《Emperor》Chapter- 6

I woke up exactly 10 hours later. That skill worked great but that kind of skill would be great for a person who has problem with sleeping. Best substitute for sleeping pill. It could have helped me in my previous life when I was unable to sleep because of my obsession of making a teleportation machine and every time I tried to sleep, my mind would start wandering on what to do next. Well I think that was a common problem for those who do things not just for sake of doing it.
When I got hold of myself from the fuzzy consciousness due to sleeping I realized an old man was staring at me intently. He had large white beard that were almost touching my stomach and his brows were furrowed for some reason no wait.... it was his default face. Old man straightened his back and looked at a woman standing beside her whom I have never seen before. She asked that old man, probably doctor about my conditions.
"There is no problem my lady my medicines could even revive dead. Whats a big deal about waking an unconsious child"
I could see on her face. She wants to throws him out.
"I'm asking why it happened?"
"Nothing to worry lady Saraman its normal for baby to sleep when they are awfully tired"
I don't know if he is making all this or is serious about it but, one thing is sure I won't be going to him if I ever get sick.
"you may leave"
With that said she takes me out of the cradle and holds me in her arm. Then she orders nanny to leave them alone. Nanny bows and leave the room. She takes me near to the window. I could see the bright sunny day, no clouds in the sky, it's hurting my eye. She looks at me, her expressions complete opposite of when she interacted with Nanny and doctor. She looks at me and smiles. I bet she is my mother. But I could see sadness in her eyes. This is triggering my bad memory. Sun rays fall on her and me and she stands there with me for quite a while then she put me back in the cradle and with last good look of my face she leaves the room followed with nanny entering in room. She changes my clothes and then feeds me soup. After that, she cleaned the room and rested on the bed. I was feeling bored to death my mind couldn't stop thinking about things like what kind of place it is, what I will do and many other things then I suddenly realized that sleeping mode. I set it to 1 hour and activated.

I woke up 1 hour later and it was still the same. I was lying on the cradle, nanny was sitting on a chair. I am bored. I wanted to use that sleep option again but I don't think it is a good idea. I read it somewhere that you shouldn't sleep much, it is bad for health.
It continued on for probably a month, there wasn’t any watch or calendar. I passed my time by looking outside the window. All day I would look at the changing direction of sun rays and by that I tried to figure out from where sun was rising and where setting but it was no use I ain’t no expert in it. Then I started noticing my environment. My room, it seemed to be made of bricks, painted with light blue color but, there are no lights in my room however there are candles, guess no electricity here.
But all these were small problems my largest problem were two kids, they are my step brother and sisters. Nowadays they hang around and play with me as if I'm a toy, stretching my cheeks, making a sketch on my face when nanny is not around. Where the hell is mom? One day when the kids were pestering me I activated claw skill my tiny fingernails turned in 3 cm claws. They were shining yellow however instead of being afraid they were mesmerized by it, little boy whose name was Jeff even tried to touch it and, that’s the part he gets hurts and starts crying. His cry alerts the guard, they barged inside the room seeing little Jeff holding his bleeding hand. They look around for an intruder but nobody was there then they ask older girl Rina, she points at me.
"That baby did it," Said Rina bit terrified.
That guard look at me especially at my right hands finger which has little blood on it but, his frowning face was telling me he wasn't buying it. He looks back at Rina then back at me and then at Jeff, who was crying. He orders one of his subordinate to take him to doctor and left with two guard guarding the door of a room. Few moments later nanny took me for a bath and after and after that I was once back in my cradle. I started regretting what I did. I never thought that claws would be so sharp that they would cut through the flesh and, first of all it wasn't even claws they were pure mass of light shaped like claws. There best description would be miniature versions of light savers from Star Wars. When it came in contact with the flesh there was no resistance from the flesh, it felt like moving your hand in air with zero resistance. I hope the wound won't be as serious as it looks like.

From then onwards those kids never even came near to my room and, I lived a happy life afterward. At least until they took me out to go somewhere. Our whole family was going somewhere mother, father and two kids. I'm sitting on mother's lap while father is sitting beside me and kids are sitting on the seat opposite to ours however they are trying to maintain a safe distance from me, because of that incident probably.
We stopped in front of a building, 5 storey tall and a large symbol placed on top of it. A servant opens the door of a building and we enter inside the building however our servant doesn't enter they stopped outside the door. Interior of the building was like a church with slight differences like floating statues of women and one mighty looking statue of a man at front and two women beside him. The statue was huge, almost touching the ceiling. Many people were present inside dressed in luxury. Mother puts me on a stone pedestal in front of probably their god statue then a priest like man came from the side and started praying to god. From head of the male god statue a blue ball of light appeared and slowly started approaching me.
'hopes it not Goku's energy ball'
It was coming near me with every passing moment. I was kind of freaked out but I had a faith that all these people are not heretic and I'm not a sacrifice otherwise it would imply that whole empire is of heretics. However, that energy ball stopped about a meter away from me and a popup appeared in front of my eyes.
Blocked ball of inspection.
Before I could comprehend what it was two more energy balls appeared out of the head of a statue of female god however even they stopped about a meter away from me and once again a popup appeared on front of my eyes.
Blocked Ball of submission.
Blocked Ball of naming.
A Blue ball and two green ball were hovering over my head. While I tried to comprehend the meaning of those lines but again something unpredictable happened those balls merged with each other and a huge shockwave spread throughout the church. Faces of all the people sitting were telling me it wasn't meant to happen.
Please give yourself a name _
Once again new popup appeared telling me to give myself a name. I entered my original name in it. My name was appearing as a hovering text above me and that was something everyone was able to see because everyone was looking a bit above me where my name is being displayed to all.
