bandits were organized by one of my subordinates. Don’t worry, he is kicked out now. Sadly, I can’t bring you back to your old world – I mean, imagine you would shed tears for somebody you really have liked, and then that person suddenly is before your door, or wakes up during the funeral? Above all, with injuries an human couldn’t survive, no matter what. Well, at least, I can make a scenario happen, which some humans imagined in the so-called “Isekai-Mangas”, so don’t worry, you can live another life! Except, you don’t want that? Got no problems with it? Ok, then I should at first explain something about the world.

You could compare it with the medieval times, but there is one big cultural difference: there are less illiterates. The percentage is approximately 5 %. Then, there are other humanoid species, for example elves, dwarves, demi-humans, dragons, slimes and other, less known. The last two have a humanoid and a non-humanoid form, and slimes are, in comparison to what you think, almost as intelligent as humans, even without a brain.

Then, there is magic. To invoke magic, one must have a natural affinity with at least one of the nine primary attributes. These are: Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Soul, Life, Space, Time and Neutral, also called achromatic or non-attributive. The greater the affinity, the more efficient and stronger they can use the attribute. You can also combine attributes, but alone the secondary attributes would take too long, let alone the tertiary. Also, you must imagine, what you want that happens. To increase the concentration, you could say chants.

Then, there are Skills. Basically are Skills either innate talents or learned abilities, which normally have no connection to magic. Any questions until now?

Then, lets continue. Because you are so-called “Re-Souled”, you have innate abilities, which are hard for others to obtain, if it’s not impossible for them. If you say ‘Menu’, you can see you own status, and you can organize your skills. With ‘Pouch’ you can open your own Item Box. Although it is not infinite (because infinity makes problems), but it is very large. It is possible to increase its size, but for that you need to collect some rare materials. Then, ‘Inspect’. This allows you to look at the status of others, and the bigger the advantage at your side is, the more accurate the others status shows up. For example: If your and the targeted persons status are approximately equal, you see the others status in multiples of 40, and you see his Skills until LV.4. The last one is ‘Vitund Eolas’. With this one, you can gain information. At humans, you can see their name and strength rank, if you use it on animals or monsters, you see their names, a small description, their strength, rarity and intelligence level, and if used on plants, you see its rarity and its possible usages. It also helps you with common sense. At last, every one of you has up to three wishes. Up to, because of the “Cheatability” of the wishes. The more cheat-like it is, the more wishes will be used. Any questions?”

(CM3) “What will we be reborn as?”

(God) “Haven’t I said that? You can choose that, after your wishes. And you will wish separated from each other. Don’t ask me why, it is because of my boss. You are allowed to tell each other what you wished for, if you meet each other in the other world. 

So (all are teleported to different places) Kawaru. What do you wish for?”

(Kawaru) “Hmmm……. I wish, that I am able to increase my magic capacity 50 % faster than the average.”

(God) “Average… maximum... hmmm… difficult…. ok, that is one single wish. What else?”

(Kawaru) “Uhm… Whatever I eat, I will gain a skill after eating a certain amount of it. But a rather big amount, else it would be too strong. If two different foods would give me the same skill, they will be added. Also, some foods should give me more than one skill, but only one skill at a time. I can also increase the skills level, but for every level more, I need a quarter more than for the level before. And I can also train the skill normally, but I can’t do both at a time. Maybe 30 kg for Level 1?”

(God) “Oh man… That’s a hard decision. Although… 30 kg? If you have a small wish, then you can do that one too.”

(Kawaru) “Small, huh? Do you mean, that the smaller one is, separated from others, a weak to useless ability?”

(God) “You need to verify that?”

(Kawaru) *grin* “Ok, then I wish for the ability, that my digestive system, including my teeth, is strong enough to break down and digest every existing substance, except magic. I also have no automatic immunities to any debuff.”

(God) “Why would you- oh, nice. You are thinking about what you are wishing for! The others don’t. Let’s continue to your species decision. But I have to warn you: The majority of land is inhabited by humans. And the majority of countries does either discriminate or despise, or not even see them as intelligent species, and are used as slaves. Well, most of the species have some rather big disadvantages. But I am not allowed to see, what you choose, at least not until you are reborn. (God teleports himself away) 

(Kawaru) “Let’s excel his anticipations again! Human… Elf… Dwarf… Demi… Dragon… Demon… many options… Huh? ‘Half-Demi’-. What is that?

“A dragon-demi cross-breed? Such possibilities are there? I’ll take Half-Demi! But I’ll make my own choice! Demi-parent… Uhm… peacock? PHOENIX? well… I wouldn’t like to have problems with the moult... Tiger is a good option! More speed! I can make it more specific? Heavenly Tiger… Forest Tiger… Dragon Tiger! I’ll take that! Then, the non-demi…. What is a good addition to tiger? Only a carnivore, right… then… also just mammals… a Fenrir? That is attractive… What next?”
