Believe it or not, this is a normal practice for adventurers. Herb gathering requests are always on the board and normally taken by copper and iron rank adventurers, however when a higher rank adventurer goes to a new city he will take a request and party with low rank adventurers to teach them combat while the low rankers teach the geography. Now that I think about it I only have swords skill in my status but I have the necessary knowledge so if I did a light practice with those weapons I'd probably get the skills. … I'll do it later. I let them cool down but while I do that I prepare the 'Star Fall Clay' and put an Elgante seed into it. after I cooled down I grind it down into a rough shape and put the clay on the handle and fuller and heat treat it then I quench in ibil weed oil and repeat three times. When I finish making twenty of the knives I take a wet stone to them to sharpen them. After I finish all the knives and enchant them with {Barrier Piercing}{Iron Blade}{Auto Repair} I fill it with mana and from the remains of the clay the seeds grow and shape the handle while fusing into the blade. But this is not enough to make a named weapon you must also make some thing to hold them. I pull out some of the demi-ogre hide and tan it using alchemy and cut it into sections using wind magic. It will heal the user for damage dealt to an enemy and will relaxed the wielders mind while equipped. It will also passively enhance spirit magic. They do it for quality or on a whim sometimes but the weapon will never break only dull but it can be sharpened by someone skilled enough. Ah, recently I only look at Tyrhrung's status when looking at a weapon, I totally forgot this is what appraisal of weapons should be like. Well she has been sleeping since I started.
