"Attention!"

An elder shouted and gathered the attention of all the examinees. Kence turned his gaze towards the elder intending to listen to him. Although his cultivation base now was more than enough to be admitted in the academy but he still needs to take the entrance test seriously. He is only a commoner so if he mess this up the academy might not accept him

"Some of you might already know the rules but I will say it for those who don't" the elder said, he naturally meant those kids who don't have a good background as the Nobles already know it

"The entrance exam is simple and divided into three parts. The first part will determine your Bloodline and current cultivation level. Only those who at least absorbed 4% of their Origin Blood will be permitted to continue while only those who has a Bloodline in the first layer has the chance to enter the Elite Class"

First layers means that your Bloodline creature already has some attributes. For example, Kence's blue bird has the ice attribute while Sven's green serpent can use some poison

Others who only gained a normal creature Bloodline without any attribute needed to evolve their Bloodline first before they can give it some attribute and catch up to those who are blessed with an already evolved Bloodline

This was the difference between geniuses and normal people, others needed to have some luck and work really hard just to be in your starting position. A Cultivator can easily defeat those people with the same cultivation base as them but has an inferior Bloodline

Another five elders entered the scene while holding a human head size transluscent ball. The elders put it on top of the already prepared tables and sat on their chair

"Line up and let the Elders check your Bloodline and Cultivation Base using Soul Mirror Orb"

Kence looked at those round things curiously, just how can those orbs determine their Cultivation bases? It looks like a decorative orb for him. Calter noticed the curious expression on Kence and patiently explained it to him

"Soul Mirror Orbs just like its name can mirror our Soul. You noticed a creature's figure inside your soul right?" Kence nodded his head while listening to Calter attentively

"That figure is your Bloodline Source and it will be showed in the crystal along with how powerful its aura. The Elders then will determine how much of your Origin Blood you already absorbed"

Kence was astonish hearing that and his icy blue eyes look at the Soul Mirror Orbs with amazement "to think that a fantastic item like that will exist in this world"

Calter chuckled and thought that even the little things can amaze the blue haired and eyes kid with him. What he doesn't know that the concept of souls was new for Kence, in his previous life no one can see their soul. Now, here not only one can see their soul but can also let others see it just by using a ball like thing, that is what amazed Kence

Seeing the others already walking to line up Kence and Calter alsaw did the same while Sven was dangerously looking at Kence from a corner

The only thing Sven knew was that Heavenly Wishing Bell on Kence's possession but when he was close to the kid he can't accurately sense where it was. And there is only a single explanation for that, Kence does not have the Bell on him physically, it was inside his sea of consciousness!

Even if he kill Kence the Bell will vanish and end up somewhere in the Universe. For now, he needs to advance in a certain Rank to forcefully took the Heavenly Wishing Bell on one's sea of consciousness. The kid was only a commoner, he was sure that in the future when he gain sufficient strength he can do whatever he wants to the kid

Kence and Calter stood at the back of a commoner, intending to wait for their turn but when the commoner saw it she immediately trembled in fear

"Y-young Master Calter, p-please go first" the girl said timidly while Calter shook his head helplessly

"It's okay" although the girl wants to let the Noble go first but she didn't dare insist. She won't risk irritating a Noble

Out of ten or more people only one has gained an Initial Bloodline with attribute, most only gained a normal creature Bloodline which is considered trash. Up to now only those who came from Noble Families has a Bloodline in the first layer and already has an attribute. This was the difference of having and not having resources

With better resources there would be higher chance to gain a powerful Bloodline

This continued for a while before the commoner infront of Kence and Calter was tested. The Elder look at the girl with disdain, clearly looking down at her but the Elder's mouth slightly parted when she saw the girl's Bloodline

"E-Evergreen I-Ivy with 6% of the Origin Blood that was absorbed" the Elder muttered under his breath. Even Calter has a shock expression on his face. Kence look at Calter with a questioned look

"Her Bloodline is a Plant Type Bloodline that can be trained and evolved to make a good healer. If powerful enough they can save someone as long as they still have a breath left no matter what their condition is. Cultivator with this kind of Bloodline are sought by powerful Noble Families" Calter once again explained something that Kence doesn't know

"Wow, she's amazing. A lot of commoners will envy her!"

"Well her Bloodline doesn't have much of attack or healing power in the early stage. Only when she evolved and make it stronger will the Noble Families try to win her" Kence nodded but still for him that is something amazing, if she work hard enough there here is high chance that she would become an extinguished person in the Dukedom someday

The Elder took a badge that contained a golden blood and handed it to the girl "Take this to the next test. It's a proof that you can try participating for the Elite Class entrance examination" the girl took the badge and bowed at the Elder

"Thank you, Elder!" A dazzling smile hung on her lips and look at the badge excitedly

When she turned her back Kence immediately congratulated her "You are amazing! I wish you good luck and hope you will enter the Elite Class!"

"Do well in the next part and you will surely enter into the Elite Class. Good luck!" Calter also congratulated her

The girl's cheeks blush, there are two beautiful people that's wishing him luck how can she not feel bashful?

"T-thank you" she shyly said before walking away frantically

Kence smiled and thought that in the future that girl would surely grew into a beauty

"She's beautiful, I want to take her as my wife someday" Kence joked and Calter look at him incredulously

"W-why are you looking at me like that?" He was uncomfortable at how the other kid look at him

"You're an omega right?" Calter asked which made Kence frown immediately. 'Well, thank you for reminding me that hateful fact!'

"Yes, so what? Hmph!" looking at Kence's sulking face Calter can't help but wanting to pinch the other kid's face but remembering that Kence doesn't want others to touch his hair he thought that it was also the case for his face and refrain from doing it

Calter shook his head bitterly "I just thought that you like men"

Kence felt annoyed but also relief at the same time. Calter's friendly vibe made him forgot that he was a Noble, someone that with just an order can destroy him and his family. He unconsciously acted like how he normally does and actually feared that Calter will dislike him. Thankfully, the kid was really kind hearted and friendly, he didn't mind how Kence acted

However, at the same time he felt annoyed that Calter thought he likes men. He like girls okay? He's a straight man! .... well, for now

As the process was quite smooth and fast in just a bit more than ten minutes it's already Kence and Calter's turn

Kence just like the others put his hand on the crystal. He can feel a spiritual energy coming from the orb entering his hand and travelled into his head. The spiritual energy entered his sea of consciousness before immediately withdrawing and entering back to the orb

The spiritual energy formed an image of a small blue bird emitting a bit of icy energy. The Elder was a bit shock at this, because Kence was with Young Master Calter he didn't show his disdain for commoners but inside him he was looking down at Kence

Before Kence there was already a commoner with a Bloodline that can enter the Elite Class but now another one appeared amongst the commoners!

Even among the Noble kids there were not many that can enter the Elite Class!

The girl from before has a Bloodline in the first layer and also absorbed 6% of it which is already considered high but now an even more talented commoner appeared

"B-Blue Bird with 8% of the Origin Blood that was absorbed" the Elder cannot believe what he is seeing. Since when commoners become so talented than Nobles who has great resources?

This was a pleasant surprise for Calter, he was not conceited but he was sure that he will enter the Elite Class. He's worried that his new friend, Kence can only be admitted in the normal class and that will make them far from each other. Kence might also be bullied by the other Noble Kids and he wasn't there to help Kence

The Elder took another badge again with a golden blood and gave it to Kence. He took it happily and grinned at Calter

"Congratulations!" Calter was genuinely happy for his friend

"Young Master Calter, I know I'm still far from your level don't be too modest on me" Kence teased causing Calter to frown

"Stop calling me that"

"Okay, sorry Young Master" Calter rolled his eyes at Kence's teasings and ignored him for now

Just like Kence he did the same thing and a small figure of a white colored tiger appeared in the Soul Mirror Orb

The Elder felt that today was the most shocking day of his life. One surprise after another were presented to him

"Light Tiger w-with 13% of the Origin Blood Absorbed!" The Elder's loud surprised voice resounded in the area along with another shock Elder

"Poison Serpent w-with 11% of the Origin Blood Absorbed!"

The two Elder's words shock all the examinees and the other Elders. Although Calter was said to be the number 1 genius in the younger generation but him having a Light Tiger Bloodline and absorbing 13% of his Origin Blood was still too much for everyone to take

He has a good Bloodline but also a Cultivation genius, his talent can already be considered monstrous. However, there is actually someone that has the same talent as him

Poison Serpent! One of the best Initial Bloodline that once can have. Those who gained an Initial Bloodline of a Serpent needs to evolved it into a Green Serpent but that still was a half level lower than Poison Serpent

Poison Serpent was far more powerful than Bloodlines in the first layer but still a bit weaker than Second Layer Bloodlines. It was in the middle of the first and second layer!

Not only that kid has a good Bloodline but he also absorbed 11% of it, although that was a bit low than Calter's but his powerful Bloodline will make up for that. It can be said that their current raw strength and talent was roughly on far

Kence looked at where the other voice came from and he saw that familiar rude green-haired kid. To think that someone who almost wanted him dead will be this talented, Kence felt a sense of crisis and the urge to become stronger and stronger was birthed inside him

Sven sneered when hearing the others comparing his talent to Calter of the Crosmoner Family. With his means he only showed an aura of 11% Absorbed Origin Blood to the Spiritual Energy of the Soul Mirror Orb to mimic. However, that doesn't mean that he only absorbed 11% of it. His real level was far above that!

If his talent was really only the same as a 10 years old mortal kid that would be an insult for him as a former Cultivator who reached the level of Gods
