"Seriously, what the hell did they think, making student fighting each other"

I was talking to Kyo while changing my clothes, no I mean seriously, did they think this was some kind of dystopian future where the student must kill each other?... Though, the order was to play hide & seek, not fighting with each other. I guess we were the stupid one to do thing this way.

When I finished changing into gym uniform, I saw a Golden dot coming to our location. The door opened, a short figure with silver hair came in with a pale face. Sweat coming down from his forehead, his breathing was heavy, he closed the door and blocked it with anything he could find, chairs, locker box, mop etc. Seemed like he didn't realize there was another person inside. Not long after this, a Green dot appeared in my [Mini-Map].

My eyes opened wide, we were inside the school building, (how the heck a monster got in here!?) I kept repeating that question inside my head until I realized that I must help him blocking the door.

"Kyo! Help me blocking the door!" I yelled I didn't notice that my action can invite the monster to come to our direction, it was a reflex. Kyo seemed aloof for a second, but he helped by giving random thing while asking "What happen!?"

"A monster!" I talked back, soon we heard a loud sound, the door vibrated, it created a sound " *BAM!!* *BAM!!* *BAM!!* ". The pile of junk that blocked the door started to shift. Without said anything, the three of us pushed the pile back.

The banging echoed inside the room, a few minutes later the sound changed into a roar filled with rage. The roar paralyzed my body, I recalled things that I read in Wikipedia. The cause was a roar enhanced with mana, it produced a sound far below 20Hz thus created a vibration that pierced our bones, shook our nerves and paralyzed us, though others said this was a roar filled with mental type attack.

Wait, I started thinking about unnecessary things again. By the time I came to my senses, the roar was gone. The other two sat or more likely dropped their knees to the ground because of fear, it didn't affect me much maybe because i got distracted into explaining the roar capability.

I looked at the door, the surrounding wall cracked, a claw mark scratched and pierced the door, the mark itself almost as big as my head, looked like it only needed to slam the door a few more times to completely destroyed it. At least from the [Mini Map], I know it wasn't around us anymore.

"damn, what a random encounter" I talked to myself. "...shouldn't we report this?"

Kyo took his phone and said "Yeah, I'll call the Adve-"

"Kyaaaaa!!"

Before Kyo finished his line, a girly scream cut his word.

"What is that!!?" the Silver hair boy asked something that clear as fuck.

"Duh, what do you think? of course, the monster chases another person." Now that i thought about it, that monster must sense another target besides us. In some way, we got saved because it changed its target. After quite a long pause i prepared my self and said

"Kyo, silver hair, what is your [Agility] ?"

"8, ah it connects, hello!", "6" both of them answered, while Kyo speaking with the Adventurer I said, "I'm going to check that girl, anyone wants to come with me?"

Both of them shook their head to the left and right at the same time, then Kyo said "They're heading here, around 5 minutes."

"Sorry to be a joy killer, but whoever that is, she must be dead by now," Said the silver-haired boy

I sighed and said, "Yeah, most likely, but there's a little chance she still lives, at least go get the other Agents at the hall, Kyo, can you go get Nana?"

They agreed at this proposal, .... everything was fine as long they weren't the one coming to that monster huh. I opened the door and sugar honey ice tea, the water pipe pointed out from the ground, water flooded the floor, most of the wall shattered, a claw mark left behind at the wall and ground, a gooey liquid and strand of black hair scattered across the floor. I stopped for a moment, this was a moment full of hesitation, (Do I really want to help her? do I know that girl? What will i gain if i help her?) I repeat this many times inside my head, and then I remembered that a young girl even stood up to protect me back then. With my shaky hands and knees, I grabbed a fire extinguisher and followed the mark its left behind, while the other two going in the opposite direction.

After followed ist track for some time, [Mini-Map] showed something. A Green dot and a Golden dot in the same grid, seemed like they did a close-range fight, at least the Golden dot still blinking so I knew the girl still alive, From the wall i snaked and peeked, it was the catgirl. She was laying on the ground, the monster paw held her body at the ground, it was only a moment, but our eyes met and she screamed "Heeeeelp!!".

I shifted my body back to the wall after she screamed, I heard the stomping sound *BUM!* *BUM!* the Green dot slowly moved to my direction. Well, I can't blame her for screaming like that, I knew the horror of death, it made people did irrational things, even though I knew the reason of her scream, in my head I still complained (If you have the power to scream like that use it for running!! If you want a help why aren't you shut your mouth!?).

The Green dot kept moving in my direction. the footsteps, the growling, the sniffing sound and the sound of something dripping down from its mouth becoming more and more clear.

I prepared myself, slowly I pulled the fire extinguisher pin and gripped it hard it, Around a few meters away from me, I jumped out, it was only an instant but i saw the monster, it looked like a dog but it had the size of racing motor, its fur was black, it muscled body, its long fang, there was a fresh scar on its right eye, the scar looked like came from a claw but smaller than my hand. I aimed its nozzle and squeezed the lever toward the monster, a white foam sprayed out, I moved my hand left and right and covered the monster body in white foam.

.....And now what!?

Yup, that was all i did, I didn't plan this right, I just thought it was a good idea to spray the monster with the fire extinguisher. It lunged at me and my body fell down to the ground, Luckily through a miracle, the fire extinguisher tank.stuck on its teeth. Slowly a drop of liquid dripped from the holed-tank and it became more and more dented. The pressure of a monster around 200 maybe 300 kg kept pushing me into the ground. Heck, I already expended all of my strength for stopping its jaw coming closer to my face, and the situation only worsened by the time its paw hit me, right on my ribs.

Did anyone know Dwayne rock johnson? Imagine being hit by him and multiplied the pain by two, that how I felt right now. A number flying out, Number that only each individual with [Ability] can see, it was 34! Minus my max HP, this meant I only had 4 HP left before i knocked unconscious.

I knew this wasn't the right time but I had an urge to explain HP wasn't a parameter for someone's life, but the parameter for someone st-- hm? The cat-girl moving to my location?

I blocked its mouth with everything i had, and the catgirl jumped at its neck, urgh... another pressure added and the monster mouth became closer than before!!.

It was hurt at first, but after some time it transformed the pain into another pain but with a little relief, seemed like she used her whole body to choke the monster. The monster pressure became weaker, slowly I managed to push it back.

The monster changed its strategy, it shook its head left and hard, maybe it tried to throw the catgirl away from its neck, but I pulled the fire extinguisher, holding its head to stay in place.

We were at a stalemate, but not for long, the fire extinguisher already flattened out and my grip weakened, the monster managed to release its head and shook its body wildly. The catgirl fell from its neck and got thrown, her body hit the wall, she passed out from the impact, her cat ears and tail disappeared. I thought this was the end, I regretted and cursed my own decision, I closed my eyes waiting for my doom, but I saw two Golden dots moving in our location with an incredible speed.

" [Strong Slash]! " A woman voice in masculine can be heard.

I didn't know what happened, but when I opened my eyes, a woman with blue ponytail hair, yes it was Nana. Her katana covered in white-blueish aura cut the monster muzzle straight from the bottom right to the upper left.

The monster jumped back when he took that attack, it did an unclear growl at Nana.

Nana took a 'Tachi No Tori' stance, she positioned her katana on top of her head. " [Double Slash]!! " The monster at the same time also lunged at her. This time her katana covered in a black smoke, the smoke formed itself, into another blade that mirrored the katana, the katana now had another layer of blade created from the smoke floating at the curved part. With ease, Nana did a vertical slash, the smoke-blade hit the monster head, a blood splattered from its head and the smoke dispersed, the real blade did a clean cut and split the monster head in half.

Both of me and catgirl barely survived from that monster and yet Nana killed it in an instant. The sound of bell rang inside my head. I said [Status] and checked.
