Ann left the School of the Beast with her boyfriend knowing that she will not win the battle royale shortly before the battle royale began.

“We have nowhere to go honey”, her boyfriend complain.

“We just have to keep searching”, Ann spoke calmly as they rested near as bus stop. “There are plenty of advertisements out there for rent near the shopping mall”.

“I believe we should have given the battle royale a go. We would at least be assign to jobs”.

“Nonsence, it is better to live free and look for people like us”.

A green and yellow bus with the number 4 arrived while Ann and her boyfriend were talking.

“The bus is her honey, lets go”. She led the way up the bus which took them directly to the front of the shopping mall. Heading down from the bus, Ann and her boyfriend were stop by people wearing red and purple.

“You look like you both need a place to stay. My name is Aiden Red and we have graduated from high school a year before you both. Oops, I forgot, you both are drop outs”. Aiden Red and his crew surrounded them.

“If you are not here to help us leave us alone”. Ann was now defensive while her boyfriend remained aloof. “Get out of our way”.

“Calm down. We are in another dimension and nobody can hear you. You are in our domain, however, we are not here to hurt you”. Aiden and his crew smiled.

“What do you want?” Ann snarled at Aiden.

“All we are here to do is offer you power. The more you sacrifice the more power you can have. Black Thanatos sees great potential in you”.

Ann took a look at the contract handed out by Aiden Red and saw three options. The first one was a trial for a few months in which a blood contract can be made later, the second involves a blood contract in which one has to sacrifice a relationship with someone close, and the third involves literally killing someone close.

“I don’t believe in that crap”. Ann scoffed.

“Have it your way. We will meet again”. Aiden and his crew turned into snakes and slithered away, leaving Ann and her boyfriend to their own devices.

The next six months was a stressful time for the young gothic couple. Having to beg in front of the shopping mall everyday and having a lot of selfish people pass by including their former school mates made her angry.

“Will you marry me?” Her boyfriend tried to cheer Ann up. All this happened before they turned eighteen.

“We are literally begging and all you can think about is marriage”. Ann who was sitting on the left side of her boyfriend scoffed. “First we need a place to stay but I guess we can have an informal one so yes, we will get married now”. The problem wasn’t over and many times they had to go without food and had to lift off leftovers. Longing for the comfortable days back at all.

“We meet again”, Aiden Red returned during their most stressful hour when Ann’s boyfriend fell ill putting great stress on her as there is no money to pay the hospital fees. “You are in dire need, make your decision as things are not going to get better”.

Taking a look at the contract and feeling anger rising up in her as all day unsympathetic people had passed by not offering to land a hand, she decided to do the unthinkable. Taking out a pen knife, Ann stabbed her boyfriend in the neck killing him.

“Well done, Ann. You have sacrificed the person you love most and this is something now one else has done, physically killing. For this you will have rulership over the rest of the red and purple group.” Black Thanatos arrived as Aiden Red bowed down to Ann. “You are now reborn as my bride”.

Ann felt herself enveloped in dark powers and possessed power that no graduate from the University of Thanatos ever did. She could fly and kill anyone she wanted especially these who tried to leave Black Thanatos.

Many years later, at the School of Paradeisos (Northern Branch), Ann arrived after killing Norman on earth. She spotted Lawrence and Mads.

At that time, her former petite classmate with shoulder length hair had just hung up her cell phone after speaking to her daughter Birdy. “It was great to hear your voice dear. We will catch up tomorrow. Your half sister, Marrisa will be coming with us too. She would be please to meet you. See you later. Bye”.

“Hello Mads. It has been a long time”.

“Ann? Is that you? You have changed”.

“Indeed I have and so have you. Not the little cutesy flirt who played with Eagle’s mind anymore aren’t you?”

“That was me in the past. I have changed”.

“You had a daughter with him didn’t you?”

“I did and what is done is done. The most important thing is, the old is gone. Eagle and I are now friends and we take turns in looking after our daughter. We also have families of our own”.

“Is that so? You both are weak and pathetic. I have killed Norman on earth by the way. He fought well against multiple opponents even giving Aiden Red a beating but he was no match for me. I paid the price no one else did”.

“What did you do?”

“I sacrifice the one I love years ago by taking his life. We are now 35 and that was years ago. We both drop out from school after you. You were one of the few kind enough to drop us money and even say hi. Unfortunately to keep this power, I have to be ruthless to everyone regardless. Now it is time to die”. Ann changed into a dark entity and proceeded to attack Mads but her husband step in the way and got impaled.

Mads ran into the hall to fetch her daughter, the only child in the northern branch. Meanwhile Ann was killing everyone who tried to protect the petite brunette.

“There is nowhere to hide. Just let me kill you and it will be over”. Ann laughed.

While Mads was crying out to the Headmaster to protect her daughter Marrisa, Ann arrived from behind and stabbed Mads in the back watching her fall to the ground vomiting blood and thanking the King of Paradeisos.

“Looking into the sky”, Ann said. “You are next, Eagle. We had a good time together but .........”.
