Keima began to wake up, feeling the softness of a bed.
He was still in the healers procedure room, and had been healed from what it seemed.
As he sat up, a slight ache in his arm made him take it slowly, as he hopped of the bed with caution.
“Where am I again..?” He quietly whispered to himself.
As he opened the door leading into the room, he walked out into the empty lobby.
“Nobody’s here?” He was quiet, and his dullened glance around the empty room.
The door behind him opened, as he heard the girl from before enter, though, she looked nothing like before.
She no longer looked like the friend from ‘school’. Though, she was still extremely beautiful.
The girl had long silky brown hair, and light blue eyes. She wore a lab coat, which made her eyes seem to shine even more.
”Who are you?” He stared at the healer girl, with a straight expression.
This confused the girl, as she tilted her head in confusion. “What do you mean who am I?” She replied back to his question.
Keima looked at her, “No... i’m sure you hadn’t looked like that before.” He continued to push what he believed, and stared.
Eventually she walked toward him. “I’m Kairu Klorv...” she introduced herself, as Keima slowly came back to focus.
”I’m Keima Okirou, Doctor Kairu.” He was still obviously confused, which lead to Kairu checking his pulse.
”Just call me Kairu.” She sighed and spoke, quietly continuing her investigation.
She seemed confused about his mental state, as he ‘didn’t remember what she looked like’ acccording to him.
Kairu stared at Keima, “How did you get so injured the other day? Being so injured and hurt from those terrible wounds...” she trailed off near the end.
Keima stared blankly for a few seconds, hoping to get out of the topic.
Kairu continued to push, and eventually backed him into a corner.
”Tortured...” His voice trailed off, though he repeated the simple word over and over.
Kairu looked at Keima, and sighed.

The Blood Queen
The rain fell from the sky with ferocity and smashed into the pavement filling the air with the sound of a stampede. The noise was deafening as I struggled to stand up. The blood from my wound was covering the ground beneath me and I covered it with my hand as I pushed off the pavement. On my feet now I struggled to step towards the grass. Through the howling wind and pounding raindrops I could hear what sounded like a chant, calling me and drawing me towards the cliffs edge. "Vienna, my Queen, my blood Queen" I started to move my feet faster until I could run towards the edge. Only when I was at the edge did I turn and look back one last time at the castle behind me. I could see him standing on the balcony, he was screaming my name. I could just hear it over the rain. I unclipped my red cape and whispered goodbye to him. As he jumped off the balcony to run towards me I leaned backwards and let my body fall with the rushing water to the river far down below. I carried her whispers with me to the dark edge until they vanished.
