Mars POV
Three days later we went to the market in the center of the capital and i bought an pendant that is carved out of blue stone and it looks like a swan. It was also really cheap because it only costed 1 sun. The currency used around the world is like this:
1 earth= 100 planet 100 earth= 1 moon 100 moon= 1 sun 1000 sun= 1 universe
For normal nobles this price would be astronomical but for my family it's really cheap. We are also the richest nobles in the beastman country. Even the king can't match up to us.
After that we went to the castle with our carriage and were welcomed by the guard.

The kings name is Ral Gelan and is my fathers sworn brother. My father also told me to not to speak so formal with the royal family as they are basicaly my uncle, aunt and cousin.
My cousin's name is Roland Gelan and my aunt's name is Hana Gelan.
The party began with the last guests arriving 10 minutes later and we all begann to sing and dance as well as eat and drink.
Later we presented our gifts to the prince. Roland told me to call him Rol as that is what his friends call him and only his friends as well as his parents.
He liked my present which has 6 powerful enchantments on it and will wear it after he knows his status.
Finally a few hours later we got to see his status and many people were really surprised because normally children would only have a status of at most 10.

For beastman to become magicians are rare because of our affinity being lower than 50% and the prince also has a title that says Genius of Magic. So Rol will most likly become a magician.
The Party ended at about 6 p.m. and the guests all left. My Parents also went home after bidding farewell to me.
I played with the Prince for a while and he showed me his beast form which is a white hound with a little bit of blue mixed in. The females of the royal family have a bit of red mixed in instead of the blue colour.
A few other children stayed behind to forge bonds with the royal family by befriending the prince which is not simple because he knows that many people want to use him for there own good.
Rol was taught about his duties a while ago and has to do his best to not be used by others as that would be the end of the beastman country.
He also told me to not gift these bracelets to evil people which I already now as I have a Photographic Memory after all.
Having a good memory isn't really good either because I can't forget about the bad things that happened or will happen to me no matter how much I want to .

A gift, but not without its repercussions. Alto is stuck in a transitional era, where the line between modern and dated technology is blurred. Yes, the 'whole' world is called Alto, but that is because the majority of the known people live on this large continent. Relieve yourself of the worrying tensions everywhere, and see the white snow. Trace the piercing mountaintops and focus your eyes between the valley. A town sits there. Mido. After realizing that the memories only left in his mind was the night of his town's imminent destruction in flames, a boy finds himself grasping for every fiber of his life as he lays down flat on the ground. Beneath him was soot mixed with the white snow. Fortunately, a group of investigators, who were supposed to answer their call for help, saved him from his sorry state. With a newfound second wind, but hampered by his loss of memory, he must solve his own case: Who had the audacity to set Mido, his town, aflame? Flame Beneath the Snowfall focuses on action, with a sense of adventure, but mostly the discovery of an outside world, and the protagonist's exposure to it. Add in a whisk of soft magical elements, and you get a story that I hope will be interesting to the readers. That is not to say that my work is without the sense of unnerving atmosphere, however. As a forewarning, there are elements of gore, horror, minor elements of mental trauma, etc. so it is not for all audiences. *The book is already completed. Although I have plans to continue the story (it would have to involve much larger scope in terms of world-building), I have yet to decide when to start the next entry.
