It is possible that she spread mana which is produced in her body around herself creating a field around her from where she could freely use magic, I’d it is pretty similar to how you spread your own body particles to create a dark fog.

So, you are basically saying that she uses her mana to create an area where she can freely use magic which means the time when I felt my brains getting fried, I was in this mana field of hers and she used lightning magic directly on my brain. Hmm.

On the way to the store the only look in Storm’s eyes was that of pure rage because no matter where he looked the only thing, he saw was demi-human’s/intelligent monsters on a leash the more he looked around the more enraged he got seeing the sly smiles and smirks on the faces of the humans. Two years ago, the former King Jacob Loklowe was ruling this country and kingdom he was the one who changed the name of this kingdom to its current name Kingdom of Balance King Jacob had only one goal in his mind that goal was to create a balance between the monsters and the humans in this kingdom. He wanted both races to have equal rights. He had worked really hard on making this dream of his, a reality but he was met with conflict, the noblemen were sickened by the thought of having to see monsters walking around freely in Estelle and opposed this notion but the king denied and removed the nobles from their position. Losing the financial support of the nobles caused the king to lose a lot of money but the king did not mind it, and he kept moving forward but then one day out of nowhere the king died and he died not a natural death. He was poisoned by… his… son. As it turned out the king’s son Lionel Loklowe hated the fact that he had lost his privileges, his riches, and was forced to live in a kingdom filled with monsters. After killing his father, he took over the position of King and started to destroy everything his father had worked so hard to create, he began the new era of Estelle in secrecy he began a slave market where he sold the monsters which a year ago happily resided in this city, and that is how slavery became a source of income to this country, not only that he reinvited the noble’s and gave them special… hmmhh… special treatment and to keep the monster slave market a secret from unwanted customers he raised the toll to leave and enter the city to a price so high only the noblemen could afford it.

Ahhhh hhhhm… I understand but I have a few questions what about the people, why have they not retaliated and fought for the ability to leave the kingdom freely.

That is why I am here I am the one who is responsible for keeping people in check.
