《The Legend of the Legendary Xu Xian》Book#1: Life Volume#1 Childhood chp#3 feelings and resolution?

My heart was pounding very loudly, as though it would explode any moment. My face was full red, my eyes were focused.
I could not believe this scene in front of me, I pinched myself to confirm the reality but it still didn't change.
There were three shadows present in this room.
What was it? My heart trembled at the sight, It was father, he wasn't dead instead he was laughing and playing with two two slender sexy naked women. Their bodies were shining and were quite the beauties. Their curves and juggling bosom would for sure get me excited if it were not for this situation.
My mother died just three days ago. Her funeral was just yesterday and my father here is playing with beautiful women. The same father I thought who loved and cherished my mother greatly, he couldn't even wait three months according to the custom before doing this.
This feeling? I don't know what it is, disappointment maybe? no its more like rage. Was I once again fooled? is this dark world truly this vicious? I was thinking all this while seeing how my father enjoyed his whole night passionately with these two women.
By the time I came back to my senses, my eyes were bloody red, my wound was hurting and my body was once again sore because I stood there all night.
Those women already left, it seems like they were from the royal harem, they exist to serve and meet the king's needs.
I then came back to my room, I tried to calm down but couldn't. In the middle of all these thoughts I was asleep before I knew it.
When I woke up it was early morning, I slept for like two hours but that strange feeling was still breeding inside of me and multiplying by the second.
I moved hurriedly towards the garrison, Shelfa who was humming while coming towards my room noticed me so she quickly followed.
Deep down my blood was boiling, I was excited no maybe desperate but I am sure about one thing my carve for strength awakened at this time.
After walking in a quick and steady pace I reached garrison soon, several brutes half naked, strong built men were charging at each other, they would crash into each other, at the other corner sword claps could be heard, it seems they were practicing sword there.
At the other corner, on the stone wall, there were people with bows in their hand. Each had a quiver tied to their back full of arrows, all of them were shooting their respective marked trees, their hands seemed quite dexterous.

As I moved forward towards the lead instructor Capleon, everyone stopped. The air suddenly became heavy, I could clearly feel the pressure.
It seemed that these solders were scared of me or at least thats what I thought. So I said 'rest assured I don't like to eat men much less men with muscles'.
Everyone was looking at me for a moment dumbstruck then when the lead instructor Capleon burst into laughter everyone quickly followed.
Seeing the air was not so heavy anymore, I stepped forward and said seriously 'I wish to train' my facial expressions were fierce and full of blood lust, I was thinking about that leopard, my weak and pathetic state, then about mother's death and my father's recent achievements.
Clearly these experts felt this, from their long experience in the business of death they knew how real this blood lust was.
Capleon moved towards me with his eyes staring right at mine, I didn't avoid them. He said 'we can't young master but if you defeat this kid no matter the consequences I Capleon will take full responsibility and train you' his voice told me he was dead serious but it was also a mocking tone.
From behind him a kid who was not taller than me appeared, his body was well trained, it seems he has been training since childhood.
I thought to myself 'it will be hard to defeat him in this weakened state'.
Anyways the knights form a circle around us waiting for my reply.
'Anything that happens during this match is my responsibility, you are allowed to display your full power, don't hold back' I said in a calm tone.A wooden sword was handed to me, it seemed light but when I grabbed it, my hand was going to the ground super fast so the only way I can even lift this thing is by holding it using both hands.
The boy on the other hand, the sword in his hands seems fast and light. He bowed to me once and we started with the match.
He came rushing towards me. I thought what is this? but it was not the time for thoughts so I lifted the sword in my hands in front of me to block his strike, as soon as his sword landed on mine I received a great force along with a shock entering my body.
It was similar to when the leopard jumped on me but the difference was the leopard was a lot heavier.

I was forced to take two steps back to regain my crumbling balance, I was already breathing hard.
Well I instantly came to a conclusion, I can't win like this. I am weak, the sword is heavy and I have no experience.
The only way to win is to use my mind. While somehow blocking his strikes I was thinking on what to do.
But when he once again struck my sword, the shock traveled through my sword and entered in my previous wound. Even without knowing I had a smirk on my face, my eyes were glowing and I had stopped thinking. I charged at him with a roar 'yaaah', the sword was still in my hands, the boy's eyes were focused on my sword all this time, as soon as I got close tom him I simply let go of it and punched him as hard as I could right in the face.
This followed by several dozen of punches, it was a lot like when I was smashing the leopard's head only this time I was using my fists instead of a stone.
Before the boy could even realize what happened, I used my leg and placed it behind his right foot and then when I punched him he was knocked on the ground, on further examination it revealed that the boy was unconscious.
So I moved towards the instructor, I spoke nothing only waited for him to speak. His lips then moved 'Young master please forgive this one's disrespect but this lowly one can't teach you, letting go of one's sword is a disgrace to us warriors, we die but never let go of it, it seems our esteemed young master follow different ideals'.
'I understand' I said and left quietly, everyone was staring at my back and that boy was still lying there on the ground full of dirt.
Why should I die but never let go of my sword? what is sword? even if it is an extension to my arm, I still have two arms while only one life and these extensive arms? I can get as many as I like.
I don't understand what kind of ideals do these people follow.
I then noticed that my knuckles were hurt and covered with blood. Some of it was mine while most of it was that boy's. So I went to see the medic uncle Jefro, all this time I never realized I was being stalked by that sexy tempting witch Shilfa.
Anyways after fighting like this I felt a lot better, My emotional state is the same as ever, I feel nothing but I feel light now and fairly excited too. So I stop by uncle Jefro's quarter, he is mixing some herbs trying to make a new potion, yeah he is a side alchemist.
When he sees me coming he quickly bows his head in respect and says 'young master, how do you feel?'.
I replied 'I feel good thanks to you, wrap these with something'while saying this I extend my fists towards him. He saw my fists then stared at me trying to find any other injuries but if there were none how could he find one?
After getting myself patched up I decided, no matter what, these ideals and morals, this religion, I will follow none, I will never follow these adults. Even if there is no other way, I will create one.
My resolution was firm, these adults their eyes were dead, they followed this religion and these ideals but why? because everyone else also did. This is beyond me. Thinking all this at the evening I sneaked out of the castle once again.
Now when I think about it, I have only been outside of this castle three times, once to visit mom's old home, once when I ran away and the last one is now.
The cold breeze crashed into me, my clothes fluttered a little making 'whizz' sound, my hair stood up moving back and forth with the wind like girls dancing in a disco. I couldn't feel all this in the castle at the very least.
With my resolution firm, my eyes focused on gaining strength using my own means, I move towards the barren land behind the castle.
Feeling the touch of wind on my skin, the roughness of a wooden sword in my hands and the cold of cobblestones underneath my feet.
Everything was so bright and vivid, every smell, every sight and every sound made me feel even more excited.

Manifesto
Sometimes, even the most outright affront to liberty seems to be justified under certain contexts. Or maybe I should stop reading about Stalin, I think it's affecting me.

The Weather Vane
This is the first few chapter of my new book available on Amazon. The beginning is very light and fun, but more mature content comes later. From medieval fantasy to ultra high-tech to dinosaurs, The Weather Vane is a grippingly fast-paced adventure full of fun and excitement, literary flourish, and colorful characters. A group of ascendant masters find themselves in the afterlife and learn that they are newly recruited into the cosmic battle of good versus evil. Before they can join the fight, shipwreck strikes and they are lost in the ether. Stranded in a magical land beyond the reaches of the universe, The Weather Vane follows our crew of heroes as they try to piece things back together even while The Dark Lord’s forces march, maraud, and murder at every turn. Themes of darkness chase the overall levity of The Weather Vane which suffers not a lull as the climax begins near the beginning of the book and drives on through the greatly satisfying finish. The most epic of epics.
