Alex, Ethan and Kira: "HUH?!"

Did he say daughter? Kira's pupils constricted greatly. She looked at Miku with a trace of doubt but that's when she noticed her eyes.

Kira: "H-her eyes..!!. They're the same as yours Abaddon!" Her breathing was chaotic. Was she really a grandma?!

Alex: "Holy sh- I mean Holy crap! Who's the lucky lady?!"

Jay: "That…"

Ethan: "Don't tell me she left you?! Hahaha! You got dumped?!"

Kira: "Elijah! Be quiet and listen to what your brother has to say! So tell me Abaddon, where is the mother of your child?"

She asked sweetly but Jay felt a coldness envelop his entire body. He was lost for words right now. He was about to answer truthfully when Miku suddenly stepped in.

Miku: "Grandma.. M-mommy was attacked after she gave birth to me." (She said with a hint of grief in her eyes)

Jay was stunned. Why was this daughter of his lying?! He couldn't understand it!

Kira's expression changed as her gaze filled with warmth descended on Miku's tiny body.

Seeing that she spoke just like Jay at such a young age and even had the same eyes as him, she didn't doubt it anymore.

She looked at Miku apologetically before saying: "Oh baby, grandma is so sorry!"

Kira didn't stay on the matter for too long as this kind of occurrence was common in the wild.

Back in her time as daughter of the Zeriphe Clan's leader her father talked about this many times.

Predators would often eye female monsters after they gave birth since they would be greatly weakened.

She didn't blame Jay as well as she knew that he didn't have any knowledge about this.

Ethan and Alex approached Jay and rubbed their heads against his cheeks while giving their condolences.

Jay was flabbergasted but he played along.

Eraison: "What's with the dark and depressing aura here?" Eraison who was far into the mountain cave walked out and broke the heavy aura between the group.

Kira informed Eraison about the situation and he was honestly shocked to hear that he was already a grandpa.

Eraison: "As expected of Abaddon! Hahahaha! Don't worry, things like that happen all the time in the wild out here!"

Kira nodded and her sadness instantly disappeared as she glanced at Miku once again with an entire heart filled with love and affection.

Jay played along and soon he took Miku for a walk.

Jay: "Miku, why did you lie to your grandma and the rest of them?"

Miku: "Dad, didn't you see grandma's flame? It was really weak! If grandma knew the truth she'd become even more stressed!"

Jay: "Flame? My dear child, what are you going on about?"

Miku: (Sighs) "Daddy really is a dummy!"

Jay: "Watch your words now!" (He scolded)

Miku: "Hehe~ Okay! The flame I'm talking about is called the flame of the soul! Dad, our eyes have special abilities and one of them is the ability to see the soul flame of any living being!"

Jay: "WHAT?! You're telling me we could use our eyes to see the flame of people's souls? Like their emotions and health?!"

Miku: "Yep!!"

Jay: "Did your master teach you how to use that ability of your eyes, Miku?"

Miku: "Mn!" (She nodded)

Jay: "Would you mind teaching dad how to use it?"

Miku: "Yay! I get to teach daddy! Okay!!"

As she said this she puffed up her cheeks, while determination flashed within her eyes. Jay chuckled seeing his daughter's cute antics.

Jay: "So, how do we start?"

Miku: "Dad, it's easy! You just need to feel your soul and link it with your eyes! It would then activate our ability!"

Jay: "Soul?" (He said inwardly) "Miku, care to show dad?"

Miku: "Okay!"

She got off of Jay's head and settled on the ground. Jay placed a paw on top of Miku's head and told her that he would learn faster if he did this.

At this moment Jay gave Helix an order to scan the interior of her body.

She activated her ability and immediately deactivated it after a few seconds.

Jay had already gained what he wanted and he couldn't help but smile widely.

Jay: "It seems that every living being has a soul flame. It represents their soul's strength, body's health and even their emotions!"

"A weak soul showed that the person was ill while a strong one showed that person was healthy and full of life. To determine a person's emotions I must look at the fluctuations of their soul!" (He silently thought)

Jay: "Helix, what's the strength of my soul?"

Helix: [Sir your soul is extremely peculiar! Unlike Miku who has a milky white soul you have a pitch black soul!]

[It's size is at least four times the size of a regular one. Most likely your soul is as strong as a cultivator at the peak of the Cloud Realm!]

Jay: "What the fuck?! So if I learn soul techniques I can control and even harm people that are lower than the Spirit Realm and higher than the Core-Forming Realm!?"

Helix: [That is correct sir!]

Jay: "Make the link!"

Helix: [Understood sir! Beginning Process! Process has been completed! Link has been formed! You can now use one of the many abilities of your eyes!]

[Since the host has such a strong soul, the effect of the eyes when activated will be permanently increased by 10 fold!]

Jay was excited! He activated his eyes and his pupils instantly shook! He glanced at Miku only to see her milky white soul and the flow of her mana!

But that wasn't all! He saw her mana core and was instantly dumbfounded!! He could even see the smallest particles of her mana!

But wait, Miku was at the Core-Forming Realm? When he met her he didn't feel any type of mana from her so this shocked him to a next level.

That's when he saw a blood red talisman on her mana core!

Skeptical about the whole situation he asked Helix to identify it and immediately found out that it was a sealing talisman!

Jay: "Can I unseal it, Helix?"

Helix: [Yes sir, with your soul's strength it's a simple task!]

Jay: "Okay! Miku, stay still okay? Dad is gonna give you a super power up!"

Miku: "Really?! Yay! Okay!"

Jay: "Helix, help me guide my soul energy towards the talisman!"

Helix: [Understood sir!]

Jay's soul energy entered and instantly met with the talisman! It wrapped around the talisman before it swallowed it!

The moment it swallowed it a massive amount of mana entered his mana core!

A loud 'Pop' was heard from the inside of Jay's body as his mana core expanded with waves of new and more powerful energy flooding it!

His aura rushed out and cracked the ground underneath! He had finally broken through!

Jay was now at the 1st rank of the Earth Realm! His eyes widened in surprise and delight!

But before he could celebrate, Miku's aura exploded forth! Her aura rose tremendously! The ground caved in and it even managed to injure Jay a little due to him being distracted.

Swoosh!

The aura finally stopped with a loud boom shaking the entire forest!

Jay: "Ugh! H-Helix..! What's her realm of cultivation?"

Helix: [Her cultivation stopped at the 6th rank of the Earth Realm!!]

Jay: "Damn! My daughter surpassed me already! Bahahah!"

Miku: "Daddy!! Are you okay?" (She asked worriedly)

Jay: "Miku, don't worry dad is fine. Anyways, why didn't you tell me you were so strong?"

Miku: "I-I thought daddy would hate me because of my talent and push me away like all my old friends did.."

Jay: "Silly girl. How could I throw away my precious daughter? Especially when she's a genius just like her father!"

Miku: (starts to cry) "Really? T-thank you for loving me dad!"

His heart pained seeing her thank him for loving and caring for her. His determination to become stronger only increased!

That woman in those memories he received, he promised himself that he would rip her spine out and use it to clean his teeth!

Jay: "Helix buy me a healing potion for 250 system credits and purchase 7 Earth Grade cultivation pills!"

Helix: [Understood sir! Purchase has been completed! Total amount: 1750 system credits!]

Jay: "Miku take this Earth pill and absorb it, okay? It will bring you closer to the next breakthrough!"

Miku: "Okay! Thank you dad!"

Jay smiled and patted her head. He drank the healing potion and instantly felt better. He took one of the Earth Grade pills and placed the rest away.

Jay: (Gulp)

Instantly a massive amount of energy danced around inside of his mana core!

Jay: "Helix!! Remove all the impurities of this pill and help me absorb a full 100% of the energy inside it!"

Helix: [Understood sir! Helping the host….]

The process began! Countless veins bulged on Jay's body as beads of sweat formed on his forehead.

It was so painful that Jay couldn't help but dig his claws into the ground!

About 20 minutes later the pain went away.

Jay opened his eyes and released a fowl mouth of energy. His eyes shone brightly before he released a maniacal laugh!

Jay: "Bahahahha!! 7th rank of the Earth Realm!!!"

Miku was shocked hearing his words! She immediately activated her eyes and saw the plentiful and vibrant energy rolling around in his mana core.

Miku smiled brightly before exclaiming: "Daddy is even more talented than Miku!! Until now I have never seen somebody absorb 100% of a pill's energy!"

"Look! There's not even the slightest of impurities in your mana core dad!!! You're so strong!"

Jay held his head up with pride as he said: "But of course! Who else but your dad can perform such a feat?! Bahaha!"

Jay had a very odd laugh but at least it's not as weird as Kaido's and the others.

Jay: "Oh right, Miku, did your master tell you the name of our eyes?"

Miku: "No dad. Master said that our eyes have remained nameless for centuries!"

Jay: "Oh? Then let's call it the Eyes Of Chaos."

Miku: "Why that dad?"

Jay smiled lightly and said: "Because soon our eyes will bring chaos to this world."

Miku nodded with starry eyes. She really admired her father.

Jay placed her back on his head and returned back home. Seeing his mother there he walked up to her while Miku jumped off his head and ran towards her.

Miku: "Grandma!!"

Kira: "Miku! Did your father take you on a nice walk?"

Miku: "Mn! Dad even helped me break through!"

Kira, very surprised but delighted, congratulated her granddaughter.

Jay: "Mom, here eat this!"

Jay took out an Earth Grade pill and gave it to Kira. She took it and looked at it with curiosity before throwing it into her mouth.

Instantly her expression changed. She layed down and immediately started to circulate her mana!

A few minutes passed when suddenly her aura exploded forth causing a massive gale of wind to kick up!

Swoosh!!

The wind was so powerful that the ground had a few small cuts on it! Kira opened her eyes and looked at Jay with immense shock.

Kira: "Abaddon what was that?"

Jay: "Mom it was an Earth Grade pill."

Kira: "Where did you get that?!"

Jay: "From myself."

Kira: (confused) "Huh?"

Jay: "Mom, forget it! You just broke through to the Earth Realm! Here are three more pills."

Kira: "N-no! You should give it to your father and brothers!"

Jay: (shakes his head) "I have more! This much is only so little to me. Take it!"

He didn't even give Kira time to refuse anymore. He just shoved it into her paws and walked off with Miku following from behind.

He entered the mountain cave and gave his father three as well.

His father instantly broke through to the Earth Realm!

Eraison: "Woah! These pills are incredible!"

Jay: "Yep! Oh dad, did Amon wake up yet?"

Eraison: "Yeah, he's behind the mountain training with your brothers."

Jay nodded and headed towards the back of the mountain. There, he saw Josie, Alex and Ethan practicing together.

Jay's arrival made the brothers stop their actions and run towards him.

Josie: "So this is your daughter? She really is like her father!"

Alex and Ethan: "Damn right!"

Jay: (sighs) "Bros watch your language in front of Miku!"

They all placed a paw in front of their mouths before nodding heavily. Miku giggled seeing their reactions and started saying: "Damn!"

Jay instantly swole their heads with his giant paw! Miku didn't dare say the word anymore seeing her father's strict attitude.

Jay snorted and faced the boys who all were now laying down awkwardly yet comically with protruding bumps on their heads.

Jay: "Here bros! Take these Earth Grade pills!"

Hearing Jay's words they immediately sprung up with their ears spiked up sharply!

Ethan: "Dear brother, may I have a closer look?"

Jay: "Sure."

Ethan took one and immediately swallowed it! His aura rose and finally, he broke through to the Earth Realm!

He was both shocked and delighted. He gave a mighty roar before wagging his tail vigorously from excitement.

Jay: "He's more dog than Zeriphe."

Alex and Josie: "Definitely.."

Ethan: "What?"

Jay passed them the rest of the Earth Grade pills and they both made breakthroughs stepping into the Earth Realm as well.

Now that his whole family was at the Earth Realm he could venture outside without any fear.

Ethan seemed to be intrigued by the pill and asked: "Bro where did you get these?:

Jay didn't bother hiding it and said: "I bought it from my system!"

Alex, Ethan and Josie: "No way!!!!!"

Jay: "Yup!"

Jay then proceeded to buy a few more pills and they instantly appeared on his paw. The boys were all amazed, envious and excited!

Alex: "So you can level up with this system!?"

Jay wasn't gonna tell the whole truth as he was afraid it may break their spirit so he said: "No not really, I could buy pills, skills, clothes, weapons, gears, artifacts and so much more but it cant allow me to level up."

He said this with a tinge of regret in his eyes. The boys all sighed in relief and became excited once again.

Josie: "So that means we can have as many skills, pills, clothes and other things as we want?!"

Jay: "Hell yeah!"

Alex, Josie and Ethan: "Let's goooooo!!!!"
