The lion reborn

Old man Zen taught Hanshen for 5 days straight. He taught few skills and techniques such as gravity magic, basic martial art movement of righteous devil sect, advanced demon skill – illusion, and advanced healing magic cure.

Because Hanshen is too young for other skills and techniques he couldn’t learn more. Another reason is that he’s not talented neither genius nor a prodigy in fighting or martial prowess but he’s a prodigy in engineering skill.

In fact he’s just an ordinary kid but he’s not because of his engineering skills. The one who made his artifacts is none other than himself. His raw strength is weak and his magic affinity is low, the only above average traits he has is his high internal energy. But it’s not that high to even compare to some genius or prodigy.

Last time he was taught by Old man Zen, he learned the fundamentals of magic. It is magic control for fire, water, earth and wind. He also learned general information about the power and rankings in the world. He was taught few things about monsters, their class and levels.

There are three types of energy in a body whatever race you are. It is internal energy, external energy and artifacts energy. Internal energy grows through meditation; it is the inner energy of the body known as spirit energy. External energy is the energy of outer body; it is the energy of the muscles, known as raw strength. Artifacts energy is the energy of the equipment a man is using, it can also enhances overall power; spirit, strength and magic.

All races have affinity with magic whether low, average or high. The higher the affinity the purer the mana core becomes. Mana core is said to be inside one’s body since birth just like spirit core. But nobody knows what it is or in a form of what. The more you practice the purer your core becomes and the stronger you became. Unlike spirit, magic has different attributes; fire, wind, earth and water.

When you reach an expert level or a master level you can use an aura. Aura is created by concentrating ones energy, magic or force.

All races have different forces only human doesn’t have force when born. A force is neither magic nor energy but it’s like a combination of both. Only some expert at god level can use human force most human can’t use this move or activate it.

There are only 5 levels and stages in every race; King, Saint, Demi-God, Immortal and God. It’s the general power ranking. However, it is not that important because it varies from one person to another. Levels and stages is like a vessel, if you’re vessel is large the harder it is to fill.

There are cases that a king level killed a god level, meaning to say the king level that killed the god level has larger vessel than the the god level even his 5 vessel is combined. It is 1>5. But you can’t tell that it is only because of their level some factors affects the battle such as the surroundings, artifacts they used and tactics they used.

If you reach immortal stage you will not age anymore. Some can changed their appearance at god level, their younger or older self.

Larra Forest

Hanshen’s POV

Today is my seventh day training what Old man Zen taught me. It’s tiring and hard but I need to be strong. I need to gain strength, enough to protect myself. As I wake up early in the morning I practice the technique and skills that I learned. I need to work hard unlike them I can’t stand by and do the things I want. For now, I’ll do what I need to do. When I become immortal I can do what I want.

I am turning 7 years old tomorrow, I should practice more today because I couldn’t practice tomorrow. I’ll go to a village tomorrow; it’s been awhile since I travel. I’ll buy books in the village and enjoy myself a bit. It may take a week before I return here.

As I was training I’m thinking some things asking myself. Should I visit my family? But they told me to return when I’m 10 years old. Maybe Mom misses me? They’re missing me? My family is one of the human family that produced many great gods. That’s why it’s strict. The rules and laws of my family suck! It’s a tradition in our family that when you reach 5 years of age you would depart and experience the world alone, returning when you reach 10 years of age.

I’ve missed my family so much. I still remember the day of my departure. My mother is crying while hugging my father and begging him to postpone my departure when I reach 8 years of age. She reasoned that I was too weak but my father insisted that it should happen, now or never. The sacred tradition in our family, I’ll abolish that if I became the head of our family. But it’s just a dream. I was the weakest in our family, that’s why it’s impossible for me, only the strongest becomes the head.

That day they gave me books and artifacts needed in my journey. No one knows whether I’ll be able to return or not. They gave me all the items needed and a large sum of money.I wonder what they’re doing now. Maybe they forgot about me thinking that I’m dead.

Alcherial Shop

Alcherial shop, it is one of the biggest shop in Adelleine Kingdom’s central square. It was famous for the testing service provided when buying artifacts. If you enter in the Alcherial shop now you will see two beautiful ladies. Their beauty is comparable to the noble high elf. Their presence is divine like beautiful angels. They have both beautiful black long hairs, their skins is smooth and white and their curve is alluring and seducing with their fit clothes that show the beauty of their body, anyone who’ll see this will think they’re in heaven. The only difference is that one has golden brown eyes while the other has crystal blue eyes that can pierce any man’s heart.

They are Hanshen’s cousins with age ranged to 18 and 21. They are twins known as the “Dragon Seeker”. At the age of 16 they have fought a dragon.

“Hey Sis,it’s been two years since the youngest travel, do you think he’s alive?” The lady with crystal blue eyes said.

“I don’t know, but as long as I remember he’s a brave one. He didn’t shed even a single tear or cry.” The lady with golden brown eyes said.

“Yeah! But bravery can’t save you, you know? In our family history he is the weakest ever been born. He is a genius in crafting and invention but we all knew that it can’t save you from monsters.”

The girl nodded in agreement.

“I agree with you Sis, let’s wait and see if he’ll be able to return three years from now. We can only hope and pray.”

The lady with golden brown eyes is called Lyca while the lady with crystal blue eyes is called Lysa.

Orchads Forest, inside the dragon Lair

“It’s been 3 days since he try to subdue and tame that dragon. Will he succeed? What do you think Abdul? He’s better than I expected.” The human with wizard look said.

“HARARARA! I admit he’s good but compared to you when you’re at the same age as him he’s nothing. HARARARA!” The human sized titan said.

“Don’t joke like that my friend.” He said while smiling.

“I still remember when I challenged you and I almost lost my life when we fought.”

“That’s because my master is “The Cyborg” and “The Doctor”. I think that anyone who was taught by them will become strong even the weakest has chance to become strongest. That’s how great they are. I wonder where did they go.”

“The two greatest human. You’re lucky that they trained you. HARARARA!”

“Indeed, they are lucky that they had taught me. HAHAHA!”

The titan and the human laughed.

“But the luckiest one is this little Alcherial for having us as his masters! HRARARA!”

They both continue their conversation while watching their disciple without care.

Larra Forest

There are two silhouette in the middle of the waterfalls; Hanshen and Fargo. While Hanshen is meditating, Fargo is catching fishes.

Fargo is a lion that was reborn. It’s way back then.

In the first month Hanshen left home all he did is wander in villages. After getting information where to go and train, he bought items he needed.

He was the only member of their family who did not go to school to learn and live at the age of 5 years. He was too weak and do not have talent to be accepted in any school or sect. School is dangerous for him. Regardless of age, race, family and status all are equal in school. Actual combat is a must. Duels between students always happen. Some fight till death. It’s the other reason why Hanshen did not bother to enter school. He thought that he will be bullied and many will try to duel him. Duel is legal in this world.

Then he decided that he will stay in Larra forest after all his researches. In his way to the Forest he saw an earth lion on the verge of dying. He then decided that he will perform operation to the weak lion. He put magic gems combined with energy stones in the lions body and perform soul contract. Now the earth lion is reborn named Fargo.
