>>>>Born in the back of his parent’s truck, Samuel Willus arrived exactly on time. At age 2, Samuel started showing signs of psionic power, however at the time it was pure speculation. At age 5, Samuel had his first incident. For about two days, Samuel evaded authorities and K9 units. He was only caught when three experienced psionic users, Read Files_7 through 9 for more information, stepped in to help. Samuel was being trained when his dad died in a car accident, and his mother died of a terrorist attack on a plane. Met his future wife in grade school, married early and studied law together with her. Was conscripted into the army for his psionic ability and put on STF, Read File_1. HIs team was lost when a psionic rift opened in their operating area. A week later they were found, Read File_2 for details. After the incident, Samuel went back to his family, and opened a private investigation firm. Extremely successful in the opening years, after his divorce though the quality dropped noticeably. Has gone into hiding due to assignment. Last known public appearance: New World day.

>>>>Shortly after the discovery of Psionic abilities, family bloodlines with unique and powerful abilities appeared. The higher status the family had or once had corresponds to the power of the ability. However Family Psionics are even more unique. While bloodline Psionic abilities are powerful, they can not be passed down or transferred if the inheritor doesn’t have the correct bloodline/DNA. Family Psionics on the other hand can be transferred like bloodline abilities, or it can be given to the “spouse” of the user. It is easier to think of Family Psionics as a support ability. Normally abilities do not synchronize, bloodlines can work in tandem, but Family Psionics triumphs over all. It enhances and triples the regular power of the ability.

>>>>Due to unique abilities being rare and hard to come by, Users of unique abilities search for a Candidate or Inheritor to take on the ability. Qualifications for each ability is different and strict, However the most likely candidate is either a child, sibling, or spouse. Again the process during the transference is unique to the ability, however the common symptom for the transferer is major pain, loss of power or soul, and deep coma.
