The three had finished their meal and said their goodbyes to Aunt Snak, afterwards the group walked to the Lowlaws guild, after a while they finally reached the guild, the Lowlaws was the same as usual, people coming and going, adventurers talking about strategies and monsters, after coming inside, the group went straight to where Dianne was.

“Hey babe” Maron greeted.

“You didn’t drop by yesterday, where were you?” Dianne asked without greeting him back.

“Woah, I thought you didn’t like me, looks like someone missed me” Maron teased.

“If you don’t want to answer, then get the hell out of my face” Dianne replied annoyingly, as she turned and was going to talk to another adventurer.

“Wait, I was with Wuglat, uh, we studied some Magic books” Maron answered, thinking of any excuse he can to hide the fact that they raided a dungeon with the Peculiars, Dianne now turned back to them and asked “What kind of Magic books?”

“Wuglat, show her” Maron said as he signaled Wuglat to show her the ‘Hand of God’ book, in which Wuglat unwillingly gave to Dianne, Dianne received the book and shined a white stone on it, afterwards figures started appearing in the air,

[Hand of God- a type of greater healing magic, this skill purifies the person it is casted on, wounds will rapidly heal, 100 mana will be replenished, poison stats will be removed.

Requirements: 100 intelligence, 100 wisdom]

“What kind of stone is that!?” Maron asked shockingly.

“It’s an [inspection stone], why?” Dianne nonchalantly replied.

“What!? I didn’t know there’s a stone like that” Maron was appalled that there was that kind of stone.

“What do you want!? If you’re just going to waste my time, go away, there’s a lot of adventurers that I need to attend to” Dianne responded, she was irritated of Maron again, she didn’t need to explain everything to him, this girl was moody as fuck.

Maron decided to stop fucking around and said what they came here for.

“This girl wants to register to the guild” Maron said as he pointed to Sakura, in which Sakura waved to Dianne, Dianne looked at her up and down, Sakura’s facial feature was different from the girls here, her eyes was a little squinted, she had an Asian face, so Dianne was eyeing her, but afterwards she pulled out a book with names on it.

“Okay, tell me your name and level, pay the fee of 5 coppers, and you’re good to go” Dianne said, which Sakura replied with “My name is Sakura, I'm level 40, and here’s 1 silver”, Dianne started writing on the book and whispering after Sakura, “Sakura, level 4-, what did you say your level was?” Dianne asked.

“Level 40” Sakura raised her voice.

“Good, I thought you said Level 4-, WHAT!?” Dianne shouted, she was shocked at Sakura, she took out a [low identification stone] and let Sakura grasp it, after seeing that she was really Level 40, she was wide-eyed, everyone in the guild is now looking at their direction.

The three quickly ran and left the guild after registering, Sakura didn’t even receive her change, but the three decided to leave immediately, cause every adventurer there was starting to surround Sakura, with how the gossip works in this city, everyone will now know that Sakura is Level 40.

“That was fun” Maron said panting hard, they ran far away from the adventurers chasing Sakura, they are now in a field outside of the city, Sakura was laughing hard, she now knows why the Peculiars don’t go around telling anyone their levels.

“Since we don’t have anything to do, why don’t I teach you guys magic?” Sakura suddenly said.

“Sure, that’d be great”

“Okay”

“Well, let’s see your stats first” Sakura said, “Do you guys have any [identification stone]?” Sakura asked which the two replied with “We do” and took out their [middle identification stone].

Wuglat grasped his first and his stats showed.

Everyone was shocked at his progress even himself, Maron already knew he was level 20, however what surprised him was his intelligence, he now has the qualifications to learn the fireball of Sakura, also he has new guns, he now realized that there was a pattern for this, every 5 levels he would get a stronger gun, he didn’t know what an XM2010 is though, so he shouted it “XM2010”, afterwards a big sniper fell down on his arms, it was huge, longer than his torso, he staggered a bit, before finding his balance. This gun was not supposed to be carried while shooting, it needs to be planted on the ground with its stand. This sniper was a beast, beautiful, majestic for Maron, he was awed at how amazing this sniper rifle was, he caressed it like it was his child, he couldn’t wait to try it out.

“What’s that ‘Repulsion bullet’” Sakura suddenly asked.

“It was from a “Repel” magic book that I learned yesterday, the book said that it will put you in a barrier, and you’ll be immune to Magic attacks” Maron explained.

“Okay, it looks like I can only teach Maron” Sakura suddenly said, “I’m sorry Wuglat, my fireball needs at least 20 intelligence and wisdom” she followed.

“It’s okay” Wuglat disappointedly said.

“Sakura, do you have one of those [inspection stone]?” Maron said, in which Sakura replied “Yeah, why?”

“I have two magic books called ‘Poison shot’ and ‘Repel, maybe Wuglat can learn it” Maron responded, he quickly ran back to the inn and grabbed the magic books, and came back as fast as he can, afterwards he gave the books to Sakura for inspection, she received the books and took out a stone from her magic pouch, and quickly used it on the books.

[Poison shot- a type of great attack magic, this skill puts a potent poison to whom it is casted on, the affected will experience hallucinations, would lose his/her sense of direction.

Requirements: 15 intelligence, 14 wisdom]

[Repel- a type of defense magic, it would create a barrier that can absorb any type of magic attacks, it can last for minutes or when it reaches the maximum magic damage, depends on the level

Requirement: 40 intelligence, 35 wisdom]

Wuglat’s gloomy face turned to a smile when he saw that the stats' requirement for the poison shot was 15 intelligence and 14 wisdom, he would be able to learn it, he took the magic book from Sakura and started to browse it, afterwards he went under a tree and immersed himself in the book.

The other two started their own study session, Maron has never seen Sakura’s fireball, he heard it when she cast it on Medusa, but his eyes were closed at that time, so he asked Sakura to demonstrate.

“Fireball” Sakura shouted and pointed her wand at a nearby boulder, afterwards a ball of fire hit the boulder, and exploded, the boulder got disintegrated, Maron was surprised at how strong the fireball is.

Maron is now intrigued by Sakura’s spells, he asked her to show him all her spells, in which Sakura complied.

“Freeze”, “Lightning Flash”, “Rock Wall”, “Ignite”, every spell that Sakura casts would make Maron horrified all over, if he gets hit with one of her spells, he would certainly come out scathed.

“Now that you’ve seen my spells, let’s start” Sakura said as she grabbed a book from her magic pouch, afterwards gave it to Maron, Maron laid down under a shade and started reading the book, “If you can’t comprehend something, don’t be afraid to ask me” Sakura said as she sat down beside Maron, and started opening a magic book, it was the ‘Hand of God’ book of Wuglat, with the help of her wand, she reached the requirement for the spell, afterwards she too was learning another spell, the trio’s morning passed by just like that.
