《Those Zombies Again》Chapter 37

Considering that he was going to return, Sam decided to peel and dry a considerable part of the snake's skin, after all, it was the 2nd type and even for his sword and strength it was not easy to pierce this skin.
Even though there was no room in the ring, Sam was strong enough to carry a lot of skin on him.
The next day, Sam began his journey back. He was going to move towards North America, in theory, he should go to Colombia and then move home. He didn't know if he could find the planes after so long.
But even if he had to walk, five thousand kilometres did not seem to him an insurmountable distance considering his speed, he might not be able to move too fast along the Amazon, but it will be easier further.
On the way, Sam cut off the limbs of a healthy deer, after which the feline took the initiative to join the battle, of course, while the deer was intact, the cat quietly sat on the sidelines.
But Sam did not mind, he held the poor deer by the horns while the cat killed the poor thing. Sam did not count on this small cat as a combat assistant, but rather just hoped that the cat would be strong to survive and keep him company along the way.
At first, Sam met type 1 monsters quite rarely, but now, after more than 4 months, there are much more of them, so Sam has already collected close to a thousand cores. They weighed practically nothing and were extremely small, so they did not take up much space.
Sam found the river in the right direction and tried to move not far from it in the presumable direction of Columbia.
Two days later, Sam found a semblance of a town. Apparently, the town was called Yawarate or something like that, neither people nor zombies Sam did not find. But he met a healthy panther.

The panther's claws were strengthened by the skill, apparently both zombies and people became the prey of animals in this town.
There was even a semblance of an airport, although it was just a small flat piece of land and the remains of propeller driven aircraft. Sam was not going to take risks with these wretched planes and went on.
Continuing to move at maximum speed, Sam reached the city of Mitu on the same day. Although the city was not large and probably rather poor, it is still a city.
As in most countries in the North American direction, most people used Spanish language, Sam knew Spanish well enough to conduct a dialogue.
Sam did not see any zombies or people in the city, the streets were empty although looted. It was getting late, so Sam decided to find a place to sleep.
He and the cat found a decent apartment and Sam lay down on a comfortable bed, all the same he missed the beds a little. The cat, on the other hand, began with interest to test the strength of everything in a row with his claws and frolic.
The next day, Sam decided to tidy up his appearance first, he looked like a beggar, the torn remnants of his clothes and a beard did not dispose to acquaintance.
He found the looms and scissors, along with a map of the city, and returned to tidy himself up. Sam cut his beard as best he could then shaved, blunting a couple of blades he did. Sam cut the hair a little in the front, but otherwise didn't bother until the hair was too branchy.
The cat began to paw his shaven face with interest as Sam moved towards the airport.
At the airport, Sam did not find any planes, apparently everyone flew away. He moved on and reached the river and then went up parallel to the river. On the way, he sometimes saw a couple of zombies or animals.

As a result, he still saw a dozen people by the river bank, almost all black with different equipment. Sam had already changed into a decent tracksuit and shoes. He hid the pile of snake skin in the city so that it would not interfere.
In general, he looked quite normal, such a tourist on a jog with a cat on his head. Running up to them, he noticed how they tensed, and those that were with weapons were directed at Sam.
- Hi guys, who's in charge, I have a couple of questions.
To Sam's surprise, instead of answering, they began to surround him, Sam told the cat to grab onto him tightly and not crawl, thanks to his high spirituality, Sam could expand the armor a little, and there was enough room for a small cat.
One of those guys used the skill and some kind of spiritual chains hung on Sam's legs, at least they tried, Sam only lost a little armor and the chains went out.

SPECTER
This is a story I wrote when I was fifteen. I'm twenty-two. I decided to post this piece hoping it'll help inspire people to finish their story. The point of a rough draft is to barf words onto the screen. It's not suppose to be pretty. It's suppose to be finished.
