"Is she dead?" Nemu poked Maria's body with a stick.

"No, she fainted" Ami replied while taking Nemu's stick away.

"What happened? all she did was eating the fruit, it can't be the reason she fainted, can it?" Nemu surprised.

"No, of course not. ERA fruit can be consumed by anyone without any negative effect. It must be her own body special condition that I sense back when I first met her." Ami inspected Maria's body.

"And what "Special body condition" would that be?" Lena asked.

"I don't know exactly but back then, I sense that her body is surging with different kinds of intense and violent energies. It is quite unbelievable how all of that energies condense themselves into such a small girl. It is even more amazing that she is still alive and doesn't even know about her condition. I thought I could silently help her, so I feed her the ERA fruit. It has a calming effect and should equalize the violent energies inside her but somehow, it just disappears when she ate it and fainted." Ami explained.

Lena shook her head "I don't know what is weirder: the fact that you make a mistake or that someone actually faints from eating the ERA fruit. Anyway, lay her on the bed, I can scan her condition. Nemu, can you go and inform the Queen about our mission? I am sure she will be interested in this little anomaly."

"Ok." Nemu then disappeared instantly after she received the command.

As Nemu left, Ami raised her hand, created a glowing light that enveloped Maria's body. It lifted her into the air and proceed to transported her to the next empty room. Then with a clap, many tree branches sprout out of the tree body and fuse together, creating a bed. With another clap, the magic suddenly glows from the tree branch, transform them into cotton-like material with a wooden texture. The room that was empty before instantly transformed into a makeshift bedroom. With the preparation complete, Ami gently put Maria down on the soft bed.

"Alright, done. Now she is all your Lena." Ami stood aside.

“Good work as always Ami. Now, let’s see if I can reveal what so strange about her body.” Lena rubbed her hand together and it started to glow.

“And help her while you at it?” Ami reminded Lena.

“Right.” Lena quickly answered before touching Maria's body.

With her eyes closed, Lena places her delicate hand gently upon the forehead of Maria. As she did so, the small light that glow within her hand started to spread to the entire Maria body. After several hours later, the light fades away, and Lena pulls back her hands. Ami took big a leaf the size of her body from a nearby tree's branch and washes over the sweats on Lena's exhausted face. While cleaning the sweat, Ami notices her trembling hand and a tense look upon her companion face.

“How was it?” Ami asked.

“E-e-verything in her b-body is f-fine.” Lena took the leaf and tried to calm down her trembling hand.

Feeling that she can’t compose herself to talk properly, Lena sat down on the side table, have a drink and close her eyes for a few minutes. Ami bring her a few ERA fruits to recover which Lena graciously accepts. After a few more minutes, Lena is ready to continue where she left off.

“Everything in her body is fine. I couldn't find the energy that you talk about earlier until my consciousness suddenly get attacked by something. it’s kind of weird that I didn't detect it before. It seems that her body is guarded by something very powerful." Lena voice trembled when she retold her story "I tried to calm it down, but the moment my magic touched it, some kind of defense mechanism activated and trap me inside. It also drained my power like I am some kind of sweet nectar. If it wasn’t for the fact that another source of energy suddenly appeared and took the attention of that "Thing". I am not sure if I will be able to survive to see you again.”

Hearing her companion story, Ami begins to have doubt within her heart. Ever since she was born, she was gifted with an incredible instinct that never fails in her entire life. No matter how absurd her claim is, it all works out well in her favor in the end. Maybe this is one of those times, yet she feels that this time, it is more than that. Ami was confused about what she has to do. when it comes to children, she hates dealing with them. It is not because she hates them, she is in fact quite good as a caretaker and known to be the fairy who loves children the most. However, she had seen a lot of innocent children that crush other living being smaller than them with a smile on their face. It was because of this reason that she put a limit on her interaction with children from other races. Since everyone else is in the same state of panic as she is, they also decided to rely on her instinct just like she always has been. She was quite displeased with how everyone reacts, yet she agreed with their reasoning. Instinct is after all, not something she can control or understand. How can she convince others to trust it when she herself cannot explain it? Just then, the door opened and disrupted her line of thought. The figures that showed up at the door were Nemu and another beautiful winged woman. She wears a tiara and a maid dress that is so unfit with the aura of authority she generates. The appearance was so shocking Lena spits out her drink all over Ami's body.

Nemu waved her hand at her companions “Reported in, I am back with the Queen as per the instruction.”.
