"oi! nose! you still have a second to answer" Soseki yells to Igor, he feels like these people always try to avoid important question

*cring*

"........mi-sama"

"Izumi-sama, wake up or you'll be late" A voice calling Izumi, which still lay on her bed, with a blanket on cover her body

"...........that dream again" Izumi wakes up feeling tired, this is her 2nd time having a weird dream, meet a man that she never saw before, a man with an unnatural nose, a beautiful girl, and a talking puppet

A sound of a door being open can be heard, alongside that, the same voice that called to her before resonating in Izumi room "Izumi-sama, are you awake already?"

"hm.. I'm already awake, sorry to bother you, Ran-san" Izumi answer to the voice that called her, a young woman called Ran, wearing a maid outfit, and braided bun can be seen, she's in late 20 and works at Kyouka household since graduated from high school

"so, how are you feeling today? your face is a little pale" said Ran to Izumi, while she tries to help Izumi get up from bed to her wheelchair

"um.. I'm fine just having a weird dream" Izumi replies to her, while Ran trying to push Izumi to the bathroom

"Alright then, do you want me to help?" says Ran, in which Izumi replies with "no, I'm fine by myself"

The bathroom inside Kyouka household already modified so Izumi having no trouble taking a bath and do other things by herself, even though her maid Ran always offering help every morning

Izumi, bathe in the bathtub, her body is full of sweat because of a realistic dream, after bathing for a while, she feels refreshed, she gets out from her tub, and dry her body. In front of the bathroom, a pair of uniform already prepared for her

After she changes her into her school uniform, Ran already waiting in front of the bathroom, more likely she's always waiting for Izumi in front of the bathroom and helps Izumi to the dining room downstairs

The dining room in Kyouka household is big, bigger than Soseki grandparent house. After Izumi reaches the dining room, a set of healthy food with a balanced diet already readied for her by the cook of Kyouka household, maybe because of her dream, Izumi just takes a little bite and start talks to Ran

"Ran-san... let's eat together" Izumi says to Ran

"ohoho~ I'm sorry, but i already had my breakfast when you're still dreaming" Ran replies to her proudly

"...next time wake me up when you're having your breakfast" Izumi says this in a low voice

In the big dining room, only her, Ran, the cook, along with three butlers can be seen, maybe because she's feeling weird, eating alone when other watches, she always asks somebody to eat with her, everyone in this room actually want to eat with her, but they don't dare to do that

"....hey, Ran-san, when do mom and dad come back?" Izumi asks Ran

"Madam should be coming back by the end of this month, and your father always comes when you're already sleeping, and leaves before your wakes up" Ran says this in a manner toward someone far younger than her

"now Izumi-sama, why don't you eat a little bit, i might not be able to eat anymore, but i can stay and talk with you while you're eating" once again Ran says this and close her eyes and starts to sit down near Izumi

"Okay" Izumi takes another bite of her food

"so... how about school? have you done your homework?" said Ran to Izumi

"of course i have, i don't have much to do either at the home, although..." Izumi cut her word and starts to show Ran a book, the same book as Soseki have, but this one has a red cover rather than green

"do you know anything about this?" said Izumi to Ran

" I'm sorry Izumi-sama, i don't read many books, but that books really look antique" Ran gives her opinion to Izumi books

"i see.. since you know so much, i thought at least you'll know something about this, ah... I'm full already, can we go to the school early?" said Izumi

"yes... no problem, I'll ready the driver, oh it looks like there's a new kid at your school, i heard he is quite a handsome kid" Ran says and tease Izumi, hearing a word boy, she starts to remember about Soseki, the boy that appears on her dreams

The car is readied, and Ran rides with Izumi to her school, she does this to help Izumi with a stair and any problem like that, the problem should be solved if Izumi parent sent her to the school that has lift or something like that, but they're to doting and won't let their daughters go outside of the city

She sighs and looking the scenery from outside car window, after a while, she can see a book laying down on the side of the roads, of course, this will trouble the driver and Ran if she ask them to pick up a book on the road like that, moreover the car already passes the book by far, and the book can't be seen anymore

"Hey, today after taking me to the 3rd floor, you can go home already, all of my class is on the 3rd floor today" Izumi says this to Ran, actually she's lying and some of her class isn't in 3rd floor, and Ran aware of her lie, but Ran never ask Izumi the reason for her lie

"yes, i know that every Monday and Thursday all of your class is in 3rd floor, i remember your schedule after all" Ran replies, in which Izumi gives her a wry smile

At the school, Ran helps Izumi to go to her class, there are 10 minutes before the class start, but Izumi already tells Ran to go home, after Ran walk outside, she's reading her book alone, while some other student playing around and talking to their friend

She spends her time alone reading a book until the Homeroom starts, a gossip about the new student becomes the topic of conversation, she actually curious about this too, since their school lately get a new student, even in the 2nd year, there are only 53 students that get separate into two classes

When their HR teacher comes in, she gives a word that the new student hasn't come to the school yet, and start the homeroom, after the homeroom almost done, a sound of a door opened can be heard along with a familiar voice to her "Forgive me, I'm late"

A boy, with fade man-bun hair, wearing an eye-patch on his right eye, having an arrogant look on his face, looking tired and all sweaty

In her amazement, she can't believe her own eye and start rubbing it, until the man facing his face to the front of the class and begin to introduce himself, she sure that he's the same man that she sees in her dream

"ah!!!!" he points to Izumi, takes a step back and looking really surprised, like seeing a ghost

.......... a long silence fills the classroom, Izumi realize that the man surprised because of her and start to talk

"u...m.. hello" Izumi nod slightly

"ah right, my name is Natsume Soseki, pleased to meet you all"
