《So I guess this is a Video Game World.》Chapter 7: The shopping.

Time for shopping. I directed myself towards the commercial streets. There were people everywhere I looked. I entered one of the shops to first get myself a proper weapon. So I bought a steel sword and slightly enchanted clothes, which already costed me 10 silvers... Why does it have to be this pricy...
Also, why clothes and not armor? One, because that would decrease my speed. Two, Enchanted protection clothes are better. At least that's what the shopkeeper told me. So... Maybe I was just stupid to believe him. But it's too late now for that.
Next. Hp potions, until I noted something... They were really expensive... 1 silver for one who healed 100 HP. I took 3 potions cause I didn't wanted to die because of that. And they were essentially a full health for me so the price was understandable. I stocked them sneakily on my Inventory to not attract attention. I also took with all of my remaining money mana potions, who where cheaper and restored the same amount. With this, i'm prepared for future eventualities.
After all of this, I finally asked myself... I was Classless the whole time. So... How do I get one? It's so stupid! Why didn't I thinked of that earlier!
When I returned to the Adventurers guild, I asked for the information. And got exactly what I got.
Classes are unlockable at level 20 and upgraded at level 100. When you are level 20 you receive a message with a lists of classes. Warrior, Mage, Archer, Brawler, Thief, Paladin, Cleric and finally, Jack of all trades.
Differents bonuses for all of the class. Also gaining skills if you level up at certains levels. An there is Jack of all trade. Who can acquire all of the skills if they train for it and receive a 1.2 stats boosts. Compared to others classes 2x stats boost, it doesn't seems like a good class. But I'm gonna take Jack of all trades anyways. I just found it better. And the upgrade might be some Master of all trades who will be OP. In all cases. I'm more of a balanced stats guy, so that's a no for others classes. Even if my race is crying for a thief or mage profession with the stats that I have now.

Suddenly, all of the peoples in the guild stopped laughting and talking. "He" was here. Wrath. The adventurer. He was in a complete black armor. So I can't see his face. But he was really shorter than expected. Even shorter than I am.
-Well well well... Isn't that a shitty Guild on this shitty city. When one "special" guy come up. Everyone shit their pants. I swear. If I didn't known the Queen I would have killed you all weaklings.
Well McEdgelord. Too bad for you. Good for us. He stepped at the counter.
-A quest. The harder you have. The better. I want a challenge.
The one who was in charge of the counter today. Some old man, gived him a quest. I can't see the details from where I am but it seems he took it and left but before that, he looked at me for some reason.
-Phew...
Even if he seemed more of an edgelord than menacing. The pressure who emaned from him was intense. He could really have killed all of us if he wanted. I've seen his level and it was frightening how high it was. But in this case. Why doing some adventure? He didn't seemed to care about fame or money, but challenge... I don't really understand that point of view. And I could respect it, if he wasn't so menacing to others. And i don't think anyone could even challenge you at this level.
After all of that. Everything returned to normal, but everyone was more... Tense. Me too, so i couldn't blame them. I stepped outside of the guild, of the city, and entered the forest, and started my quest.
And did that again and again. For one week I've being doing quests to level up and gain money. Now I have something like 25 silver coins and finally the level 20! And effectively received the message for the class and chosen Jack of all trades. I could sense the difference in power already! Now, I think i'm ready for my first dungeon!

To Blunt The Sharpest Claw
The Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels are a series of New Fable genre novels that involve cats and dogs and high adventure and romance and espionage and food-fights and hotels and explosions and car chases. With large casts, exotic locations and an absurdity only possible in the absence of human characters, the Velvet Paw of Asquith Novels blend Wind in the Willows with James Bond, though with more cafes and fewer badgers. This submission is the third title in its Morigan Trilogy, beginning two-thirds of the way through the series' longest adventure yet. Here's a quick recount of what's happened so far: When Oscar Teabag-Dooven, a Velvet Paw of Asquith, is ordered to investigate how a mysterious poet, the Ar'dath-Irr, is able to travel instantaneously around the world, two very bad things happen. Firstly, he meets Lydia, an insane librarian who punches everyone in the face, and secondly, the Ar'dath-Irr reveals he is intent on taking over the world. Although this second thing might be considered worse than the first, Oscar feels differently following Lydia’s destruction of a cafe, a library and his face in one afternoon. In comparison, thwarting world domination just seems easier. Along with Binklemitre, a fellow Velvet Paw of Asquith, and Lydia, Oscar infiltrates the Ar’dath-Irr’s realm of dark poetry to discover the dog not only intends wrenching the world apart but has no intention of cleaning up afterwards. As a result, Oscar decides it’s all too hard and goes home to have a bath. After lots of arguing and the sort of food fight that posh restaurants were invented for, Lydia and Binklemitre convince him that they must stop the Ar’dath-Irr for several reasons, one of them quite serious. A vibrant cast of characters collide as Oscar, Lydia and Binklemitre battle the Ar’dath-Irr and his disciples in an adventure involving exploding cafés and appalling hotels, car chases and inadvertent surgery, dreadful poetry, lots of arguments and at least one temper-tantrum, all of which draw the three into dark and convoluted corners of a world they weren’t aware existed. Moreover, any chance of sitting down and discussing things over some buns disappears when Lydia punches the Ar’dath-Irr in the face. This results in her having a psychotic episode and Oscar getting run over by an ambulance. Although Binklemitre suffers neither, he witnesses both, which is almost as dreadful, though not nearly so messy. An enormous battle ensues, followed by a dinner party and then everything explodes.
