《New Life》Chapter 153 - Cosmic Entities (Part 6)

The darkness enveloped Nazar, Meltdown and Solace.
If it was anyone else, they would have not been able to breathe.
But they don’t need it. They don’t need to breath to survive.
“Mmfff?!”
(It’s going inside my mouth?!)
Nazar sighed.
But it was useless. He couldn’t sigh.
(Telepathy time.)
He connected with Meltdown.
(“Are you okay?”)
Though he could have just talked normally, but he thought Meltdown might not be able to hear it. Or they might be too far away from each other.
(“Yeah, I am fine. What about you?”)
(“Doing good.”)
He then used his technopathy and connected to Solace.
(“Solace?”)
(“I am analysing it at the moment. This darkness… its made of… I don’t know, it's not made of matter.”)
(“Antimatter, then?”) Meltdown said.
(“Wait, antimatter is a thing?”)
(“Yeah?”) Meltdown sounded surprised.
(“Oh.”)
(“Its also possible that it could be dark matter.”)
(“That is real too?”)
(“Sigh. Yes, it is.”)
(“Oh yeah!”)
(“Wait… why do you sound so excited?”)
(“Haha. New powers, bitches.”)
(Antimatter Manipulation. Dark Matter Manipulation.)
He added new powers.
And Solace sighed.
Nazar took a second and understood his new powers.
He tried manipulating it… but it didn’t work.
(“Oi, it's not dark matter or antimatter.”)
(“Oh? What is it then?”)
(“Wait. I am so stupid.”)
(“Yes, you are.”)
(“Shut up, Solace!”)
(“Okay, what is it, Nazar?”)
Meltdown sounded annoyed.
(“It is nothingness.”)
(“Um… what?”)
(“Wait, nothingness?”)
(“Like the Void?”)
(“Yes, like the Void.”)
Meltdown was lost here.
(“So, is there a power that can manipulate the ‘Void’?”)
(“In a matter of fact, there is a power called ‘Nothingness Manipulation’. Destruction of the Endless from DC Comics can do it. He is one of the seven Endless. He is basically-- ”)
(“Spare us the details. If you can do it, then do it.”)
Meltdown sounded a little angry.
(“Okay…?”)
He started to learn how his powers work.
He knows how to use it perfectly, but he still wants to go through the ‘manual’. Even though he basically made it himself, he still wants to go through it.
(Okay, focus.)
There is nothing here. No matter, no antimatter or dark matter.
(Focus.)
He focused on the darkness before him.
(Our universe is surrounded by the Void. So, if Arosus can control the universe… Wait. On the outside, he is basically the ‘universe’ and the inside he is the Void? That does not make sense, right?)
He moved his hand and the darkness vanished.
“Phew.”
“Oh, you did it.”
“How did you do it?” Meltdown asked.
“Its basically like energy and matter manipulation. Not so different.”
“I see.”
“So, how are we--”
Before Solace could finish, she and Meltdown were thrown out.
They found themselves in the normal universe.
“What?!”
Nazar was the only one left.
He was the only one who was inside Arosus.
“Solace?”
He shouted but no one replied.
“Meltdown? Ikel?”
No one replied to him.
He frantically looked around but saw nothing besides darkness.
He then moved around but did not find a way out.
“Let’s talk.”
He heard a voice coming from below him.
He flew towards him and tried to fight Arosus, but something else happened.
He transformed.
He transformed into his original form.
And.
And.
“!!”
Nazar’s eyes widened.
He stopped moving.
“Huh?”
And he looked like…
“Why do you look like? Or the Nameless One?”
“No, I look like you.”
“?!”
Arosus went up and stood in front of Nazar.
“This is all going according to your plan.”
“Plan?”
Nazar was confused.
(What plan? I have never made a plan like this?)
“You don’t remember… but I do.”
“Who are you?”
“I am you.”
Nazar forced a laugh.
“Yeah, rig--”
“I am you.”
“No, you are not.”
Arosus (?) sighed.
“Sit.”
The place changed.
A room appeared.
Inside that empty room, two chairs appeared.
Nazar sat on one of them and Arosus (?) sat on the other.
They were sitting opposite one another.
“Just before the Nameless One finished with you… just before your 500th death in the God Slayer mode--”
Arosus (?) trailed off.
He stopped talking.
He shook his head a little.
“Do you want to know why you have this much power? Part of it anyway.”
Nazar froze in his place.
He wanted to know why he has this much power… but now that he has the answers in front of him, he not sure if he wants to know.
He thought about it.
He thought harder than ever.
After a minute, he had decided.
He knew what he wanted to do.
He wanted to know.
So, he nodded slightly.
Arosus (?) smiled.
“You have this power because the Supreme One give it to you.”
“Is this a joke?”
“You see, you were the only one in existence who could achieve omnipotence.”
“Ah?”
“You see, you were supposed to be on the same level as other Nazar(s) across the multiverse. But within them, you were special. You were so special before being even born. The Supreme One made you even more special. Even he does not know why you are so special.”
“...?”
“So, he increased your powers. He made sure that you could achieve omnipotence whenever you wanted.”
Nazar’s mind went completely blank.
“Originally you were supposed to reach omnipotence 10 billion years from now when everything was about to end. But the Supreme One wanted you to achieve it whenever you felt like it. He wanted you to achieve this level because once you achieve this level, he would steal your power and become omnipotent himself. He wanted to achieve that level more than anyone.”
Nazar lowered his gaze.
(What? No, no, no, no. This is wrong. This doesn’t make sense. Nothing… makes sense.)
“So, he gave you the ability to become omnipotent from the day you were born if you wanted to. But you never chose that, did you?”
Arosus (?) chuckled.
“Of course, you didn’t. I remember that. Anyway, He wanted you to be another pawn in his game. You were supposed to help him reach omnipotence. But then it happened.”
Nazar looked at him.
“You became what you didn’t want to become.”
“...?!”
“Back to my original point, before your 500th death, the Supreme One appeared before you. He asked you to become omnipotent. You declined, but he assured you that the power will lose you as soon as you become omnipotent. So, you won’t stay in that position for only a mere second. A mere second which is enough to kill the Nameless One.”
(When… I don’t remember… WHAT?!)
“And so you did. You listened to the great god… the great manipulator and controller. And you became what you didn’t want to become. You reached that state. And the Supreme One was so close to getting that power out of you. He was going to become omnipotent… but he couldn’t take your power. You killed him before he took it. And you also killed the Nameless One and Lucifer… and then everything else.”

Nazar’s mind went completely blank.
It took him a few seconds to muster enough strength to say something.
“Huh?”
“You killed everything accidentally. So, to pay for that, you recreated everything. You recreated everyone. You shared your power will all the angels, demons, and almost everyone else in the whole damn existence. And you started back where you were.”
Nazar’s throat went dry.
He had no idea what this person before him was saying.
“You made yourself back to where you were… but you also created us. The so-called cosmic entities. According to your plan, we are only supposed to come into existence after the death of the Supreme One.”
“But...”
Nazar started a sentence but he had no idea how to end it.
He did not know what to say.
“Let me tell you this in more details.”
Nazar forced the muscles in his body to try and nod.
“You see when you became omnipotent, you didn’t like it. You were out of control So, you brought everything back as nothing had happened. You also shared a lot of power with the Supreme One and with Lucifer and with the Nameless One. However, you still had more power. So, you shared it with 90% of the beings in the universe. That abnormal energy is your energy.”
(But...)
“That was part of your plan. You created me to appear around this time because by then you will be healed completely. Both emotional and physically. As part of the plan, I asked Lucifer to go to you and explain the Cosmic Entities to you. So, you would get interested in it and find me. Just so I can tell you this.”
“But why…?”
“Let me finish first.”
“Okay.”
“Once I tell you this, you would know everything. That was the plan. To let you know everything. And to let you know that you cannot become stronger than you. For now anyway. And if you want, that is.”
“Ah?”
“You wanted it this way. You wanted to be able to live a proper life. You can still become omnipotent if you want… but you would have to take away that abnormal energy - which is technically just your energies from when you were omnipotent God - from within us. And place it within yourself. Or if you want, you can trap it within the quantum realm and other realms.”
Nazar was confused about it.
“So, if you want, you can make everyone weaker by placing that abnormal energy within the quantum realm. I am holding the majority of your energies. Majority of that abnormal energies. But.”
“But?”
“You could potentially destroy that realm. So, what will you choose?”
Nazar gulped.
“As for to why we should tell you this now… well, you wanted to address this issue before it escalated any further. You wanted to know the truth about why everyone is stronger and why some of us exist. But also one more thing...”
“Huh?”
“That abnormal energies was too much for almost 90% of the beings to hold it. So, you placed it in a prison outside the multiverse. Outside all of existence. And you knew it was coming. And you placed this plan in motion. So, you need to get rid of that energy that is coming this way.”
“And how do I do that?”
Nazar was confused and surprised.
But he calmed himself down by switching to Nazar 3.0.
“If you put all of those energies that is coming for us into the quantum realm, you will destroy the whole realm. But if you take it and place it within the many realms you have created, like the Dream World, Mind World, and many more. If you place it within all those realms, you will not destroy any of them. And it won’t escape from there. You created it for this reason alone.”
“Got it?”
“Oh, and one more thing… the energies which you will trap within the realms and the energies within us… You can always use it if you want. You don’t need to ask or anything. But you have placed mental barriers within you. Barriers that will prevent you from going stronger than your energy form. Oh and once you take it… well, you might not be able to get rid of it. So, if you don’t want to be more powerful, don’t become stronger than you are.”
(This… It is too much to take in.)
“And when Lucifer told you that… it wasn’t him. It was me.”
Nazar stood up.
“I know it is a lot to take in but if you want to know everything or want most of your power back… then take my hand. If you want to become stronger.”
He reached out his hand.
“Take my hand and you will be stron--”
“No, thanks. Just keep it for now. And don’t tell anyone.”
“Okay. Do you know where the realms are?”
Nazar shook his head.
And Arosus (?) inserted the locations of each place within Nazar’s mind.
Nazar turned into his energy form.
Nazar flew out.
He flew out of Arosus (?).
He flew out of that solar system. Then the galaxy. Then the universe. Then the multiverse and then the whole of existence.
(So many questions and no answers at all...)
He gritted his teeth.
(Even he doesn’t know why I was the only one who could achieve omnipotence. But why? How?)
He came to a place where the prison was.
(Damn it! Forget that shit. I can’t be asked to look for answers now. Fuck this! Fuck… everything...)
It was a prison made of crystalised energy.
And it was about to break.
Nazar turned into his normal form.
So, Nazar broke it and held the energy between his palms.
“What shall I do about you…?”
Nazar thought about it.
He looked at the energy before him and then looked behind him, towards the very existence which looked like a small light in this bleak dark infinite world.
He clicked his tongue and flew towards the light.
He reached there in mere seconds.
Once he reached there, he split himself into many halves and he did the same to the energy in his palms.
The many Nazars took the energy in his palms and placed it within the many realms.
After it was done, he kept a small amount of energy with him.
He went to the universe and where everyone else was.
He gave the energies to Reaper.
“Here, trap it.”
Reaper slashed his hand and a doorway appeared.
He went into the realm that was made of blue light and trapped the remaining energy there.
Once he did, he came back out.
Nazar could have done it himself but he didn’t do it himself is because he wanted everyone else to know the threat is over. He wanted to let them know that he cannot do everything.
He told everyone it was done. And it really was. But he didn’t tell them anything else.
All the cosmic entities went their separate ways.
And so did the gods.
And then Meltdown and Reaper left.
Nazar and Solace were the only people left.
Nazar did not talk to them. He just pretended to listen.
“Let’s go home, Nazar.”
“You go, I will be there in a minute.”
“Okay.”
Solace went home.
Nazar teleported out… but he never went home.
After 5 seconds, Arael, the God of Power appeared out of thin air.
“Hahaha… Come and fight me, human-- Eh? Eh?”
He looked around in confusion.
He looked so disappointed.
“Huh? Where did they go?”
He frowned.
“I was late again.”
He sighed.
He then saw what was in front of him.
“Oh?”
He saw Arosus (?).
“This being in front of me seems so powerful… but I can’t use his powers. The exact same way as Nazar.”
He held his head in his hands.
“Arghgh!! I hate this. I never got to fight him.”
He was acting like a child.
“I guess I will do it another time.”
He teleported out and went back to the 6th dimensional plane of existence.

If I get enough support, I’ll hire an EDITOR that will look at the chaps with a fresh eye. And POOF! Issues no more. Improved quality. Happier author and reader. Not sure if the editor will be happy tho.— The first three chapters are fast-paced as to quickly get into the nitty-gritty but slow down afterward to give the story the time it needs to progress accordingly.— The book can, never mind, it will contain «strong» language, gore and violence.— Comedy, as you know it (and if you don’t, now you know) is subjective. So you might not like the jokes.— If you truly read that until the end you have my virtual congratulations ‘cause I sure as hell wouldn’t have done that.
