Chapter 19 - The Battle Ends!
Kuro was observing the battle seriously. This would decide if his crewmates had grown or not.He couldn’t just go to the Grand Line and protect them alone. The Grand Line wasn’t so soft.If they couldn’t defeat even two pirates who went to the Grand Line alone, they were still not ready for even the first half,Old World, let alone the New World.
“Then what will you do my navigator and swordsman…”He muttered amused. Then suddenly from behind a pirate swung his sword thinking that he could kill him,but unexpectedly Kuro easily dodged it and hit him with his elbow, making him fly several meters away.

Yuki was in despair, but for Haken and her friends she would stand and defeat her enemies.”Gear Third!”She muttered and the previous Gear Two Staff Started to rotate. When It stopped a huge blue lightning energy appeared behind the staff like an extra energy source.
“You know?My Staff uses techniques of only weather. But that is only true to Gear Two.
Gear One is the first gear where every technique is basic.Gear two is the second gear where every technique is risen a level.Gear Three is the third gear and every technique is raised to the Dangerous Level.”
Then she took a huge breath and softly made the staff touch the ground.”Earth Crash.”A moment nothing happened, but two seconds later the whole ground trembled and cracked. Then in exploded like a volcano.Ishi was caught on it and screamed in pain.”That is just the beginning.”Yuki growled. The rage and fury for what Ishi and Yoku did to Haken made her unlock new memories and skills.
“Wind...Tornado…”She muttered slowly and thrust the staff forward. The wind gusted before finally a huge tornado was formed.Ishi opened his eyes wide open.” Injury Level-8!” He roared and a black energy shot towards the Tornado, attacking it.Unfortunately it only stopped half ot it’s actual attack power.

IShi was absorbed into the tornado of wind. But he was still alive. After the Tornado Of Wind disappeared Ishi was breathing heavily,”Yoku, take care of her for me…”He said breathing heavily.”I got it…”Yoku said and opened his mouth, but before he could eat her his stomach was cut in four smaller pieces.
From it Haken came out.”Damn….His stomach is infinite...Can he even die from fatness?”He gritted his teeth and said annoyed.”It took my special technique to break apart this stomach.”Yoku was still alive,”Impossible! That stomach is infinite, even I can’t sense It’s limits!”
“I don’t have the time to explain it to you, trash.”Haken said and cut his head.Ishi was left alone heavily injured gritting his teeth.”Captain,do we qualify?”He said looking at Kuro who smiled back,”You qualify more than I even expected, both of you at that.”He then started to laugh loudly.
Haken had realised that this was a test since Kuro hadn’t interfered when he was eaten by Yoku.Yuki was breathing heavily, but she too had realised that this was a test since Kuro hadn’t moved a single step from where he was in the beginning.
“You graduated from having to rely on me,to being able to fight your enemies yourself.”Kuro grinned happily.”Wait...What about Ketsu?” Haken asked,”He already graduated before he even joined my crew.”Kuro sighed. It was true,Ketsu had survived for years alone in that island.God knows how he did that.
“Then we should continue...Gorudo is waiting for us in that damn mansion.”Kuro said but it was not needed, because Gorudo himself was a few meters before them.”You killed them...Killed my Crewmates…”He growled as he waved his hand.”Gold World!”A yellow colour enveloped everyone before a huge golden colored ball absorbed them.

Inside the golden ball.It was shiny and it was like a sun existed in here.”This is my world...You can’t escape from it.”Gorudo yelled madly from god knows where. Then a huge army of golden armour people appeared before Kuro.”He seperated us?He thinks that is enough to kill me?”
Sighing Kuro raised a hand. And a sphere of Lightnings condensed.”Lightning Arc…”Kuro exclaimed as the sphere of Lightnings unleashed lightnings bolts everywhere, killing a lot of golden soldiers. After twenty minutes over half had died, but yet from the dead the golden power created even more.
“Tch,Lightning Army Of Swords!” He muttered and the sphere of lightnings turned to a army of lightning swords which attacked the golden power which was in the form of a sphere with a space of one meter.Yet the Golden Sphere still survived.Kuro sighed,”Conqueror’s Haki…”He muttered as an invisible energy spread cracking the Golden Sphere.
The Army Of Golden Soldiers disappeared as Kuro walked forward,Gorudo didn’t say a single word for tens of minutes, but he walked and walked randomly. But then he,Gorudo muttered loudly,”This is just the first stage! There are two more stages!”
Two more stages?Kuro sighed in pain. The first stage was a bother, the second should be a pain and the third...REALLY TROUBLESOME.”Anyway I need to find my crewmates soon...IT is better to be together than alone, especially in such a dangerous, golden world…”
He continued walking aimless. It continued for god knows how many hours.Maybe even a day had passed, yet Kuro had still a lot of stamine, but his eyes were slightly gray or black to be exact.IT was to be excepted, after all humans couldn’t walk so much without resting even a single second.
“ I no longer can endure!” Kuro growled as he unleashed his full wild intent, slightly shaking the golden world. He was just sixteen and even if he was really powerful,he still hadn’t experienced enough to be called a real adult in the real world.
“Second Stage is starting…”Gorudo grinned, and it sounded really evil at that too.”Second stage...How is it?”

Fallout: Vault X
An original novel set in the Fallout universe, written to be accessible to all, featuring unique people and places. Vol.II. out now Fallout: Vault X tells the story of John. A vault dweller, who spent every day of his twenty five years underground. Like his father, and his father before him. Proud to live in the last remaining bastion of humanity, all that survived The Great War of the atomic age. Hidden deep below the surface of the earth, toiling under brutal conditions. Year after year, decade upon decade. All to expand into the natural cave system the Vault occupied, building for the future. However, John knew what his forefathers did not, that everything he’d been taught was a lie. After finishing school at the age of ten, John received his standard issue pipboy. An arm mounted personal computer, worn by everyone in the Vault. Used to coordinate the relentless pace of expansion, needed to work as an apprentice. To learn the craft that would be his life’s work. A noble calling to ensure a future for all that remained of the human race. A quirk of fate saw John equipped not with the crude, clunky, pipboy model his father wore. That almost everyone around him wore. His looked smaller, sleeker, finished in a jet black sheen. And capable of doing far more than its drab counterparts. The world above had been ravaged by atomic flames, yet life clung to its bones. The Red Valley fared better than most in the century since the bombs fell. The clean water and rich soil protected by rolling hills. All spared from direct strikes, for the most part. Life survived here. Trees spawned from charred ground, misshapen, green leaves turned red. Along with simple crops, grown wild at first, then cultivated by the survivors. The scavengers of the old world were inventive, hardy people. All determined to rebuild in the ruins of a world they never knew. In the decades that passed settlements emerged. They grew, spreading along the valley floor. Reclaiming the pre-war remnants of the once industrialised heartland. Salvaging the robotic wonders of a bygone age to build their walls and work their fields. To protect them in the dark of the wasteland. But such things are uncommon in this world, and the rarer something is, the greater its value. And the worth of pre-war technology had not gone unnoticed. The last, real, power in this world rested in the mechanised hands of The Brotherhood of Steel. Forged from the mortally wounded old world military. The Brotherhood used its access to the weapons made for a conflict no one won to strike out into the wastes. Men and women were equipped with advanced armour, aerial transportation, high grade weaponry. Accompanied by the training, strength, and will, to put them to use. They established chapters and set up outputs far and wide. All dedicated to a single purpose. To ensure the technology left abandoned by its long dead creators didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Namely, any hands that were not their own. This is the world John escaped into. A place of horrors brought forth from atomic fire. A place where survival meant battling against the darkness. Fighting a war each day to get to the next. And war...war never changes

What seems like an innocent game trope turns into a nightmare. This is a story of tragedy and the path to ultimate power. All in the hopes of an uncertain survival. _________ This fiction has NOT been abandoned. I made a haughty promise earlier to not worry because I'll continue this series, and with things lately, I've only proved myself a liar. Further promises dwindled, and I've lost trust. So many things have been going on recently that I've been booked. I will refrain from making any future guarantees or promises as my busy schedule will stay with me for a long long while. Time for me to actually spend on writing and revising won't appear until at the least November 19. I won't say expect that's when I'll restart, but you can expect expecting it to maybe happen. That's really shallow. But with everything going on, I've let my small reading base down. I apologize. I still stick by my statement though that I won't abandon this project. I plan to stick it to the end, no matter the delay. Most importantly, thank you everyone; readers who both like and dislike my work. I appreciate your time spent on my dumb imagination. Stay toasty my readers in this winter season. Cheers. UPDATE: We're back on track. Thank you for your patience. Any future readers, heyo! Glad you're here. UPDATE 2: So far it's been 21 days since I last uploaded a chapter. The best thing done for any fiction, no matter how good it is, is that it continues, and I have a bad history with that. 1 fiction on hiatus and already more delays with less than 20 chapters in this fiction. I've been very preoccupied with adding more things to do in my life rather than actually committing to any particular thing. That applies primarily to this. I cannot abandon this, as busy as my future looks and will look as I get busier and busier. Someday, I hope, I will be able to sit down and just write. just. write. But for now, I ask for patience. I suppose I'm glad this fiction hasn't picked up so that I don't disappoint too many people if any really. But I need to commit and it's going to happen sometime and sometime soon. No more flowery words. I'll see you later. UPDATE 3: It's very evident I won't be able to pick up this story for a while. With AP Testing, competitions, and other things I am busier than ever. But I must complete this fiction. I have too. Until next time. UPDATE 4: It is now the summer. I owe everyone an apology. Chances are, nobody's around to see this, and that is okay. I only blame myself for this sort of brokenness of a fiction, not that it is actually that bad but I am just exaggerating it for dramatic effect. But what's not exaggerated is the severity of my broken promise. I apologize for my naive claims about finishing a novel that I couldn't finish and that I didn't have the discipline to finish. Nor the skills, really, I was and am still an immature writer. What is to place now? I want to make it clear I understand this is my fault. I will man up to this. And I will accept any criticism. I understand I messed up. Reading Stephen King's On Writing made it clear to me that I need to do two things:Read lots. And write lots.I have done neither. If I don't have the time to read often, how do I expect to write? I need to become more experienced. I need to become a serious writer. So if I want to dream of continuing, I need to at least fulfill both requirements. I enjoy writing. I haven't written seriously outside of school in a while. I planned to write this summer and finish this. I made a lot of promises that I didn't keep.So there's that. I won't enact any self-pity, or be foolishly obsessed. What I did was wrong, and I must deal with it. I let down readers. And I apologize.I hope I can find forgiveness. This is a writer's sin.I won't promise I'll finish this. I intend to finish this, at some point, because writing is fun and I want to write. But how things are don't reflect that. Maybe I'll finish this at some point. Maybe I won't. I won't be naive to make that promise.I thank everyone who has read this if this is the end. If not, and hopefully not, I thank everyone who is to read future chapters. I thank everyone who allowed me to live in the miniscule little dream of mine as I passed my days. I thank everyone who cares enough to read this. Until next time, peace everyone. Thank you. You are all great readers and great people. I wish everyone the best in whatever reading/writing endeavors follow you henceforth.
