Fear ran accross Seiya's body as he saw the unknown girl in front of her being enveloped by the eerie black aura.

‘Don't tell me she's going mad too’

He couldn't win against the 'crazy' Kain, so against someone who did it in less than a second, ‘death’ was all that he could think of.

However, his worry was rendered needless as the black aura sudenly disappeared, leaving the girl on the ground.

“W-what happened..?”

One of the girl behind him asked.

Seiya was also pondering about it as he glanced toward the unconscious girl.

Anyone who saw her would probably think she was dead. After all she was completely covered in blood from head to toe.

However, Seiya could see her breathing.

Moreover, he couldn't feel any eeriness coming from her like with Kain.

Of course, he knew that that didn't mean that she woudn't be dangerous whe she wake up, but, strangely, he had a feeling that this girl wasn't an enemy.

“I don't really know but, I think we should get out of here first.”

As gluttony tried to overtake Zero's body, her consciousness began to fade... but only for a moment.

When she oppened her eyes, she was standing in a hallway.

“Where am I....?”

The hallway was dark and devoid of any noise.

On the end of the hallway was a staircase leading to what seems like to be the next floor.

Zero could feel a strange feeling of eeriness coming from it, nevertheless, she decided to advance.

However, as soon as she took the first step, fear engulfed her. Something inside of her screamed for her to stop.

She could feel that the thing waiting for her at the other side wasn't something she could handle.

However, Zero didn't stop.

With a deap breath, she took another step, and then another and another until she reached the stair case.

“...”

Looking upward, she could feel even more fear engulfing her, but, here again, she didn't care less about it and began to slowy climb the stair.

There, she saw a man standing right in front of her.

He was staring directly at her eyes, whithout moving as if he wasn't alive in the first place.

“Amazing. To think you were able to come here without losing consciousness. Moreover, for you to obtain two sins in such a short time...”

The man spoke, and even though he was praising her, his voice was completely emotionless.

“However, you should stop. You may be strong but, you wouldn't be able to contain the seven sins. As such I advise you to hand your sins to someone worthy of it. If you do not and continue to search the forbidden skill, you will die in atrocity.”

Then without being able to reply, Zero was forcefully awoken to reality.

The sunlight directly shone brightly into Zero's eyes as she opened them.

Slowly surveying her surrounding, Zero realised that she was inside a forest leaning against a tree.

“Are you awake?”

Hearing a voice from her side, she turned her head in that direction.

What was there was a handsome man.

He was so handsome in fact, that most girl would probably fall in love with him at first sight.

However, that was irrelevant to her as she didn't know and completely didn't care about love.

Moreover, although she doesn't know it, her beauty was already second to none.

“Who are you?”

Zero asked.

“My name is Seiya, and I'd like to thank you for saving us back then.”

Saying those word, Seiya bow down his head toward Zero.

‘Saving?... Ah! So it's these guys’

Zero slowly remembered what happened before she passed out.

She remembered that the boy in front of her was fighting Gluttony, before she killed it in, literally, just a split second.

‘Wrath....’

That was the skill she used.

She knew that it would be powerful but, not to this point.

Moreover, it's side effect was a lot more dangerous compared to what she thought it would be.

‘I need to be more careful’

As Zero was having these thought, three girl suddenly appeared through the forest while running.

“Seiya, demon beast are coming!”

One of them shouted.

“Wha—!”

Seiya jumped in surprise, but after a few seconds, he returned his sight toward Zero and extanded his hand.

“Although we don't really know each other, but for the time being, we need to runaway together.”

He said while staring directly into Zero's eyes.

Zero, currently didn't really know, where she was.

At the very least she would need a map before being able to travel on her own.

Plus, this world was completely unknown to her.

As such she judged that following Seiya was the right course of action right now.

So, Zero reached his hand with her own and said

“So it seems.”
