Arc 103 - Fallen Angel Uprising (Part 3)

Anaiel, the fallen angel was holding a sword to Aarin’s neck.

Now, Aarin is a powerful angel, but right now, she is still scared of what happened to her. She is still not in the right mind. So, she is not reacting properly.

Nazar analysed the fallen angel.

“Anaiel… why are--”

“Shut up, you pathetic angel. Angel of Love? Pathetic, really.”

“Oi.”

Nazar’s cold voice reached her.

“You are the pathetic one here.”

He waved his hand and all three of them, and Alice too appeared on the moon.

“Wha--Woah. This one of the fallen angels, right?”

Anaiel saw an opportunity and tried to teleport out but she could not.

A massive cube appeared around all of them.

And without Anaiel noticing, Solace had appeared behind her.

Nazar’s hand twitched and Aarin vanished from her place. She appeared next to Nazar and Alice.

“What do you think you are doing?” Nazar asked as he looked Anaiel.

“I... ” Anaiel looked around.

She shot herself towards Nazar, but Alice held her off without any difficulty.

She held Anaiel by her neck and slammed her into the ‘wall’ of the cube.

“What do you want with her?”

Anaiel was stuck in this place. No teleportation or flight. She cannot leave this place.

Heaven:

Lucifer and the other fallen angels attacked Heaven, the home of angels.

As soon as Lucifer and the others appeared out of thin air, Michael was waiting for them.

The number of fallen angels had increased to a few hundred.

“You are on time, Lucifer,” Michael said.

Lucifer was a little surprised.

Michael raised his right hand a little and waved. And then thousands and thousands of angels appeared behind him.

However, Lucifer did not look scared.

“What do you want Lucifer?”

“What do I want? Let me guess… I want you out of here. Angels are not needed. A new system needs to be put in place.”

“Why did you attack hell?”

“To increase my power.”

“And you are Heaven now for that reason as well?”

“Yes. You are blocking my connection to the angels, so I need to get that power differently.”

“I see.”

“Angels and demons are a waste. We need a new system in place. A system that should be doing its job - to protect the multiverse.”

Michael laughed.

“You… Do you want to believe that yourself? You are more pathetic than I thought.”

“Believe it or not, angels are guns for the supreme one. I will change that system. I will not allow him to use his guns against me or people of interest.”

“You were a weapon as well, Lucifer.”

Lucifer clicked his tongue.

Both Michael and Lucifer shot themselves towards each other.

Lucifer and Michael are one of the few angels that can fly without the need for their wings.

Once Lucifer and Michael clashed, every house (?) and everything else in the Heaven was vapourised.

The angels and fallen angels barely managed to stay afloat.

“This much power… The dragon, demonic, angelic, and even beings from the 3rd dimensional plane of existence… Interesting.”

Lucifer shot out his six wings. Two white, two grey and two black wings.

They all turned into energy and each feather flew faster than the speed of light. It flew and hit everything around Lucifer. Whether they were angels or fallen angels.

Fallen angels are those angels who no longer follow the rules of the Supreme One and they cannot be used directly by the all-powerful being. However, angels are.

To become a fallen angel, Lucifer had to disobey the Supreme One many times and did a lot of things just to harm the all-powerful being’s plans and creations.

But Lucifer can now create other fallen angels as he wishes.

So, those feathers that touched the angels, they were turned into fallen angels.

Once the angels were touched by those feathers, their eyes colour changed. The eyes of most of these angels turned pitch black and so did their wings.

As soon as they were turned into fallen angels, they sided with Lucifer. They were no longer being controlled by Michael.

While Lucifer was creating these fallen angels, he lost a lot of energies. So, he was weakened.

Michael moved as fast as he could and held Lucifer by his hair and dragged him behind him. He flew up and up.

Once he was a few miles up, he stopped and threw Lucifer towards the ground.

Before Lucifer could hit the ground, Michael flew after him and started punching him.

Lucifer’s falling speed increased heavily.

(“How… how are you controlling them, Michael?”)

Lucifer could not recover from the fall but he could talk to Michael. They were talking telepathically.

(“Oh, you have no idea.”)

Michael laughed.

He pushed all of his strength into one punch and Lucifer was thrown towards the ground.

Once he fell to the ground, a massive crater was created.

This whole thing took less than a second. So, the other angels and fallen angels had no idea what happened.

Michael floated above him.

“I have been upgraded.”

He clenched and unclenched his fist.

“I have created new powers.”

Lucifer listened carefully while laying on the ground.

“Divine empowerment, divine fusion, divine magic, divine object,” as Micahel said the last part, an energy orb appeared in his hand. However, as it is useless against someone like Lucifer, Michael did not need it, so it vanished into thin air. “Divine power absorption, divine power immunity, divine protection, divine punishment, and more divine powers.”

Lucifer’s eyes widened.

“Powers that were supposed to be the Supreme One’s but I have created them for myself.”

Michael’s face was ripped in half.

“I have become your equal… No, I have become your superior.”

And then he laughed once more.

Universe Prime - Earth’s moon:

Inside the cube-shaped prison, Anaiel was trying to get out. But Alice was easily taking care of her.

Nazar was trying to analyse how their powers were different. He needed both Aarin and Anaiel for that.

“Anaiel… What happened? Why are you like this?” Aarin asked in a confused and an unsure tone.

Anaiel laughed.

“We were weapons for the Supreme One and now we are not. We are finally free. Freedom is something amazing. You have had freedom for thousands of years, so you would not understand.”

“That… That is not--”

“Shut up, you useless angel.”

Nazar jumped up and punched her in the face.

Anaiel found her face buried a few centimetres into the ground and a few of her bones broken.

This barrier is stopping her from using her magic or teleportation or anything like that. So, Anaiel is much weaker than she used to be.

“Angle of pride? Seriously?”

Nazar picked her by her hair and spun her around.

She let go of her and she got slammed into the wall of the invisible barrier.

“Angels are supposed to be all good. You are supposed to help people.”

Nazar’s cold voice sent shivers down her spine.

“You guys are really pathetic. Power, power, power. What good has power ever done for people?”

He kicked her in her sides and a bone broke in her body.

“TELL ME! WHY DO YOU NEED MORE POWER THAN YOU ALREADY HAVE?”

“Nazar...”

Nazar’s eyes lit up with red energy.

He shot her with heat vision. A hole appeared in her stomach.

Anaiel and the others were truly confused.

“Sorry Aarin for using you to create these countermeasures.”

“...”

“Even though she is different, she is still similar in many ways.”

“Nazar. I think it is enough. We should as her a few questions first,” Alice said.

“Yeah, you are right.”

Aarin walked closer to her.

She sat next to her and picked her up.

“Nazar, please heal her.”

“Okay.”

Green energy flew from Nazar’s hand and it reached Anaiel. As soon as it touched her, she was fully healed.

Anaiel’s eyes widened.

“Not even… Not even healing magic is this effective.”

Aarin smiled.

“Well, it is this ‘human’ that you always mocked. You really have no idea who he is. And trust me, you never will.”

“I am sorry,” Anaiel said slowly. “But how can someone live with being controlled every five seconds by someone else. So… So, I wanted to be free. You have no idea--”

“I know what it is like to be used,” Aarin said. “I used to be an angel just like every other angel, remember?”

Anaiel sighed.

“I don’t really want to help Lucifer, but he is trying to free us all. And he needs this human’s help. So, he asked me to come and take you to Heaven. He said that this human will follow us. But… I am not sure how a human can go to Heaven.”

“Yeah, how can he go to Heaven? Lucifer seems very dumb,” Alice said.

“I am not going to help,” Nazar said.

Anaiel was not surprised.

“I am never going to help that bastard.”

Anaiel stood up.

“Well, I guess I will have to force you.”

She picked up her sword and flapped her wings.

She turned her wings into energy and shot it towards Aarin.

But Nazar stopped all of them easily.

“What was that going to do?”

“Weaken her? I don’t know, okay?”

“...!”

Nazar sensed a rift being opened.

And then all of a sudden the cube around them came crashing down.

Gabriel and Azrael were floating above Nazar and the others.

They managed to break the barrier from outside.

Anaiel started float next to the other fallen angels.

“You know the plan, right?”

They all shot towards Nazar, Aarin and Anaiel.

Hell:

The Council of Demons was back alive but most of the demons were still dead. The high-class demons get resurrected quicker than the lower classed ones.

They were standing in a circle when a few angels appeared before them.

“Heaven is under attack by Lucifer,” one angel said.

“Well, he attacked us the other day too.”

“He is trying to create more fallen angels.”

All the demons became surprised.

“We can’t go to Heaven and we don’t want another battle in Hell...”

The demons exchanged glances.

“Then, we shall take the battle to the 3rd dimensional plane of existence.”

They all nodded and vanished into thin air.

Heaven:

Michael was standing above Lucifer. Lucifer’s connection to the other angels has been severed and Michael has found a way to access divine powers.

“The all mighty Lucifer is nothing before me now,” Michael said with a very thin smile on his face. “Not anymore.”

Lucifer tried to get up but Michael threw a massive bolt of energy towards. It came out of nowhere.

“As I said, you are no longer the most powerful angel.”

He picked Lucifer up by his collar.

“Gaining the powers of demons? Pathetic.”

Lucifer shot out his wings and it turned into energy.

Once it turned into energy, he shot all of his feathers towards angels.

Hundreds of other angels were now free and became fallen angels.

However, Michael did not really pay any attention.

“Unlike you, I don’t get my powers from other angels.”

Lucifer teleported out.

He appeared behind Michael and snapped his neck… or that was the plan.

As soon as he appeared behind Michael, he turned around and punched him in the stomach. Lucifer was thrown away.

He flew thrown horde of angels.

He shot out his wings again and started to float.

“It is time stop holding back,” Lucifer said slowly but Michael heard him anyway.

“Hm?”

Lucifer’s eyes turned black.

His black wings extended to a few miles.

He tried to hit Michael with it, but Michael just swiped his hand and Lucifer’s attack was useless.

However, that was not all.

A massive bolt of energy shot Michael in the back.

Then the ground opened up and Michael was swallowed in.

As soon as he was below ground, all the angels shot towards Lucifer.

As they started shooting towards him, the sky turned black.

As it turned pitch black, black rain started to pour down.

As the black rain touched the angels, they were turned into fallen angels.

All of the angels were turned into fallen angels.

More angels teleported in and they were turned into fallen angels.

Michael flew up from the ground and his eyes were lit up with energy.

In this dark world, he was the only with a little light.

All of the fallen angels were now standing behind Lucifer.

But Michael was not even a little intimated.

“You are so pathetic, Lucifer.”

The skies turned to normal once more.

“You can destroy everything but you choose not to.”

Michael flew towards Lucifer at full speed.

“Why are you playing the weakling?”

He punches Lucifer in the chest.

“Release your full power!”

Lucifer and Michael flew through the walls of dimensions.

“Fight me in your full power!!”

The left the 5th-dimensional place of existence and were now in hell.

As most people in hell are dead, and some of them have already left for the 3rd dimensional plane of existence.

Once they were in hell, Lucifer thought they were going to fight here but Michael pushed Lucifer through to the lower dimension.

They appeared in the 3rd dimensional plane of existence.

Earth’s moon:

Nazar, Alice, Aarin and Solace were standing on the moon of Earth and the three fallen angels shot themselves towards them.

Nazar raised a cube-shaped barrier around them.

Azazel just laughed.

“I am different than others.”

Azazel shot himself towards Nazar and picked him up by his neck.

He threw away Nazar and the barrier broke.

Nazar was thrown from the moon to Earth.

He landed in the middle of a city.

If he had not controlled his flight, the whole city would have been vapourised.

Where he landed, it was early in the morning. So, there were not too many people around.

“I don’t know why Lucifer think so highly of you.”

Nazar flew towards Azazel.

He tried to punch him, but Azazel easily dodged him.

“Pathetic. You cannot fight properly.”

While Azazel was dodging him, he punched Nazar in the back and within seconds he was outside Earth’s orbit.

“I thought you would at least be able to throw a proper punch.”

Azazel flew towards Nazar at an ever faster speed.

He punched him again and Nazar found himself near Earth’s moon. He was just floating in space.

Not far away, Alice had already taken care of Gabriel.

Alice turned around and saw Aarin struggling against her old friend.

Anaiel was a high-class angel while Aarin is a middle-class angel so it was understandable.

Aarin finally unleashed her wings.

Alice was going to help but Aarin shook her head.

Aarin flew up and Anaiel followed.

Once Aarin was high enough, she flew back towards Anaiel and she was taken by surprise.

Anaiel could not react in time.

So, when Aarin came flying back, she punched Anaiel in the face.

Anaiel did not really care about that punch. She took it like it was nothing.

Ananiel punched her in the stomach but Aarin used that to her advantage.

She held her hand and spun her around.

Before Ananiel could recover, she was thrown away.

While she was floating in space, Nazar moved towards her punched her as hard as he could.

Once he punched her, Anaiel was flying even further away from Earth.

Nazar teleported behind her and tried to kick her, but Azazel appeared behind Nazar and punched him in the head from the back.

For a brief second, Nazar felt a little pain after a long time. After dying over and over again, he has stopped feeling pain. But for the first time in a while, he felt it.

He looked back and saw Azazel’s fist slamming into his face.

Nazar was thrown away again.

He teleported out and appeared next to Alice and Aarin.

“Solace?”

“I have found one thing so far. It seems like their wings are the source of their power,” Solace said.

“Are you sure?”

“Yes,” Aarin said. “Angels’ weakness is their wings. Well, not their wings but something inside them that is connected to their wings. It is somewhere in their spinal cord.”

Nazar looked at Aarin’s skeleton and found something that was similar to an energy orb.

He then looked at Gabriel and she also had the same energy orb. But instead of being white, it was very dark.

Nazar walked closer to her. He tried to punch a hole through her body and take out the energy orb.

However, he stopped.

“Hm?”

“What is it Nazar?” Aarin asked.

“Lucifer is back in this universe.”

“And so is that angel who killed all of the Omega people,” Solace added.

“I can’t feel them,” Aarin said.

“I do,” Alice said.

“Where are they?”

“In a galaxy far away. There are no people in that galaxy,” Solace said.

“And I feel demonic energies too?” Nazar sounded surprised.

All the fallen angels vanished into thin air.

“They went to the same place as the others,” Alice said.

“What is going on?” Aarin muttered under her breath.

“I guess Lucifer is making more fallen angels,” Nazar sounded confused.

Alice’s eyes widened.

“D-do you feel it too?”

“Yes.”

“Yes.”

Both Nazar and Solace said in unison.

“Feel what?”

Aarin might be an angel, but she cannot sense the energy signatures of others. And she cannot sense other angels.

“Angels… No, fallen angels,” Nazar said with his eyes closed.

“Hundreds… no thousands of them-- No, it is impossible,” Alice looked worried.

“Wait, what the hell is going on?”

“All angels and demons - that are alive - are in this universe. And not just that, all of them are fallen angels.”

Alice closed her eyes and opened them in shock after a minute.

“Aarin,” she said as he looked at Aarin. “You are the only angel left now.”

Aarin was shocked.

“And Michael… he is not an angel?”

“What?”

“What?”

“He is… I don’t really know what he is.”

“I am going.”

“Going where?”

“I need to see what is going on,” Nazar said as he floated.

“I am coming with you,” Aarin said.

“Are you sure?”

She nodded.

All four of them then vanished into thin air.
