"Hmm...? Isn't this... The character creation table!? Why am I creating a new character! Where is my old one! Load old character!" (MC)

System: "ERROR! ERROR! No file found! No [Globe] connection found! ERROR! ERROR!"

"No... Connection? Then why is this infront of me!? Ah fine! I'll create a new character damn it! Damn this system! Maybe getting shot in the face by a tank wasn't a dream..." (MC)

But why am I here then? Did I go back in time or something!? What the hell?!

I press Continue.

MC: "Hmm? Already set me a new race? Ah well... I always go with the Half-Elf race anyways so this is good."

I continue onwards with the creation and mess around for a bit. There were some weird spots like Second Job and things like that but I payed no mind to it due to a new Patch being released soon so I thought it had something to do with that... Maybe the new patch got rid of my previous character?

Too many questions... Not enough answers...

I look at my Status once again. I currently have two screens infront of me. One is just a basic "Continue to World" screen and the other is my status.

"What is with all of these... [Hidden] things?! Why are there so many of them? What is going on!? Ah no matter! I'll figure it out later! I just want to get into the game to see the new patch!" (Ethos)

I click the Continue after closing my Status. After I click Continue it throws me into the Character View screen...

"Isn't this... My body? My real body...?" (Ethos)

I am currently looking at a medium-weight human with pointy ears and blond hair... The eyes are reddish blue aswell. Exactly like my real life self.. Except the pointy ears.

"I don't want to look like my real self!" (Ethos)

I start changing things around and remove all of the fat that was set to seventy five percent down to ten. If you go below ten you must be a zombie or skeleton race but nobody wants to pick those except to join some Undead Guild in-game. I did not pick any undead race so I can only go to ten percent. I still look very thin though...

I keep changing things around and at the end I kept my eyes only. I made myself taller, almost two meters tall, green hair, blue and red eyes and ofcourse... The half-elf pointy ears.

"Perfect... Absoloutely perfect... But I must say this once in my life... Aphrodite! Come take your male body back! It's too dazzling!" (Ethos)

"It's your body idiot!" (???)

"What the hell!? Who is there?!" (Ethos)

"You called for me did you not!?" (???)

"Where are you, who are you!?" (Ethos)

"Look up!" (???)

I look up and see a goddess... I am not kidding. A goddess.

"Aphrodite?" (Ethos)

"Yes! Finally you understood who I am! Well... It didn't take you long though actually." (Aphrodite)

"What the hell are you doing here?!" (Ethos)

"Ah... Yes you would be confused if a real goddess just suddenly appeared above you but don't! You are a god! Wait... That's hard to believe right?" (Aphrodite)

"A little yes." (Ethos)

"Well... Let me explain to you what I mean exactly. Ethos... I think that is your new name right?" (Aphrodite)

"Yes, that is my new name." (Ethos)

"Ah good... Now let me explain. Ethos, you got shot in the face by a tank. Yes. A tank. It was funny for all us gods to see what the Creator wanted you to do... Oh and before you ask... The Creator is as you think, the creator of everything. The Creator created every god, world, dimension, universe and so on. He left us to grow and nurture and only recently he came back. Only to only look at you... We don't know why but we did not care. But then he started doing things to your life... Like creating a war just to kill you. He told us it was just for amusement so we accepted it because we knew we couldn't do much against him anyways... And now this. The Creator sent me to explain to you your new job! A job as a god!" (Aphrodite)

"But why me? And why a god? And what job!?" (Ethos)

"I'll explain! We do not know anything about The Creator except he does things just for amusement. Infact... He blew up another dimension's Jupiter just because it would've been fun to see what would've happened if it blew up and how it would affect the surroundings... Let's just say Earth is now in a situation in that Dimension... And the God Job you have is... The Virtual Reality God! You are all-powerful in the VR world! But in the real world you are weaker than anything unless we allow you to use your powers and vice-versa." (Aphrodite)

"Virtual... Reality... God?" (Ethos)

"Yes. VR god. There is one requirement though...And that is you must do as many amusing things as possible." (Aphrodite)

"Hmm... I can live with that. But isn't this just a dream?" (Ethos)

"I can cut off your arm if you want to test that out." (Aphrodite)

"Nevermind! Now... I have one question... Am I going to be the Main Character...?" (Ethos)

"Yup. Well... In this dimension yeah. So congratulations! You are the MC of a whole dimension! Make things fun!" (Aphrodite)

"So that means... I can do ANYTHING in the VR world but not in the real world?" (Ethos)

"Basically yeah... Oh and also... Don't be freaked out... But you are going to spawn as a Fake-NPC." (Aphrodite)

"Wait what?" (Ethos)

"Bye bye! It seems the System has decided to teleport you now! Guess I didn't have as much time as I thought... Also! I unlocked the Hidden part!" (Aphrodite)

I then get forcefully teleported into the 2nd starter city in the game. How do I know this...? Because only the 2nd starter city has slums! And I am a smith in the slums! I spawned into a new forge in the slum area of the game!

Wait... If I am a VR god... Doesn't that mean...

I open my status.

My finger is shaking while I read my status once again... Aphrodite wasn't kidding.. Wait let me check if this is a dream...

I pinch my hand as hard as I can and rip off a piece of flesh and it hurts like hell...

When I put the piece of flesh back where I ripped it form it starts melting back into it's spot and it goes back to normal and no more pain...

"What... The... Hell!? This ain't a dream!? I really am god!?" (Ethos)

I start laughing... What can I do!?

I imagine a sword right infront of my anvil and it just appears... I inspect the sword using my Ability... Well... It's kind of the most cheaty ability you can ever get in a VR game...

Inspection:Regular Iron SwordDurability: 25/25Damage: 10This sword was created by Ethos Kuran.

Ah... So this is just a regular sword... Not a cheat sword... Well I only thought of a normal every-rpg-day iron sword. Good to know I can just summon things out of thin air...

Wait... Let me do more things!

I start creating maces and other weapons and then trying to upgrade them using my [Heavenly Smith] title.

I create things for a while until I notice somebody trying to look at my Status... Oh hell no am I going to let myself get busted here by showing off my status! I'll just change it... Oh wait... Can I possibly take over the Globus Online servers to make sure I will never get deleted?

"Aphrodite!!!" (Ehtos)

"What the hell do you want now!?" (Aphrodite)

"It worked! Aphrodite, Can I take over the Globus Online servers to make sure they cannot re-boot the server and get rid of my character?" (Ethos)

"Let me go check with the Creator and other gods." (Aphrodite)

Aphrodite momentarily leaves and comes back.

"They say it's fine. Do what you want to the servers and the VR world." (Aphrodite)

"Yes! Thank you Aphrodite!" (Ethos)

I jump closer to Aphrodite and hug her tightly before she leaves blushing.

I then begin my little surprise... I begin taking over the entire GO (Globus Online) game servers and making sure they cannot reset it when they try to... And let me just change my status so they don't know a God is doing this and think it's just some kind of organization...

- Meanwhile in the Globus Online company -

A single worker is standing infront of his boss with a notepad in his hand.

"Boss... We have a problem." (Worker)

"What is the problem?" (Boss)

"We found a major glitch in the system... A NPC-Smith can create weapons out of thin air and got the wrong title..." (Worker)

"How did you find this?" (Boss)

"The daily NPC-check just found this NPC who spawned in and found the glitch." (Worker)

"Just re-boot the system." (Boss)

"Yes sir!" (Worker)

The worker leaves the office and the boss starts thinking how the Glitch got into the system. The worker comes back in after a few minutes and the worker is in a panicked state.

"Sir! We have a problem! A major one!" (Worker)

"What is it now!?" (Boss)

"The systems... They have been taken over by something from inside the game! We cannot re-boot or restart or do anything to the systems except overheat them causing them to blow them up and we would lose years of research and money doing that!" (Worker)

"What did you say!? Somebody from inside the game took it over?!" (Boss)

Another worker opens the door and runs in.

"Come look at this! There is something weird going on!" (Worker)

The boss gets up and runs out with the two workers to look at the Servers where most of the workers are at right now.

"What the hell is this!? Where is the backup code?! Why are there words!?" (Boss)

"We do not know sir! The code to see what people are going into the game should be there but there are words!" (Tech Worker)

The boss reads the words on the server screens that they installed near the Server Cores.

Welcome. I am sorry to tell you... YOU WERE TAKEN OVER!I have full control of these servers! Blow them up and you'll lose years of planning and money because I have the backups too!Leave the game alone! I won't do anything to it... Maybe...

Well I won't make it unplayable... I'll just make it more fun!

I promise! That was my objective in my first place!- Sincerely, the person who just took over these servers, VR God.P.S: I can see you! But I can't interfere with the real world so feel free to blow up the servers!

But leave it alone for my sake. Honestly. I'll keep you updated on what I am going to do if I am going to do something.

Just send somebody to the 2nd Starter City slums and find me! Ethos Kuran! That is my name! Yeah... I am that anomaly!

"What the hell!? You mean that glitch anomaly took us over?!" (Boss)

A female worker who was just about to leave steps up.

"Boss, I'll go. I just recently got a [Globe] and I was planning to go to the 2nd starter city anyways." (Female Worker)

"Please go, Jil, find out what this guy wants." (Boss)

- A few minutes later, Ethos POV -

Ah... That was fun messing with them a little... I did take over the servers so they wouldn't reset the game and clearing my character... I don't want to constantly create a new character every time they find me and nobody else would want that either right? It's easier to just take this server over...

I am currently standing by a fountain at the 2nd Starter City's slums. Well... It's the only place you can enter the Slums from so It should be easy for me to find the Jil they were talking about...

I am currently tracking absoloutely every person logging in and out of Globus Online with a screen at the top-right corner of my vision. I also have a small mini-map at my bottom-right corner that allows me to see where players and NPC's of importance are.

I also have all my skills that are important to me at the right side and my left side is empty. Luckily the screens are transparent and I can see through them...

I wait for a few more minutes and the person they called Jil comes up to me.

"Heya Jil!" (Ethos)

"Oh... Is that you... The person who took over our servers?" (Jil, Character name: Jeyla)

"Heheheh... It is me." (Ethos)

"So... You told our company to meet you here... But why did you take us over?" (Jil.)

"Would you believe me if I said that if you reset the servers I would almost die? I mean... My life is now permanently stuck in the VR world... I am the god of the VR world but don't tell anybody that." (Ethos)

"No way am I going to believe that...." (Jil)

"If you don't believe me... You should in a few seconds." (Ethos)

I show Jil a small bit of the data I get from the servers now and I show her the feed from the Server Core Room.

"Any hacker can do that..." (Jil)

"Then what do I need to do to make you believe me." (Ethos)

"Hmm... Create something that isn't supposed to be in this world and on Earth..." (Jil)

I laugh a little... She doesn't know what she just asked me.

I point my hand up into the air and a beam of light appears from my hand and shoots into space. A asteroid circle suddenly appears around the world.

"Something else please..." (Jil)

"I don't know what to show you. Earth and this world has so much things that there is nothing for me to show you except this." (Ethos)

I show her my Status and she falls back in surprise after I show her the data feed that I talked to Aphrodite and that she unlocked this and not me.

"Aphrodite... Hidden... What..." (Jil)

"Now do you believe me?" (Ethos)

"I do... I do believe you now... But why did you call us here?" (Jil)

"To make a deal. You do not try to do anything to the servers... And I will inform you of the big changes that I will make in the world. First of all... I should name this world... Kuran. Yes Kuran. I shall announce that as the new name of this world because this world doesn't have a name right?" (Ethos)

"That is fine... But your family name?" (Jil)

"It doesn't matter. Well... I hope that your company decides to agree with my terms and leaves the servers alone and helps me with this world. I am a new god afterall..." (Ethos)

"I'll see what I can do..." (Jil)

Jil logs out and I can see from the Server Core Room that she soon comes back up the stairs and tells her boss everything. They didn't close the door so I can see and hear everything... These server cores are something different...

Oh... The boss accepted my terms! Good!

Well... Now to find out what all my powers can do!

First of all... Announcing the new name of this world!

I start running some programs in the servers and I shine a huge message over the world and one Screen Message to each player.

The message announces the new Name of this world and as a joke I said that a new God has taken over this world and if you find him he will grant you one wish depending on the size of the wish.

I wonder how they'll react to this... Well I'll grant them one small wish and not a big one like if they want to be some kind of royal... Fine. But if they want to take over a Kingdom or something bigger then I won't accept it and I'll give them something bad as a punishment for being too greedy.

Now to see how this world reacts... To my new presence... I wonder what I should do next.... Go meet the King of the city? Go find the strongest being in the VR game? Ah... I don't know... So many options... So much time... I don't know...

I then sit down on the fountain and start thinking of my next step. I do not want to grow to power too suddenly as that wouldn't be fun. I want to take it slowly but surely and trigger a lot of events that I didn't make and events that are created by me and such... Hmm...

Should I make a new religion based around me? And give only one saint?

Ah... Maybe.

And I keep thinking for many hours after that.

I truly wonder what I will do now...
