Chapter 2- Abaddon the abnormal newborn cub!
.....
Jay: "WHAT THE FUCK?!"
Jay couldn't believe what he was seeing right now. Is Rimuru-sama actually guiding him? Who knows and who cares! All that mattered at this moment was the fact that he actually received a system!
???: "Oh? This one seems a little different from his siblings. W-wait…!.. This little one has weird eyes!!"
The giant black lion was honestly frightened as he stared at Jay's eyes. His wife, the white lioness, widened her crystal blue eyes in shock! She couldn't help but tremble slightly as she glanced at his eyes!
Jay: "Why are they acting so weird?"
Jay was confused as to why his father was now speaking so weirdly. Seeing Jay's curious look both parents felt as though they were about to die from fear!
???: "K-Kira!! D-did our son just understand us?!"
The white lioness Kira didn't even answer as she was too scared to even react properly.
Kira: "T-those eyes! It must be those terrifying eyes! Eraison…!.. I think we've created a monster!"
At the end of Kira's words she started to show obvious panic. Now Jay was feeling offended. His forehead had a few dark lines on it as he had creased it together while gazing at his parents.
Jay: "Monster? What the hell, aren't you two monsters as well?"
At this point Jay was getting confused. Why were his parents being such weirdos?
Seeing how their son was continuously roaring and whining as though he actually understood them and didn't like that they had called him a monster made them chuckle slightly. Though there was still a lingering fear in their hearts.
Eraison: "Son, I don't know how you can even understand us but don't feel offended if someone calls you a monster! Instead, you should feel proud. Since monster is the only word to describe your potential!"
Jay's anticipation piqued because of his father's statement. Before his father continued speaking he took a glance at his three brothers who were sleeping peacefully and felt that their souls were the same as his friends from back on Earth. Seeing this, Jay smiled warmly showing a pair of tiny fangs before turning his attention back to his father.

Eraison: "Son, since you have such a unique set of eyes and an intelligence unrivaled by young cubs your age, monster is the perfect word that fits your description! Being called a monster should be something to be proud of as you are a Zeriph!"
Jay's confusion once again returned but the excitement which followed behind couldn't be hidden! He tilted his head in a cute manner as if questioning what a Zeriph was.
His father instantly noticed this and nodded with a heavy pride in his eyes as he gazed at his always so curious son.
Eraison: "Our race is known as Zeriphes! We are of an Ancient and Divine lineage! We are the descendants of the first of our kinds Zerophites! Our ancestors were said to have strength that even rivals that of the Gods! There was not one single being with enough courage or power that could defy us! Yet time truly is the enemy of every mortal! As the years went by our bloodline had declined. And so with a belly full of shame we decided to change our race's name to what it is today."
As Jay took in all the information his father said he was interrupted by a sudden notification sound.
???: [Beep! The process of activating the functions has been completed!]
???: [Host will now undergo a full body scan in order to create the host's profile!]
Jay calmed himself down and pushed all that information to the back of his head. He wobbled back to his mother. She was about to take him into her embrace when he suddenly fell onto her paw, falling into a deep sleep.
She smiled as she thought that her son was just tired from all that 'understanding'.
Soon an entire hour had passed and Jay had already woken up. Yet his eyes were still closed as he layed in his mother's giant paws. Inside his mind he was currently looking at his current stats.
???: [Here is the host's profile!]

Jay: "Damn I'm hella weak right now! Welp I guess I can't do anything with this fragile body. I should wait until I've reached a suitable age to train.. Should I set a reminder? I hope this system is as intelligent as J.A.R.V.I.S!"
???: [I assure you 'SIR!' that my intelligence won't even pale in comparison.]
Jay went blank at the system's remark. He laughed awkwardly while feeling slightly embarrassed.
Jay: "My bad bro...hehe. What should I call you though?"
???: [You can call me whatever you want except for J.A.R.V.I.S, sir!]
Jay: "(Sighs) Of course.. I'll call you Helix."
Helix: [Understood sir. Thank you for the name!]
Jay: "Yeah yeah, now set a reminder and remind me when my body is of proper age to train okay?"
Helix: [Sir, you can train at the current moment though not physically but spiritually!]
Jay was shocked! He could train spiritually? What kind of nonsense was this?
Jay: "What the hell are you talking about?"
Helix: [Sir there is a check-in function which rewards the host with random skills to help train their bodies and mana everyday they check in! Since the host's body isn't currently trainable I have tweaked the rewards so you can only receive random skills of any quality that can help increase and train the host's mana!]
Jay's confusion was instantly cleared as it was thoroughly replaced by excitement!
Jay: "Damn, marry me system that was so fucking thoughtful of you! Hurry up and check me in!"
Helix: [Understood sir! Checking the host in! Beep! Check in has been completed! Congratulations sir gaining the breathing technique "All Heavens Breath!"]
Jay: "Oh!!!!! Lemme see! LEMME SEE!!!"
Jay's excitement knew no bounds! Even though he looked as though he was peacefully sleeping on the outside that was not the case inside his head!
Helix: [Understood sir! Showing the skill's details to the host!]
[Skill name: "All Heavens Breath"]
[Skill grade: Legendary]
[Skill type: Passive]
[Skill requirements: None]
[Skill ability: Every breath the host takes will increase the mana in the body by 0.002 MP!]
[Skill description: A legendary skill personally made by the system's director Helix!]
Jay: "OVERPOWERED FROM THE START!!!"
Jay could no longer take it and immediately woke up while releasing a victorious roar! However his roar to his mother was rather cute. So much so she couldn't refrain from teasing him. Jay felt embarrassed and growled slightly at his mother. That was the biggest mistake of his life!
Kira: "Oh oh? This brat! Dont think because you're a super genius mother will not punish you for such a tone!"
Jay: "(Sweats nervously) No mother..!!. Please forgive me!!"
Jay looked at his mother with puppy eyes as if begging her to not punish him.
Akira: "S-so cute…!! (she screamed internally)"
Akira turned her head to the side before giving Jay a signal that he was forgiven. However before he could breath in relief his mother pulled back his attention onto her.
Akira: "Oh yeah we haven't named you as of yet. Since your useless father is over there sleeping his butt off i'll give you a great name!"
Jay grew curious as to what his mother would name him. He wished for something extremely cool.
Akira: "Hmm.. How about Abaddon?"
Jay's face immediately lit up! Abaddon? That shit sounds super badass!
Akira laughed seeing her son's happy expression. She excused him and continued to think of names for his other brothers.
Jay: "Phew… I almost died before I even started my life! But that name…!!!.. My mom's the best!"
Jay wobbly walked towards his father's giant body. He laid down on his father's giant mane as his "All Heavens Breath"continued its work.
He closed his eyes as he started to circulate the mana gained by the skill. He attempted to circulate the energy in cycles to increase it's thickness by a great amount.
Jay: "Let the training begin!!"

Grimm Tales: A RWBY Story
Two years after losing everything, two sisters will try to rebuild the lives they one had, as well as mend the heartache left behind through their connection with the many strange cast of characters they meet, and the many strange story's they're caught up in. Grimm Tales is a RWBY fan fiction I wrote and illustrated from 2014 through 2016. Keep that in mind when experiencing the story and the art within it. Also keep in mind that this story is technically unfinished. I put this aside in October of 2016 after completing what you can call the "first season" of what was going to be a multipart series. Even though the entire story remains unfinished, things do end in a somewhat satisfactory manner.

Living With Magic
Arthur, a young magician, is struggling with crippling social anxiety. The issue has reached a point where he likely won't graduate from University. Reaching a crossroads, he must decide whether to try and return to a family he despises or make his own path in the world. Is the magical power he has actually beneficial in the real world? Authors Note: I'm terrible at writing a synopsis, but over time I hope to write a better one. One of my favorite series of books is the Magicians by Lev Grossman and I hope to follow that same line of thinking within my story. How would a society built around magic actually exist and is power and magic actually as great as other stories make it out to be? The story and characters will be completely original and I will try to update the story on a regular basis. Also, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
