Arc 25 - New Alliances

Nazar was standing in the highest level of the Internal Order headquarters.

He had just banished the old boss of Internal Order. And just mere seconds ago, Laura Marino appeared in this office.

“I have a proposal for you,” Nazar said without looking back.

“Wh-what are you doing here?” Laura asked.

Nazar looked back at her and said, “Your old boss was an alien. I just banished him from this planet. Internal Order needs a new boss, and I think you fit the description.”

Nazar said this casually but Laura was not taking this as easily as Nazar did.

She was speechless and could not talk for about a minute. She moved her lips but no words came from it.

“...How can you say something like this so… casually?” Laura finally spoke.

Without changing his expressions, Nazar replied with, “Well, I met an angel and a demon. So, this is nothing to be surprised about.”

“Angels and demons?”

“Yes,” Nazar replied immediately. “A demon ruled over us for over fifty years. I met an angel and with her help, Earth was finally free. And the chaos is all because of that demon.”

Laura at this point fell onto the ground.

“Aliens… Demons… Angels...” She muttered these words over and over again.

After a few minutes, she sat in the same chair where her boss used to sit and was finally recovered from the shock.

“So, can we talk about the proposal?” Nazar asked as he took a seat opposite her. The seat was not there, but Nazar created it out of nowhere.

“... Yes...”

“So, here is my proposal,” Nazar said as he handed her a piece of paper that did not exist a second ago.

She took her sweet time and read it over and over again.

“Seriously?” Laura finally spoke. “This is your proposal?”

Nazar smiled and said, “Yes, that is my proposal.” Nazar paused. “I want to form an alliance.”

“I get that, but these… conditions are...” she said this as she looked at the paper in an expression that suggested she could not believe what was written there.

“These are simple conditions,” Nazar spoke before she could finish. “The threats to Earth are ever increasing. We had demons and angels. And now aliens too. The world needs its protectors and it is not me.”

Laura did not speak. It looked like she was thinking over it.

“I want us to work together,” Nazar spoke while Laura was looking at the paper and thinking. “The conditions are simple. I give all of your superhumans permanent superpowers. I will personally train them. I will pay for all the expenses of Internal Order. In return, I want to you to disband ANTF and ANT, as they are useless.”

“I am not worried about the conditions,” Laura spoke as she kept looking at the paper. “I am not the boss. I am not sure if I am fit for the job.”

“Don’t worry, I will help you,” Nazar said. “So, what do you say?”

“Wait, who decided that I should be the new boss of Internal Order?”

“Me,” Nazar spoke calmly. “It does not have a board of directors. So, you are the closest to being the boss. Also, where do you think the idea of this organisation from?”

“I don’t understand...”

“A few months ago in my base, I traced a small pod that was headed for Earth,” Nazar said. “My tech could not trace it, but I could. It was visible to only me. I tracked the ship to Earth and found that it only had one spy on it. I knew that this spy could be helpful. So, without revealing my identity, I proposed an idea to him. To recreate ANTF and ANT with alien tech. I wanted to see if they could kill me. I gave him all the data on myself and kept myself in dark regarding their operations. I gave him money. Scientists. Soldiers. Everything he needed without revealing myself. So, I was surprised to see that he managed to create superhumans.” Nazar paused. “Today, I heard from one of them that they have found a way to kill me. I was excited about what it was. However, it was nothing but failure. So, I wanted to get rid of him. Throw him back where he came from, but he started using a reality warper. And now that I know who he is and where they are from, I cannot have him here. They tried to kill my prey. Plus he was nothing but failure. I was excited to see that they have made the pills work, but it is only temporary. Of course, he does not know most of them. I did not tell him a lot.” Nazar smiled. “I kind of got the idea from Assassination Classroom.”

This was too much to take in for Laura. She just sat there speechless. Not saying anything. Not moving her lips. Her eyes were wide. Her jaw just dropped.

“As I said to Aarin today, you have all been playing my game,” Nazar said with a smile.

Laura swallowed her saliva and finally spoke. “...Let me think this over.” Laura paused. “But I am not sure if I can trust you. Just because you saved my brother and I gave you information does not mean we are friends.”

“The feeling is mutual,” Nazar replied. “Well, then, think this over. I will be back for my answer tomorrow.”

Nazar prepared to leave this place. Before vanishing, a grin appeared on his face and said, “Afterall, you would rather not have me as an enemy.”

Just as he said that Nazar vanished into thin air.

In her seat, Laura was felt fear.

Just what is this being? He is powerful. He is scary. And he is beyond insane.

Nazar appeared in the middle of New York City. He was in Times Square.

The place was not empty. Due to the reality warping, people were moving around in confusion.

As soon as they saw Nazar they moved back and the place started to appear empty. However, there were still many people who took out their cameras and started to record him.

Don’t they have any value for their lives?

It has been only one day since Nazar woke up from his 3-day sleep. He collapsed due to lack of sleep over the course of many weeks. Another reason was that he placed limiters on his power. He wanted to know how it feels like to use all the energy in your body. He could return any moment but decided to just sleep instead.

Nazar looked around. The buildings and other properties were in bad shape. And it is not just in New York City. It is all over the world.

He closed his eyes and did something he did not want to do. He used his time manipulation again.

He went back days into the past. He made himself completely invisible. He was invisible, even to himself.

He used his Nigh Omnipresence to see what was happening around the world. He then created an energy ball and threw it.

It covered the entire planet. No one noticed it because it was too fast and the energy did not leave any signature behind. After a few seconds, the energy gathered at his right palm. The energy he distributed across the planet, gathered itself within his right palm again.

He came back to the time he left. No one even noticed that he had left.

Nazar had an energy ball in his right hand.

In another hand, he created another energy ball.

He looked at his right hand and his eyes lit up with yellow energy.

(Now to make modifications.)

He then merged two of the energy balls together and slammed them on the ground.

The energy slowly moved around and overtook the whole planet in less than a minute.

People who were standing around or watching the whole thing from somewhere, they were confused about what was happening.

Their eyes and cameras were focused on Nazar.

However, at that moment one of them gasped and shouted, “Look over there!”

As he shouted that, everyone looked over to where the man was pointing. He was pointing at the buildings around the Times Square.

The buildings were destroyed four days ago but were now being rebuilt.

“What the hell…?”

“How…?”

There was a chatter in the crows. But Nazar did not pay attention. He did not pay attention to their chatter and started rebuilding the world infrastructure.

It was not just in New York, it was all over the world. London, Tokyo, Beijing, Rio De Janeiro, Paris, and every other city that was damaged a few days ago.

It took about a few minutes to recreate every building across the planet. To rebuild all non-organic objects around the planet, that included cars, properties, and other objects that were destroyed a few days ago.

(Why am I even fixing the world?)

What Nazar did earlier went back in time and copy the atomic structure of each building that was destroyed. He copied their atomic structure and then pasted it when he returned back to his own time.

He rebuilt the whole damaged parts of the world in less than a minute.

A minute ago, there were still damaged properties across the whole planet and now they were fixed.

The energy was no longer covering the whole planet. Nazar stood there and smiled and he looked up to the skyscrapers.

(I have unlimited energy. I can never get tired or fatigued. But… for some reason I just want to go and sleep and eat.)

He then vanished into thin air.

He found himself in his own secret base. A base that holds the most powerful weapons humans have not even thought of. He created these weapons to use it against himself. He told everyone that he just created them to fight off against ANTF and other organisations, but in reality, he created these to kill himself with it. However, none of them has been successful so far.

He found himself in his base and it was trashed. Apparently, Aarin had destroyed everything in here before taking off after Nazar. She did this all in less than a second.

Nazar sighed and twitched his fingers. He had created this place all by himself, so it was not hard to recreate it all over again. With all the weapons and all of his other toys.

He went into his bedroom and laid down.

(... Why am I feeling sad?) Nazar thought. He is not supposed to feel any emotions. However, he does feel happiness, anger and sadness when he is surrounded by people. As an empath, their emotions, spark some emotions in him too. For some reason, he can only feel these three emotions. Even when he is close to an emotion-based angel. He does feel regret and guilt, but to him, it all comes down under sad emotion.

(Everything is fine now… Aria is alive. The world is safe.) Nazar thought. (Then what is this feeling? Why am I sad about nothing?)

Nazar at that moment knew something was up. He should never have felt these emotions unless there was someone around him 100 miles away. This is why he has created this place because it is here where he does not need to feel anything. He can stop it, but at the same time, he enjoys it.

(Oh, shit...)

Nazar remembered something. When Aarin knocked him out of his lair, for a split second he saw a few spaceships. Those spaceships did not leave immediately.

(But… they are very far away. It is outside of my range...)

Nazar used his X-ray vision and microscopic vision to check out what’s going on.

He could not believe what he saw.

When he was away on his fight with Aarin, a few of the Vanaha, Duluria, and Chochica soldiers had made their way down the hole which was created by Aarin. Once the hole was created, they noticed dangerous weapons with their radar. So, they came down here to check it out.

The distance between the surface of the moon and Nazar’s base is very long, but these guys are fast and they were only 10 miles away from his base.

(Should I kill them all here now?)

Nazar has more than enough time to decide what to do with them.

(Should suffocate them in space… wait, they have advanced technology.)

Nazar still lying in his bed, he moved around a little.

(Throw them into the sun, like the Sentry? Always wanted to do that.)

Nazar smiled and moved faster than the speed of sound.

He moved through the hole that Aarin had created. He saw about 10 of them and he picked up all of them in an energy bubble.

He moved through the hole and was on the surface of the moon in no time.

As soon as they reached the surface, he let go of their energy bubble and the soldiers found themselves dumbfound on the surface of the moon.

It took less than a second to do this and they had no time to react or to even understand what was going on.

“,” Nazar said angrily.

The soldiers were not sure how to respond.

(Power limiters: off.)

Nazar used his telekinesis and placed a barrier around the soldiers.

He then twitched his fingers and the soldiers flew off towards the sun at the speed faster than Mach 200,000.

The distance between the moon and the sun is about 147 million km. Moving at Mach 200,000 means that the soldiers were flying towards the sun at 68,600 KM/PH. This means that it will take them more than 2,100 hours to get there. 2,100 hours are about 87 days.

It should take the soldiers about 87 days to reach the sun. They can easily turn the tables back by pressing one button on their chests and they will be out of this hell, but they are moving too fast to even think. Let alone act.

(Increase to Mach 500,000.)

The speed increased heavily. The time it would take them to the sun has decreased significantly. The days are reduced to about 35 days.

(Still too long.)

It has only been less than 5 seconds and the soldiers have been so far away that they cannot be seen anywhere. Their ships cannot really pick up them up on the radar either.

(Nigh Omnipresence. This solar system only. Present only. No Earth.)

He used this power he did not want to use, but he needs to throw them into the sun. One way or the other.

(Teleportation should help.)

Knowing their location, he created a portal. He usually uses teleportation, but this time he created a portal. The portal opened at where the soldiers were, just a few hundred thousand kilometres away from Nazar’s location. The other side of the portal was open on the surface of the sun.

On the outside, it looked like he just randomly opened a portal, but it was different. He needed to calculate every possibility. He needed to calculate the distance, speed, size and so much more just to open the portal. It took him a fraction of a second to come up with right calculations.

He used the same technique earlier today when he moved the debris from Saturn.

There is a difference between teleportation and portals. Teleportation is a moving between point a and point b instantly by warping time-space continuum. Portals are similar, but they break the time-space continuum and moves into another dimension. When a portal is opened, you will be going through another dimension, just like teleportation, but with portals, it's much easier to do so. Furthermore, the distance portals covers are much bigger than teleportation.

If Nazar were to teleport a few people into the sun, he would need to know all the necessary numbers about the people he is teleporting. However, he does not need that kind of numbers when using portals. Portals become smaller and bigger depending on who is using it. For example, if a portal opens for one person, it will be small, but it will get bigger and bigger, the more people enter it.

Within the next 5 seconds, the soldiers entered the portal and found themselves on the surface of the moon.

Nazar used his Nigh Omnipresence to see what happened to them.

The soldiers landed on the surface of the sun but did not even survive a fraction of a second. They burnt down into nothingness in a matter of no time. Even their advanced physiology or their advanced technology could not help.

Nazar watched from a distance and smiled. Smiled as he did something remarkable today.

He then teleported in front of seven spaceships that are gathered next to Mars.

The spaceships are gathered between Earth and Mars.

“,” Nazar said. He read their minds before throwing them into the sun. “” He spoke in the official language of Vanaha Empire, which was Xian.

He barely even managed to get any data. Their psychic defences kicked in less than a second. So, the only thing Nazar could get from them was their empire name and some other useless information.

He could not read their minds properly due to their defences, but as foot soldiers, their defences were weaker than the generals he faced today.

“” Nazar spoke slowly but it reached everyone.

He knew they understood him because he noticed the chatter in each battleship.

“,” a soldier told the captain of the ship. This soldier belonged to the Vanaha Empire.

“” the general of the Duluria Empire muttered.

The chatter went on. Some of them suggested that they escape but some wanted to stay in order. And then there were the idiots. The idiots who suggested that they attack Nazar.

After waiting for about a minute, one of the ships fired on Nazar. They fired an atom disintegrator. It should be able to disintegrate anything atom by atom, but it did not work on Nazar.

The weapons were fired from a battleship of Duluria Empire.

The chatter went on. Earlier Nazar was shot by an atom disintegrator. However, he collected the whole blast in a telekinetic bubble before it even reached him.

He heard the chatter. He smiled once more.

He redirected the blast and it hit from where it was fired. It took less than a second to reach its target. Once it did, there was a breach and the air support was failing. At least that’s what Nazar thought.

He was surprised now. His smile was gone now. He saw how the ship rebuilt itself in a matter of seconds.

(This could be a problem...) Nazar thought.

Vanaha Empire - Xiem

The divine king left the throne room. He declared war on Earth. A planet that has caused them a lot of problems over the course of history. A planet that has a history with angels and demons.

He ordered his son to initiate project Angel Fall.

A project that was created about 20,000 years ago. A project that he has created to help him fight against an angel. Or a demon. However, he has never tested it.

But for some reason, he does not know if he should use it on this human boy.

(I will use it… but I should use something else first.) The divine king thought.

Iket Xehz is known by many names across the stars. The Divine Ruler, Cosmic Messiah, Cosmic Destroyer, and so many more. How can a man be called a messiah and destroyer?

“” It was a woman who appeared before him. A woman of the same height. Almost all Vanaha citizens are the same height. She, just all citizens of Vanaha Empire had grey hair. Their eyes were green. They wore mainly white clothes. Their skin is green and it is much harder than that of a human skin. Their faces were shaped differently than humans. They had a little rectangular face shape. None of them had any facial hair.

The king had green eyes too, but once he became the divine ruler, his eyes turned red. His figure became different. He is too bright to look at right now.

“” as the divine king said, the woman before him was surprised. Her eyes widened and her jaw dropped.

“,” she said that very slowly.

Jabalot Empire was a single planet empire in the edge of Milky Way Galaxy. It is also one of the most feared empires in many galaxies. This empire is made of nothing but worst of the worst.

Every criminal in surrounding galaxies was thrown on this planet for thousands of years. It was a prison created for the worst of the worst. They were killed here, tortured and so much more.

Most criminals here were powerful mercenaries, assassins, people who committed genocide and other terrible stuff.

However, about a thousand years ago, they revolutionised against their captors. They overtook the prison and made it their own empire.

Their rule is different. Anyone who has the power to challenge the current king and defeat them becomes the new ruler. There are no rules here. No laws. Just one king who sits above the others and assign assignments for them. Besides the king, everyone else is equal.

Over the course of a thousand years, they managed to raid planets and kill billions. They have stolen tech from many empires.

If you ever need to take care of someone or take care of a planet, you go to Jabalot Empire. These people at first raided everything in their way, but in the last few hundred years, they changed. They won’t attack anyone or anything unless they are paid.

In the past, the planet was made of prisoners only, but now every mercenary and assassin finds their way to this planet.

“” The woman asked slowly.

“” The king paused. “”

The woman nodded.

The king picked a communication device next to him. The communication device was much similar to the one used by Internal Order superhumans. Afterall, Vanaha Empire prepares all technology for most people in the surrounding galaxies. And as the boss of IO was a Dulurian, they use the same tech created by Vanaha Empire.

“,” the king said.

“” the person on the other end of the call said after a little pause. They cannot just go and question their king’s orders.

The call was cut off after that by the king himself and he placed the device next to him. He was lying on the bed and closed his eyes.

“” the king muttered as he smiled.
